Magento verkkokauppa ja ajanvarauskalenteri : Onnistamo Oy

Tämän opinnäytetyön aiheena oli suunnitella ja toteuttaa Onnistamo Oy:n palveluille verkkokauppa, johon lisättiin ajanvarausjärjestelmä. Verkkokauppa on jaettu ylläpito- ja asiakasosioihin. Työ ja määrittely toteutettiin yrityksen toimitusjohtajan kanssa. Verkkokaupan alustana käytettiin Magento -verkkokauppaa. Ohjelmointi toteutettiin pääosin PHP-, JavaScript- ja jQuery-tekniikoilla. Asiakasosion avaintoimintona voidaan pitää palveluiden selaamista ja tilaamista. Tilattu palvelu tal-lentuu tietokantaan ja se näkyy hallintapaneelissa. Asiakasosiossa asiakas voi varata ajan tilatulle palvelulle. Ylläpito-osion ominaisuuksiin kuuluu uusien palveluiden ja asiakkaiden lisääminen, poistaminen ja seuranta sekä tilauksien vastaanottaminen ja seuranta. Ylläpito-osio sisältää myös hallintapaneelin ajanvarauskalenterille. Lopputuloksena saatiin toimiva verkkokauppa ja ajanvarausjärjestelmä.The aim of this final project was to design and produce an e-commerce for Onnistamo Ltd’s ser-vices, in which also an appointment system was added. The store is divided into maintenance and client partitions. The work and functionalities were done with the company’s CEO. Magento e-commerce platform was used as the online store platform. The programming was carried out by using mainly PHP, JavaScript and jQuery techniques. The browsing and ordering of services can be considered as the key function of the client partition. The ordered service is stored in the database, and it is shown in the Dashboard. In the client parti-tion the customer can make an appointment for the ordered service. The maintenance section features include adding, deleting and following-up new services and new customers as well as receiving and tracking the orders. The maintenance section also contains the control panel of the appointment system. The end result of this project was a functioning e-commerce and appointment system

Calmness Conquers Anxiety: What Language Tells Us about Mind and Body Control

This chapter is fully based on linguistic data representing Early Modern and Present-day English, including early English printed books and contemporary online texts. The main bulk of the data was collected with the search term calmness. The data indicates that it is important for people to experience control of their emotions and behavior and that they understand emotional calmness in terms of the kinds of tranquility that they see in nature, for example, when the sea is still. The connection between people and nature seems therefore to be strong. However, the data also suggest that calmness does not just naturally occur in people but has to be achieved through active work and that ideas concerning the nature of such work differ from one context, period, and location to another

Yrityksen omistajanvaihdos : Case yritys X

Aiheena opinnäytetyöhön oli yrityksen omistajanvaihdos. Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli antaa kattava kokonaisuus eri mahdollisuuksista toteuttaa omistajanvaihdos. Case yrityksen avulla työssä oli tarkoitus selvittää pie-nen yrityksen mahdollisuudet tehdä omistajanvaihdos. Case yrityksen avulla selvitettiin myös, mitä omistajanvaihdokseen liittyviä kustannuksia ja prosesseja tulee ottaa huomioon. Tavoitteena oli myös, että lukija ja kirjoittaja saavat käsityksen, kuinka tärkeä ja ajankohtainen asia on. Opinnäytetyö toteutettiin keräämällä teoriatietoa, jonka avulla saatiin kattava pohja opinnäytetyölle. Opinnäytetyön teoriaosassa perehdyttiin omistajanvaihdoksen taustoihin. Teoriaosassa käsiteltiin myös valmistautumista omistajanvaihdokseen rahoituksen ja verotuksen kautta. Sen jälkeen opinnäytetyössä käsiteltiin vaihtoehtoisia tapoja toteuttaa omistajanvaihdos. Teoriaosan toisessa luvussa käsiteltiin yrityksen arvonmääritys. Luvun tarkoituksena oli antaa kuva, mitä tulisi ottaa huomioon arvonmäärityksessä, käsitellä arvonmääritysmenetelmät sekä kertoa omaisuudesta, mikä on yrityksen arvon kannalta arvokasta. Opinnäytetyön empiirisessä osuudessa selvitettiin esimerkki omistajanvaihdoksen toteuttamisesta pienessä yrityksessä case yrityksen avulla. Tässä käytettiin apuna case yrityksen yrittäjää, jonka kanssa keskusteltiin omistajan-vaihdoksen mahdollisuudesta ja toteutuksesta. Työn tuloksia voivat hyödyntää omistajanvaihdosta suunnittelevat ja muut asiasta kiinnostuneet tahot. Lopputuloksena opinnäytetyöstä saatiin aikaan kattava kokonaisuus omistajanvaihdoksen prosessista ja toteutustavoista.The subject of the thesis was a change of ownership. The purpose of the thesis was to provide a comprehensive entirety of different possibilities to implement a change of ownership. With the case company an attempt was made in the thesis to explore the possibilities of ownership change for a small company. Furthermore, the case company was used to explore which costs and processes of change of ownership must be taken into account. A further target was also to explicate to the reader and the author how important and topical the issue is. The research was conducted by collecting theoretical information, which helped to get a comprehensive base of the thesis. The theoretical part of thesis is focused on the background of the change of ownership. The theoretical part also discussed preparation for the change of ownership from the viewpoint of funding and taxation. After that, the thesis deals with alternative ways to implement a change of ownership. The second chapter of the theo-retical part deals with the company’s valuation. This chapter’s purpose was to give an idea what should be taken into account in valuation, the aspects of valuation methods, as well as to define what assets are valuable in the company. In the second part of the thesis, an example of a change of ownership in a small company is provided using the case company to investigate the process in detail. This was designed to help the company’s entrepreneurs, with whom the possibility of a change of ownership and its implementation were discussed. The result of the thesis yielded a guide for anyone who is planning a change of ownership not forgetting other interested parties. As a result, the thesis achieved a comprehensive view of the ownership change process and the implementation methods available
