NÁZEV: Změna pohybových schopností hráčů TSV Giesen Grizzlys a VK ČEZ Karlovarsko po kondiční přípravě AUTOR: Bc. Tereza Lukešová KATEDRA (ÚSTAV) Katedra tělesné výchovy VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: PaedDr. Ladislav Pokorný ANOTACE Práce je zaměřena na kondiční přípravu volejbalistů ze dvou nejvyšších soutěží mužů, a to české Uniqa extraligy a německé Bundesligy. Práce vznikla díky testování pohybových schopností dvanácti respondentů z obou týmů. Byly použity tyto testy: K-test, 200m sprint, přítahy na hrazdě, skok daleký z místa odrazem obounož, dosah jednoruč ve smečařském výskoku-absolutní dosah, dosah obouruč-blokařký dosah. První část práce obsahuje všeobecné informace z odborné literatury o volejbale a seznámení s jednotlivými pohybovými schopnostmi, ze kterých následně práce vychází a je tedy nutno se s nimi seznámit. Výzkumná část analyzuje již zmiňovanou formou testů pohybových schopností respondentů před kondiční přípravou a následně během sezóny, tedy zhruba v prosinci. V závěru vyhodnocuji výsledky získané tímto výzkumem a porovnávám je s jednotlivými kondičními přípravami týmů. Práce je určena převážně pro pokročilé hráče či trenéry volejbalu. Work through testing of motor skills of twelve respondents from both teams. These were the tests: K-test, 200m sprint, trapeze, long jump, rebound reach range, reach, two-hand reach range. The first part of the thesis contains general information about volleyball literature and familiarization with movement abilities, with regard to work and work with them. The research part analyzes the already mentioned form of tests of motor abilities of the respondents before conditioning during the season, ie also in December. In conclusion, the results of this research and comparison with fitness training of the teams were evaluated. The work is intended mainly for advanced players or volleyball coaches. Role DSE (Dark Septate Endophytes) v rostlinném společenstvu lesního ekosystému

8 Abstrakt Všechny rostlinné druhy žijí v symbióze s endofytními houbami - mohou s nimi vytvářet mutualistické, komenzální či parazitické symbiózy. Symbióza skupiny kořenových endofytů nazývaných podle jejich tmavých přehrádkovaných hyf Dark Septate Endophytes (DSE) a rostlin je na rozdíl od mykorhizní symbiózy často opomíjená, i když její role pro rostlinná společenstva může být velmi významná. Navzdory tomu, že se DSE vyskytují ve všech terestrických ekosystémech a byli izolováni i z vodních ekosystémů, je jejich význam pro hostitelské rostliny stále nejasný. Výsledky dosud publikovaných studií jsou nejednoznačné - některé připisují DSE pozitivní vliv na růst hostitelské rostliny a jiné negativní. Důvodem je hlavně komplikovaná taxonomie a obtížné určení jednotlivých kryptických druhů, které jsou morfologicky nerozlišitelné. Díky zahraniční spolupráci se nám podařilo zkompletovat ucelenou sbírku DSE, především z komplexu kryptických druhů Phialocephala fortinii s.l. - Acephala applanata (PAC), která zahrnuje nejběžnější druhy vyskytující se v lesních společenstvech. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo popsat chování jednotlivých druhů DSE v kořenech rostlin typických pro lesní ekosystémy střední Evropy a objasnit jejich fyziologický vliv na hostitele. The main reason for this inconsistency might be their complicated taxonomy and difficult identification of different cryptic species which are morphologically indistinguishable. We were able to complete a unique collection of the most common DSE species, mainly members of the Phialocephala fortinii - Acephala applanata species complex. Dark septate endophytes - ubiquitous root endophytes with still unexplored ecophysiological potential

5 Abstract In natural ecosystems, all plants coexist with fungi. This results in various plant-fungus symbioses, either mutualistic, parasitic or endophytic. For example, the mycorrhizal symbiosis is a mutualistic association that occurs in ca 70 to 90 % of all terrestrial higher plants. Probably even more widespread association is endophytism, when a fungus colonizes different living plant tissues without causing a strong plant defense response. This bachelor's thesis summarizes some older as well as recent papers and reviews on the ecophysiology of the most widespread root endophytes, the Dark Septate Endophytes (DSE), and their impacts on plants. DSE are ubiquitous root colonizers of terrestrial and aquatic plants. The most frequent DSEs isolated from the roots of different plants from Northern Hemisphere belong to the Phialocephala fortinii s.l. - Acephala applanata species complex (PAC). Although some of the PAC species are able to form ectomycorrhizal structures, most of them do not form any mycorrhiza-like structures in the root. Instead, they form inter- and intracellular microsclerotia and mostly melanised septate hyphae with thick cell walls. In contrast to the mycorrhizal symbiosis, DSE do not necessarily influence the host nutrient uptake, but they may play a role in plant drought, extreme...4 Abstrakt Všechny rostliny žijící v přirozených ekosystémech interagují s houbami - jejich symbiózy mohou být mutualistické, parazitické nebo neutrální. Nejrozšířenější mutualistická asociace s houbami se vyskytuje přibližně u 70 až 90% terestrických cévnatých rostlin a je nazývána mykorhizní symbiózou. Pravděpodobně ještě častější je endofytická symbióza, kdy houba kolonizuje živá rostlinná pletiva bez vyvolání silné obranné reakce rostliny. Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje některé starší, stejně jako i novější články a review o ekofyziologii nejrozšířenějších kořenových endofytů, tzv. dark septate endophytes (DSE), a o jejich vlivu na rostliny. DSE jsou všudypřítomní kolonizátoři kořenů terestrických i vodních rostlin. Nejčastější DSE izolovaní z kořenů mnoha různých rostlin severní polokoule patří do komplexu Phialocephala fortinii s.l. - Acephala applanata (PAC). Přestože některé PAC druhy mohou vytvářet ektomykorhizní struktury, většina z nich v kořeni žádné struktury podobné mykorhizním nevytváří. Namísto toho vytváří mezi- a vnitrobuněčná mikrosklerocia a převážně melanizované hyfy se ztlustlou buněčnou stěnou.
