Benefits of Applying the 5S Model to Industrial Companies in Peru

The following study aims at analyzing the benefits of applying the 5S Model to Peruvian industrial companies by means of descriptive, non-experimental, mixed methods research on Peruvian industrial companies that have won the 5S National Award. Techniques such as surveys and interviews were employed. This study found correlation between implementing the 5S Model and management models such as quality, environment and occupational health and safety. The research concluded implementing the 5S on the studied organizations has generated improvements in the work environment, waste reduction, worker’s performance and reputation. Cumplimiento del protocolo de atención prenatal de bajo riesgo, por el personal de salud. Centro de Salud Nuestra Señora de las Victorias, El Crucero, II Semestre 2015

Durante la atención prenatal es importante vigilar la evolución del embarazo, a través de consultas periódicas dentro de los 9 meses de gestación con el objetivo de detectar, prevenir, solucionar o anular riesgos detectados. El seminario constó de un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, de corte transversal y retrospectivo. Su universo constó de nueve profesionales de la salud y cincuenta y cinco expedientes clínicos que cumplieran con los criterios de inclusión. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron una encuesta y una guía de revisión documental; la información obtenida se tabuló por medio del programa Microsoft Excel 2010, realizando tablas con sus respectivos gráficos y análisis de los datos. Éste estudio se realizó en el Centro de Salud, Nuestra Señora de las Victorias, El Crucero, durante el segundo semestre del año 2015; obteniendo como resultado que existe un predominio dentro de las características socio – laborales del sexo masculino con edades de 46 a 55 años, en su mayoría médicos generales con más de 15 años de antigüedad; dentro de las actividades básicas se obtuvieron resultados positivos sobre el cumplimiento del protocolo, encontrando actividades realizadas de manera completa al igual que las actividades específicas; no obstante se registró una minoría de las actividades realizadas de manera incompleta y según las intervenciones terapéuticas basadas en resultados de exámenes, se cumplieron de manera completa según intervenciones basadas en evidencias. Se recomendó utilizar la papelería dispuesta dentro de los expedientes clínicos y realizar controles rutinarios de los expedientes verificando el llenado completo y las actividades realizadas de manera detalla

Gestión de Cuentas por Cobrar y Liquidez de la Empresa Distribuidora Las Poncianas S.A. Año 2018

El presente trabajo de investigación lleva como título, Gestión de Cuentas por Cobrar y Liquidez de la Empresa Distribuidora Las Poncianas S.A. Año 2018, Para optar el grado de bachiller en ciencias contables y financieras. La gestión de cuentas por cobrar mediante el análisis crediticio en la liquidez de la empresa distribuidora Las Poncianas S.A. en el año 2018. En la actualidad se utilizó esta investigación descriptiva debido a que busca especificar propiedades, características y rasgos importantes La investigación corresponde a un diseño no experimental transversal ya que no se manipula a las variables para ver su efecto y además se recolectaron los datos en un solo tiempo único. Para la realización de esta investigación se trabajó con el 100% de la población que corresponde 10 personales del área de contabilidad. Las cuentas por cobrar constituyen el crédito que las empresas, que adquieren sus clientes, a través de una cuenta abierta en el curso ordinario de un negocio, la mayoría de las empresas recurren al ofrecimiento de crédito. Las condiciones de crédito pueden variar según el tipo de empresa y la rama en que opere, pero las entidades de la misma rama generalmente ofrecen condiciones de crédito.The present research work is titled, Management of Accounts Receivable and Liquidity of the Distribuidora Company Las Poncianas S.A. The management of accounts receivable through the credit analysis in the liquidity of the distribution company Las Poncianas S.A. in 2018. The research corresponds to a transverse non-experimental design since the variables are not manipulated to see their effect and the data in a single time only. In order to carry out this research, we worked with 100% of the population that corresponds to 10 personnel in the accounting area. Accounts receivable is the credit that companies, which acquire their customers, through an account opened in the ordinary course of a business, most companies resort to the offer of credit. The credit conditions may vary depending on the type of company and the branch in which it operates, but the entities of the same branch generally offer credit conditions.Trabajo de investigació

CE-315 : A New Interacting Double-degenerate Binary Star

We present spectroscopic observations of object CE-315 revealing a blue continuum with strong emission lines. Most of the detected lines are identified with He I or He II in emission with a handful of faint lines of nitrogen. Notable is the complete absence of hydrogen lines. The He lines exhibit triple-peaked profiles with remakably broad widths, of about 2000 km/s (FWZP). The observations show that CE-315 is an interacting binary system with an orbital period of 65.1 +/- 0.7 minutes, and a mass ratio of 0.022. We conclude that the most likely scenario for this object is that of an accreting 0.77 solar mass white dwarf with a 0.017 solar mass helium white dwarf as mass donor.Comment: Astrophysical Journal, 20 page

Cómo son los personajes inmigrantes en las series españolas emitidas en plataformas de streaming

Introduction. The number of fiction series has increased considerably with the development of streaming platforms. At the same time, in recent years Spanish society has been transformed towards multiculturalism, as a result of new migratory processes.  However, this new audiovisual scenario has hardly been the subject of research studies, since the representation on platforms constitutes an area scarcely explored in the Spanish academic context. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to analyze the current representation of immigration in television series broadcast on the main streaming platforms. Methodology: For this purpose, a content analysis was carried out on 38 Spanish-created series, broadcast between 2017 and 2020, and on a total of 1509 characters (n=1509). Results: Among the main results of this work, it was found that immigrant characters are underrepresented and, when present, they hardly occupy leading roles. Together with the scarce presence of these types of characters, stereotypical features and characteristics in their forms of representation are appreciated. Discussion: Despite the presence of foreign/immigrant characters in Spanish production series, they are still a minority and their representation is biased and often stereotypical, as reflected, for example, by the significant relationship between the nationality of the character and the socioeconomic level with which he/she is represented.  For all these reasons, the new sphere of Spanish fiction series does not seem to reflect the Spanish socio-cultural reality through its plots and characters.Introduction. Al mismo tiempo, en los últimos años la sociedad española ha vivido una importante transformación hacia la multiculturalidad, fruto de nuevos procesos migratorios. Sin embargo, este nuevo escenario audiovisual apenas ha sido objeto de estudios de investigación, pues la representación en plataformas constituye un área escasamente explorada en el contexto académico español. Por eso, esta investigación tiene como principal objetivo analizar la representación actual de la inmigración en las series de televisión emitidas en las principales plataformas de streaming. Metodología: Para ello, se ha efectuado un análisis de contenido a 38 series de creación española, emitidas entre los años 2017 y 2020, y a un total de 1509 personajes (n=1509). Resultados: Entre los principales resultados de este trabajo se ha comprobado que los personajes inmigrantes están infrarrepresentados y, cuando están presentes, apenas ocupan papeles protagonistas. Junto con la escasa presencia de este tipo de personajes se aprecian rasgos y características estereotípicas en sus formas de representación. Discusión: La presencia de personajes extranjeros/inmigrantes en las series de producción española sigue siendo minoritaria y su representación está sesgada y es, a menudo, estereotípica, como refleja, por ejemplo, la relación significativa entre la nacionalidad del personaje y el nivel socioeconómico con el que se representa.  Por todo ello, la nueva esfera de series de ficción españolas no parece reflejar la realidad sociocultural española a través de sus tramas y personajes

Francisco López de Zárate "versus" Marcial»

El artículo precisa la autoría de un texto concreto de la obra lírica de Francisco López de Zárate, poeta épico, lírico y dramático, logroñés de nacimiento, coetáneo de don Francisco de Quevedo (Quevedo nació el año 1580 y Zárate entre 1580 y 1584), en estrecha relación con Lope de Vega y ferviente admirador de Góngora. Como complemento se estudia una hipotética incongruencia que atañe a ese mismo texto, en sus relaciones con la personalidad del poeta. El texto pertenece en su versión original al satírico y epigramático bilbilitano Marco Valerio Marcial, universalmente famoso y bien conocido en el ámbito del Siglo de Oro. Se trata de la "Traducción del Epigrama 47 del lib. 10 de Marcial", como reza el título del propio Zárate en el folio 76 v. de su libro Varias Poesías. Analizaremos en detalle esta versión de Zárate y otras traducciones y versiones destacables del poeta logroñés.This article deals with the authorship of a particular text from Francisco López de Zárate's lyric work. López de Zárate, native of Logroño and contemporary with Francisco de Quevedo (both were born around 1580), was a dramatic and epic poet who felt kinship with Lope de Vega and Góngora, of whom he was also a fervent admirer. In addition, it is also examined a hypothetical contradiction related to this same text and its connection with the personality of the poet. The original text version belongs to Marco Valerio Marcial, a satirical, epigrammatic bilbilitano widely known in the field of the Spanish Golden Age. Its title, as it is stated in the page 76 of Zárate's own Several Poems, is "Translation of the 47th Epigram in the 10th book of Marcial". This Zárate's version, as well as some other outstanding ones, will be carefully analyzed
