    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian tentang pengaruh fleksibilitas tempat kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kepuasan karir yang dimoderasi oleh goal-orientation serta kepuasan kerja dan organization based self esteem terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 80 responden yang merupakan pegawai Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Se Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. dengan adanya system ini dapat mengetahui carrer satification terhadap OBSE pada Kantor Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Kota Se Provinsi Kepualauan Riau dan dalam penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dari career satisfaction dan obse serta pengaruh hubungan yang signifikan antara OBSE terhadap OCB..Kata Kunci: Workplace Fflexibility, Career Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behaviou

    The transformational and toxic leadership effect on employee retention

    One indicator of the success of a business process is employee retention and the factors that cause it include leadership style. This study was conducted with the aim of testing which one most dominantly affects employee retention, whether transformational leadership or toxic leadership mediated by job satisfaction. The research design used is hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Model. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method to employees, both lecturers and academics staff in the scope of  Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Trisakti. The research findings showed that transformational leadership is proven to be more dominant in influencing employee retention than toxic leadership, either directly or indirectly through job satisfaction.Keywords:  employee retention; job satisfaction; toxic leadership; transformational leadership

    Pengaruh Pemasaran Internal dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai PLN di Wilayah Sulawesi

    This study aims to examine the integration of the relationship between internal marketing dimensions (supportive and participative leadership, training and development, information and communication, and selection and appointments) and compensation with job satisfaction and their impact on the performance of PLN employees in North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, and Gorontalo, especially during the COVID-19 post-pandemic. Data was collected from 322 respondents who work at PLN in North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, and Gorontalo. The results showed that supportive and participative leadership, information and communication, and compensation significantly positively affected job satisfaction. In contrast, training, development, selection, and appointment had no significant impact on work satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance

    The study aimed to analyze the relationship between emotional intelligence on employee engagement, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. In addition, analyze the relationship of work-life balance on employee engagement, job satisfaction, and job performance, as well as the effect of performance on career development for employees of one of the world-class tire supplier companies in Suryacipta Industrial Estate, Karawang. The data processing method used structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee engagement and work-life balance, but does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Work-life balance also has a significant effect on employee engagement, job satisfaction, and job performance. In addition, job performance has a significant effect on career development. The work-life balance of employees needs to be considered by the organization so that employees can carry out two very different roles effectively to increase job performance. Future research is expected to be able to use a more specific questionnaire statement on emotional intelligence variables so that it can provide more representative results

    This study aimed to determine the effect of job satisfaction, workplace spirituality, and organizational citizenship behaviar  for emplooye perfomance. This research uses a quantitative approach method, and the sample is taken using  purpose sampling technique with the population being employees from all jobsite of companies in PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA). Data collection was done online using Google Forms and resulted in 233 responses that could be used. The results showed that four from three hypotheses were supported. The results obtained from this study are expected to benefit company management in analysze and mapping the level of job satisfaction, workplace spirituality, and organizational citizenship behaviour for emplooye performance

    The development of competition in the digital era requires reliable human resources. In this digital era, human resources have an important part in helping an organization to chase organizational goals. However, it cannot be denied that organizational competition for human resources is a concern for an organization. This competition has an impact on the turnover intention of every employee in the organization. This study aimed to analyze the effect of FWA, compensation, and career development variables on job satisfaction as well as to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on job performance and turnover intention and the effect of job performance on turnover intention. The data processing method in this study used structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicate that career development has an effect on job satisfaction, FWA and compensation have no effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has an effect on job performance and turnover intention, and job performance has no effect on turnover intention

    Abstrak Tujuan : Penelitian  ini untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap student performance yang dimediasi oleh student satisfaction dan motivation to learn dalam pembelajaran online. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan : Data primer menggunakan kuesioner  berjumlah 258 mahasiswa. Skala Likert digunakan untuk mengukur seluruh variabel.  Pengolahan data  menggunakan SEM. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima.  Pengaruh antar variabel adalah positif dan signfikan. Keterbaruan/Nilai : Penelitian ini menekankan peran mediasi student satisfaction dan motivation to learn dalam pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap student performance  dalam pembelajaran daring di seluruh strata tempat penelitian dilakukan.     Abstract Purpose : This research was to investigate the impact of transformational leadership to students performance  through student satisfaction and motivation to learn towards online  learning. Design/Methodology/Approach :  The primary data was obtained using questionnaire of  258 students, Likert scale was used to measure all variables.. Data analysis was performed using SEM. Results: This study indicated that  all hypothesis are accepted. The influence among variables are positive and significant.     This study aimed to analyze the influence of Organizational Resilience, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Learning Culture, and Turnover Intention on Business Performance. Business Performance. The data analysis technique in this study used several statistical tests to apply structural equation modeling (SEM) as a tool. The sample data collection method in this study used purposive sampling with a sample of employees of PT. Pertamina. This study used a questionnaire distributed online. The sample from the population was carried out with specific considerations, namely all employees of the financial services industry in Indonesia, as many as 135 respondents. The results show that organizational learning culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational learning culture has a positive effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a positive effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a positive effect on business performance, organizational resilience has a positive effect on job satisfaction, and organizational resilience affects positively on business performance

    Examine  the effect of food security which consists of the dimensions of affordability, availability, quality & safety and natural resources on the human development index (HDI) and its impact on the level of economic activity for countries in the Southeast Asia region. The research design uses hypothesis testing of the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). This study uses sample of 9 countries in Southeast Asia region (Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam) with a study period of 9 years (20120-2020). The research findings show that the dimensions of affordability and quality & safety have a significant positive effect on HDI, while the dimensions of availability and natural resources have no positive effect on HDI. Other findings also prove that HDI has a positive effect on the level of economic activity (GDP).

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Quality of Work Life terhadap Work Life Balance dengan Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, dan Job Commitment sebagai variabel intervensi. Quality of Work Life adalah tentang kualitas hubungan antara karyawan dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei kuisioner terhadap responden yang merupakan karyawan di Industri Oil & Gas dengan setidaknya satu tahun pengalaman. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google form. Metode penyebaran kuesioner sendiri menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dimana pengumpulan dan penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara acak kepada seluruh karyawan Industri Oil & Gas. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.29. Hasil penelitian ini semua variabel bersifat valid dan ideal karena memiliki nilai > 0,05. Untuk tingkat Reliabilitas pada data memiliki nilai Cronbach's Alpha 0,80-1,0. Berdasarkan data tersebut, semua data data masuk kedalam kategori baik dengan tingkat nilai reliabilitas tinggi. Dari data, Hipotesis setiap variabel diterima karena nilai taraf signifikansi nilai T-Statistics variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen memiliki nilai diatas nilai T-Statistics 1,96 serta dengan probabilitas P Values kurang dari 0,050
