This research aims to determine ethics, work discipline and work environment on the performance of PT employees. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Jemursari Branch Office, Surabaya City. The research method used is quantitative research. By type and source of primary data. The results of this research are (1) ethics has no effect on the performance of PT employees. Bank Rakyat Indonesia KC Jemursari Surabaya City with a significance of 0.499 > 0.05, (2) work discipline influences the performance of PT employees. Bank Rakyat Indonesia KC Jemursari Surabaya City with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, (3) the work environment influences the performance of PT employees. Bank Rakyat Indonesia KC Jemursari, Surabaya City with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion, ethics has no effect on the performance of PT employees. Planar hole-doping concentration and effective three-dimensional hole-doping concentration for single-layer high-TcT_c superconductors

We propose that physical properties for the high temperature superconductors can be addressed by either a two-dimensional planar hole-doping concentration ($P_{pl}$) or an effective three-dimentional hole-doping concentration ($P_{3D}$). We find that superconducting transition temperature ($T_c$) exhibits a universal dome-shaped behavior in the $T_c$ $vs.$ $P_{3D}$ plot with a universal optimal doping concentration at $P_{3D}$ $\sim$ 1.6 $\times$ 10$^{21}$ cm$^{-3}$ for the single-layer high temperature superconductors.Comment: 2pages, 2 figures, submitted to Physica C (Proceedings of M2S-HTSC VIII) ; Ref. 10 is revise

Supply Chain Strategy in Public Budgeting Process: System-Efficacy as Intervening Variable

Abstract— Rapid challenges and changes that are an integral part of the business environment require companies to plan their business carefully, as well as to assess the probability of future events occurring and resulting from them. Supply chain strategy research in budgeting in the public sector is interesting to study. The main target of the current paper  is to analyze the impact of the participatory budgeting on the dysfunctional supply chain strategy mediated by self-efficacy in the public sector. The population was executive officers in the regional government of the province of East Java, Indonesia. Quota sampling is used to determine unit samples. Data obtained from 130 respondents. Three hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Square Analysis. Participative budgeting has been proven to increase self-efficacy. Self-efficacy has also been proven to be an intervening variable, by being able to reduce dysfunctional supply chain strategy with involvement in budgeting. On the other hand, participative budgeting influences dysfunctional supply chain strategy in a positive direction. The practical implications of this study are used as a basis for decision making for local governments in designing management control systems, especially in the budgeting process and paying attention to the character of personal self-efficacy

PENGARUH PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA DENGAN AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

This research has goal to examine and verify impact of the participation in community and accountability management of village fund on the effectiveness management of the villages fund at villages of Kanor sub-district, Bojonegoro district. The population in this study are village governments at Kanor sub-district and village governance. This study used purposive sampling as the technique sampling and the sample was selected with certain considerations in order to make the data obtained more representative. Data collection has been carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents.from this study the writer getting results that participation in community and accountability in managing village funds have a significant impact on the effectiveness management of village fund. This is showing that the higher of participation in community and accountability in the management of village funds, the better the effectiveness in managing village funds at Kanor sub-district, Bojonegoro district.Tujuan dari penenlitian ini untuk menguji dan membuktikan partisipasi masyarakat dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa mempengruhi efektivitas pengelolaan dana desa di desa pada kecamatan kanor kabupaten bojonegoro. Pada penelitian ini populasinya adalah pemerintah desa di kecamatan kanor dan badan permusyawaratan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sampel dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan yang memiliki tujuan data yang diperoleh lebih representative. Membagikan kuesioner kepada responden adalah cara untuk pengumpulkan data. Hasil dari penelitian  mempertunjukkan bahwa masyarakat yang berpartisipasi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa cukup berpengaruh pada efektivitas pengelolaan dana desa. Hal ini menunjukkan jika partisipasi oleh masyarakat dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa semakin tinggi, efektivitas pengelolaan dana desa di kecamatan kanor kabupaten bojonegoro juga semakin baik. &nbsp

The data in this study were obtained by physical or direct data approach with several parties and employees concerned with the procurement of goods and services within the state electricity distribution company of the Eastern Java. The results of this study include the procurement of goods and services in the state electricity company disjatim generally been in accordance with the systems and mechanisms that have been defined in the Peraturan Presiden 54 Tahun 2010 on Government Procurement.
