Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout strategii a postup implementace této strategie do vybraného podniku. Teoretická část je věnována vymezení pojmů a metod používaných v praktické části. Praktická část je věnována analýze prostředí podniku za pomocí PEST analýzy, modelu Canvas a SWOT analýzy. Následně je navržena odpovídající strategie a postup její implementace.The goal of this diploma thesis is to propose a strategy and procedury for implementing this strategy into a selected company. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of terms and methods used in the practival part. The practical part is devoted to analyze the company environment using PEST analysis, Canvas model and SWOT analysis. Principles of Creation and Set of Demo Applications Running over AndroidOS

Cílem práce je popsat základní principy tvorby aplikací pro operační systém Android. Čtenář se postupně seznamuje se základními stavebními prvky aplikací, včetně vytváření grafického uživatelského rozhraní. Velký důraz je věnován popisu rozhraní pro práci se senzory, na které navazuje kapitola popisující implementaci několika aplikací. Ty právě senzory využívají ke své činnosti. Po přečtení má čtenář základní povědomí o vývoji aplikací pro Android OS.The aim of this thesis is to describe the basic principles of creating applications for Android operating system. The reader gradually gets familiar with the basic building elements of applications, including the creation of a graphical user interface. A great emphasis is placed on the description of sensors interface, which precedes chapter describing implementation of several applications. These applications use sensors for their activity. This thesis gives a basic understanding of developing applications for Android OS.

Validation and modeling of aeronautical composite structures subjected to combined loadings: The VERTEX project. Part 2: Load envelopes for the assessment of panels with large notches

One of the important issues in the certification of composite aeronautical structures is large notches. In this paper, tests are carried out on technological specimens and under tensile, shear stresses and combined loadings using the VERTEX means presented in the first part of this publication. Strong interactions between postbuckling and propagation of cuts were observed. The FE-SDIC methodology developed specifically allows a first dialog between calculation / testing. The Discrete Ply Modeling method is able to compute the onset of failure of such complex tests. New tests responses called "envelop" are proposed and realized by following a load path that allows to validate the behavior of the notched structure for certification purposes. This methodology should eventually lead to a new vision of the tests pyramid by "Predictive Virtual Testing"

Experimental and numerical research of mechanical behaviour of titanium alloy hip implant

U ovom radu prikazano je eksperimentalno i numeričko istraživanje mehaničkog ponašanja umjetnog kuka od legure titana. Eksperimentalno istraživanje je bazirano na standardnim metodama ispitivanja mehaničkih svojstava i na primjeni tehnike digitalne korelacije slike, dok je metoda konačnih elemenata (MKE) primijenjena u numeričkim simulacijama. Umjetni kuk je izvađen iz pacijenta prilikom revizijske operacije kako bi se iskoristio kao uzorak za ispitvanja. Konstriuran je adapter za ispitivanje takvog uzorka kajo bi se dobili uvjeti što sličniji realnim. Za MKE analizu napravljen je model cijelog ispitavnog sklopa. Dobiveni rezultati ukazuju na dobru sukladnost eksperimentalnog i numeričkog istraživanja.Experimental and numerical research of mechanical behaviour of hip replacement implant is presented. Experimental analysis was based on standard methods for testing mechanical properties and application of Digital Image Correlation (DIC) technique, while the Finite Element Method (FEM) was used for numerical simulation. A hip prosthesis extracted from a patient after revision surgery was used as the specimen. An adapter for the implant testing was constructed to enable the condition of a proximally loosened stem. During FEM analysis, a solid model was made of the assembly. An analysis of presented results indicated good agreement of experimental and numerical research
