    Peran Dimensi Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Intensi Turnover pada Guru SMA Swasta

    Komitmen organisasi memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung keberlangsungan organisasi. Komitmen organisasi dibagi atas tiga dimensi yaitu affective commitment, continuance commitment dan normative commitment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh ketiga dimensi komitmen organisasi tersebut terhadap intensi turnover. Penelitian dilakukan pada SMA Swasta yang ada di Kota Rantaurapat dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 104 guru. Penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan antara affective commitment, dan continuance commitment terhadap intensi turnover. Namun dimensi  normative commitment pengaruhnya negatif tidak signifikan terhadap intensi turnover

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kaizen, keterlibatan kerja dan komitmen organisasi sebagai intervening terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Responden adalah para karyawan PT. Gloria Jaya Sejahtera Medan sebanyak 40 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus (sampel jenuh). Sumber data primer diperoleh secara langsung melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM (Stuctural Equation Modelling) dengan program SmartPLS. Hasil Path Coefficients menunjukkan bahwa budaya kaizen berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; budaya kaizen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan; keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan; serta, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara dalam kaitannya dengan keterlibatan kerja, sikap, dan komitmen afektif. 265 orang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Sampel purposive yang terdiri dari 84 orang digunakan sebagai strategi pengambilan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi survei, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program Statistical Product Software Solution (SPSS) adalah metode analisis untuk penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian memberikan beberapa bukti bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh keterlibatan kerja. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh sikap kerja. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh komitmen afektif. Kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara secara simultan dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keterlibatan mereka dalam bekerja, sikap dalam bekerja, dan komitmen afektif. Hasil pengujian melalui koefisien determinasi menghasilkan nilai (R Square) sebesar 0,613 (61,3%) yang artinya variabel dependen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen.     This research aims to analyze the influence of esteem needs and social needs on employee work performance in the Medan City Transportation Department. The population of this study was 301 employees of the Medan City Transportation Department. The sample in this study was 172 employees of the Medan City Transportation Department. The analytical methods used are Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination. The research results partially prove that the need for appreciation has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at the Medan City Transportation Service. Social needs have a positive and significant influence on the Medan City Transportation Department. Simultaneously, the research results show that the need for esteem and social needs have a positive and significant effect on the Medan City Transportation Department. The R square (R2) value shows that the coefficient of determination is 0.534, meaning that the percentage of Reward Needs (X1) and Social Needs (X2) on Job Performance is 53.4% while the rest is influenced by other variables that were not studied.     This study aims to analyze the training, work discipline, remuneration, achievement motivation with job satisfaction as an intervening variable on employee performance. Research respondents are the employees PT. Plantation Milano Panai Tengah Labuhanbatu of 61 respondents with sampling using slovin formula. Sources and data collection techniques used in this study are primary data, to wit data obtained or collected directly from the source data through interviews and a list of questions given to the respondents. The data analysis technique used SEM (Stuctural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS program. R square value is known that job satisfaction variable and employee performance can be explained by training variables, work discipline, remuneration and achievement motivation equal to 67,8%, and 61,2%. The result of Path Coefficients with Statistics (O / STDEV) used to examine the analysis of training, work discipline, remuneration, achievement motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. The results showed that the training had positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Discipline has positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Remuneration has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Achievement motivation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Training has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Achievement motivation has positive and insignificant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect to employee performance

    Modelling Concept: Human Resources Professional Transformation in Manufacturing Company

    This concept aims to meet the theoretical needs in answering the problem for the roles of the human resource management function in a manufacturing company which involve the HR Division Line Manager. The proposed update is an evolutionary concept of work in human resource management called “Human Resource Professional Transformation”. Specifically, this concept discusses the ability of the HR division line managers to make adaptive changes to the company’s business-oriented functional divisions with managerial competence, commitment, innovation capability, and readiness for changes. This concept was born by synthesizing various search related scientific literature. Based on the theoretical study, it can be concluded that the concept of human resources professional transformation has the potential to improve the performance of line managers in the HR division. Besides this, human resources professional transformation answers the role of the human resource function which integrates the theoretical basis of Human Resource Analytics, Human Resources Professional and Human Resource Transformation as a competitive advantage strategy in facing competition and promoting company success.     This study aims to analyze the effect of training, organizational climate and competence on the performance of employees of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of North Sumatra Province. The type of research used is quantitative. the study population amounted to 265 civil servants (ASN). The sampling technique used was subjectively purposive sampling. Thus, the number of samples in this study were 84 Civil Servants (PNS). Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation studies and questionnaires. The method of analysis of this research is multiple linear regression with the Statistical Product Software Solution (SPSS) program. The results of the t test show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of North Sumatra Province. Simultaneously training, organizational climate and competence have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of North Sumatra Province. The adjusted coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.703, this means that 70.3% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable while the rest (100% - 70.3% = 29.7%) is explained by other variables outside the variables studied.Keywords: Training, Organizational Climate, Competence, Employee Performanc

    Research on employee performance determination with creativity, experience and work involvement: empirical studies, proved that creativity (X1) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). Likewise, experience (X2) and work involvement (X3), had a significant and positive influence on employee performance (Y) studied at PT. Mitra Andal Sejati, Medan, North Sumatra. The theoretical implication of this research showed that creativity becomes a behavior that turns ideas into innovations that can be applied in work. Employees who have quality work experience will be able to conduct work while also having the responsibilities given by the company. The employee work involvement will also contribute to sustainable business development, enable the development of personal skills and assist the company's business in achieving the realization of the targets to be achieved. Practically, creative employees must be able to innovate in finding new opportunities, doing new things, and taking ideas from things around them. Companies that have experienced employees will certainly get better trust from other companies in conducting their duties. The authority of the company will increase so that it can influence other companies to work together. This also has an effect on high employee work engagement, strengthen the company’s relationships with stakeholders which leads to partnerships to create business opportunities

    Fokus penelitian dilakukan pada Bengkel Agung Auto Service Rantauprapat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen pada Bengkel Agung Auto Service Rantauprapat. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 147 konsumen yang diambil selama 2 Bulan yaitu dari bulan Agustus-September 2023. Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)menggunakan SmartPLS digunakan sebagai metode analisis dalam penelitian ini. Observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan kuesionerdigunakan sebagai pendekatan pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Word Of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai adjusted R2 sebesar 0,817, yang menunjukkan bahwa persepsi konsumen, kualitas pelayanan, lokasi, word of mouth dapat menjelaskan 81,7% dari keputusan pembelia

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh label bestseller dan potongan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian buku ilmiah pada Penerbit Merdeka Kreasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Univeristas Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah yang melakukan pembelian Buku Ilmiah Penerbit Merdeka Kreasi sebanyak 171 orang selama bulan Juli-Desember 2022. Sampel yang diteliti dihitung melalui rumus slovin dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Jumlah keseluruhan responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 konsumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi serta kuesioner dengan skala likert. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, dan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Product Sofware Solution). Hasil penelitian membuktikanbahwa Label Bestseller berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Potongan Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil penelitian secara simultan Label Bestsaller dan Potongan Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Buku Ilmiah pada Penerbit Merdeka Kreasi.
