    Background: Burns are injuries due to heat from fire or other hot objects that cause damage to the skin, the level of tissue damage depends on the type and length of exposure to heat sources. Increased ROS occurs after burns injury begins and can interfere with wound healing if it is too high in number. Definitive management is needed to accelerate the healing of burns. Honey and green tea (Camellia sinensis) are natural ingredients that contain anti -inflammatory and antioxidants that can reduce levels of ROS so that healing can be faster. Purposes: This research was conducted to see the effect of the combination of honey and green tea on healing the second degree of burns in white rats. Method: This type of research is experimental with the Post-test Only Control Design with the calculation of the area of the second degree burns on the 14th day after being given topical therapy combination of honey and green tea extract with a mixture composition (1 ml of honey: 1 ml of green tea extract: 1 ml of honey: 0.5 ml of green tea extract: and 0.5 ml of honey: 1 ml of green tea extract). Results: One way Anova statistical test analysis shows the value of P = 0.593 and Linear Regression analysis revealed a 7.9% effect of the combination of honey and green tea on the healing of second degree burns. Conclusion: The combination of honey and green tea has no significant effect on healing the second degree of burns in white rats

    The problems addressed by this study were: (1) how are strategies implemented by Koperasi Kesejahteraan Bersama of FKIP UHO to improve the welfare of its members; (2) what are the hindrances encountered by Koperasi Kesejahteraan Bersama of FKIP UHO in its effort to improve the welfare of its members; (3) what strategies are employed by Koperasi Kesejahteraan Bersama of FKIP UHO to overcome the hindrances that it encounters in its effort of improving the welfare of its members. The purpose of this study was to reveal: (1) the strategies that were implemented by Koperasi Kesejahteraan Bersama of FKIP UHO to improve the welfare of its members; (2) the hindrances encountered by Koperasi Kesejahteraan Bersama of FKIP UHO in its effort of improving the welfare of its members; (3) the strategies are employed by Koperasi Kesejahteraan Bersama of FKIP UHO to overcome the hindrances that it encounters in its effort of improving the welfare of its members. Techniques of data collection were interview, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed qualitatively, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing of conclusions. Results of the study were: the strategies that were implemented by Koperasi Kesejahteraan Bersama of FKIP UHO to improve the welfare of its members were: (1) increasing member contributive participation by raising understanding about the importance of participating in the cooperation to the members themselves, transparency, honest, open, whereas incentive participation was increased by lowering interest rate and granting presents on lebaran day; (2) increasing service to its members by requiring nothing at all to those who wish to loan money, providing out-of-office services, and if a member wants to fully return his loan earlier than the contract, he does not need to pay the remaining interests. (3) increasing the cooperation capital by increasing members' compulsory deposit and SHU to be received by members is not directly paid, but deposited in a special saved SHU. Some hindrances faced by Koperasi Kesejahteraan Bersama of FKIP UHO are related to limited capital and bad credit. Strategies employed by Koperasi Kesejahteraan Bersama are directly informing its members about bad credit, increasing compulsory deposit in order to increase the cooperation capital so that the problem of capital can be solved

    The research objective to be achieved from this research is to prove the influence of job characteristics and the development of human resources compensation on the motivation and performance of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pamekasan. This research is quantitative research with survey approach population in this study were all employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pamekasan as many as 60 employees, the sample used is 60 people using census techniques. In this research analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS).     Jumlah kendaraan yang semakin meningkat menyebabkan kelangkaan BBM dan meningkatkan polusi. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan penggunaan bahan bakar alternative antara lain minyak jarak dan metanol. Penelitian ini mempelajari pengaruh campuran metanol kadar rendah terhadap efisiensi termal pada mesin diesel Isuzu 4JB1 yang dilengkapi dengan system EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation). Metanol yang digunakan mempunyai kadar air 24,88% berbasis volume. Rasio campuran solar-minyak jarak-metanol yang digunakan adalah 100/0/0, 85/20/5, 80/20/10 dan 75/20/15 % pada volume basis. Bukaan katub EGR divariasikan dari 0 hingga 50%. Pengujian dilakukan pada putaran stasioner 2000 rpm dan diberi beban dari 25% sampai 100% dengan interval pembebanan 25%. Sebuah dynamometer merk dynamite Land & Sea digunakan untuk mengukur daya mesin yang nantinya akan digunakan untuk menghitung efisiensi termal. Data hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi presentasi metanol dalam campuran bahan bakar mengakibatkan efisiensi termal cenderung menurun

    Curling phenomenon on rapid prototyping (RP) product is an actual problem which has not been solved clearly, also on MMD-Is product. Previous experiment showed, it was caused dominantly by un-uniformity of temperature distribution in build part system when sintering was executed. Differ to the sintering process in the common commercial RP process, sintering process in MMD-Is is conducted in supporting powder media. The research is aimed to observe the effect of supporting powder materials, particle size and configuration of heater system on temperature distribution of the build part. Temperature distribution was measured by immersing thermocouples into supporting powder in vertical and horizontal formation. The experimental results show that the un-uniformity of the build part temperature is caused by secondary heating phenomenon by piston material at base position

    Managing finances is an important aspect that everyone must be able to do, especially students, most of whom are managing finances for the first time. Many students often face financial problems because they have to be able to manage their pocket money to be able to meet various needs such as food costs, books, food, transportation, accommodation, and other activities. Lack of financial literacy is also a factor in someone not being able to manage their finances well. Lack of understanding about personal financial management, investment, and decision-making often results in financial problems that can affect student productivity. Financial literacy and technological innovation have high potential to work together. Utilizing mobile applications provides an opportunity to overcome these challenges in an effective and efficient manner. Therefore, in this research, a UI/UX design was carried out for a mobile application that can help users manage finances and understand financial literacy using the design sprint method. A design sprint is a method that runs for 5 days to answer business process needs such as design, prototyping, and testing ideas with users. The result of this research is a prototype mobile application for financial management and financial literacy that is adjusted based on user needs using the design sprint method. Then, at the validation stage, usability testing was carried out using the Maze tool with a usability score of 93, which can be said to have a high score

    Simulasi Numerik Peningkatan Perpindahan Panas Menggunakan Concave Delta Winglet Vortex Generators di dalam Penukar Kalor Jenis Fin-and-tube

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek dari penggunaan vortex generator terhadap karakteristik termal penukar kalor jenis plain fin and tube menggunakan simulasi numerik. Concave delta winglet pairs (CDWPs) digunakan sebagai vortex generator. Karakteristik termal diperoleh dengan membandingkan fin yang menggunakan CDWPs dengan yang tanpa menggunakan vortex generator serta membandingkan penggunaan perbedaan jumlah pasangan vortex generator. Aliran udara di dalam saluran fin diasumsikan sebagai fluida incompressible dan laminar yang mana bilangan Reynolds berada pada rentang 280 sampai dengan 960. Dari hasil simulasi diperoleh bahwa koefisien perpindahan panas konveksi untuk fin yang menggunakan 1, 3, dan 7 CDWPs berturut-turut meningkat berkisar antara 7,4-23,9%, 18,6-60,6%, dan 41-100% dibandingkan fin tanpa vortex generator (baseline). Nilai hCDWPs/hDWPs dari fin yang menggunakan 1, 3, dan 7 VGs berturut-turut berkisar antara 1,06-1,1; 1,1-1,4; dan 1,2-1,4

    Urban society with high mobility prefer to visit tourist attractions to enjoy the natural tourist attraction. One of the tourist villages developed enough in Boyolali district is Samiran Tourism Village. This Tourism Village located in Selo, between the slopes of Mount Merapi and Merbabu. This study aims to determine the pattern of community change with the village of Samiran into a tourist village, the level of visitor satisfaction, and village tour manager. This research used survey method to visitor / village tour manager and proportional stratified random sampling technique with sampling of linkage research approach at Samiran tourism village were ask for participation of visitor / village tour manager to assess service organization and to assess service quality between visitor and manager. This study were found that quality of service in Samiran tourist village is given able to increase customer / visitor satisfaction as well as to increase income from society that support the existence of tourist village in sustainable development.
