PERANCANGAN PASAR TRADISIONAL BERDASARKAN PERSEPSI DAN PREFERENSI PEDAGANG PASAR Studi Lokasi Blauran Di Kota Palangka Raya

Pasar tradisional merupakan wadah untuk bertransaksi bagi pembeli dan penjual. Kekhasan dari pasar tradisional adalah pada interaksi tawar menawar antar pembeli dan penjual sehingga memerlukan ruang dan waktu yang cukup panjang untuk proses tersebut. Kendala yang ditemui adalah pasar tradisional memiliki fasilitas yang memadai khususnya pada sirkulasi serta penataan kios/los untuk berjualan, sehingga aktivitas jual beli menjadi terganggu seperti yang terjadi di salah satu pasar tradisional di kota Palangka Raya yaitu Pasar Blauran sehingga membuat pengunjung merasa tidak nyaman. Menggunakan konsep open plan, penelitian ini mencoba mengatur kembali penataan kios dan sirkulasi pengunjung sehingga menciptakan ruang yang bersifat fleksibel dan memudahkan pengunjung maupun pedagang dapat beraktivitas dengan nyaman dan leluasa

IMPROVING STUDENTS’ MOTIVATION IN LEARNING ENGLISH USING MOVIE CLIP (A Classroom Action Research at Eight Grade of SMP Negeri 14 Surakarta in the Academic Year 2017/2018)

The objectives of the study are to identify: (1) the improvement of students’ motivation using movie clip in learning English; (2) the difficulties of using movie clip in English class. The action research study was conducted in two cycles from November to December 2017. There are three meetings in each cycle. Every cycle consisted of four steps: planning, implementing, observation, and reflection. The research data were collected by using qualitative techniques (observation, interview, field notes, questionnaire, diary, document analysis) and quantitative techniques (pre-test and post-test). The data were analyzed through descriptive analysis for the qualitative data and descriptive statistic for quantitative data. The research findings showed that: First, the students became brave to respond task or challenge from the teacher. Second, the students had high confidence and always ready when the teacher asked them to present their work orally. Third, the students had a desire to be successful in learning English by struggling to get the highest score. Fourth, the students were more active to ask about the material that they did not understand. Fifth, the students were easier to comprehend the material given by the teacher. Sixth, the students became more diligent and showed their effort in learning English. The improvement of the students’ achievement was proved by the mean score of writing test that was increased from 56.21 in the pre-test, 76.72 in the test 1 and in the post-test became 85.45. The difficulties of using movie clip in English class, included: (a) the facilities which were nonsupport to implement this media in the classroom; (b) the students were out of focus in viewing activity; (c) sometimes, one scene was not enough for students to understand and/or catch some information; (d) the students were too focus in watching the movie. Therefore, it is recommended to use movie clip in English class. Since, it becomes an interesting media of teaching which improve students’ motivation in learning English and makes teaching learning process enjoyable. Islam mengatur segala bentuk perilaku manusia dalam berhubungan dengan sesamanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya di dunia dalam kaidah tentang muamalah. Pentingnya pasar dalam Islam tidak terlepas dari fungsi pasar sebagai wadah bagi berlangsungnya kegiatan jual beli. pasar produk halal yang diperlukan yaitu memiliki sirkulasi yang lancar, tidak berdesakan, dan dapat meminimalisir laki-laki dan perempuan bersentuhan, penataan lapak atau kios pedagang yang teratur dan efisien, sistem keamanan dan keselamatan yang memadai, pemanfaatan fungsi ruang luar, sistem pengelolaan sampah, parkir dan akses yang mudah, juga bentuk bangunan yang sederhana dan fungsional namun dan menyesuaikan dengan bentukbentuk bangunan di sekitarnya. Prinsip-prinsip yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam perancangan arsitektur antara lain: fungsi, bentuk, teknik, keamanan, kenyamanan, konteks, efisien. Tujuan yaitu merancang pasar produk halal dengan penggunaan arsitektur Islami. Penyelesaian dalam perancangan yaitu dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip arsitetur Islami antara lain: sederhana, fungsional, dan sesuai terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data-data dari studi literatur, pengamatan lapangan, dan studi preseden untuk mendapatkan hasil rancangan pasar produk halal yang menerapkan arsitektur islami dengan prinsip sederhana dan fungsional menyesuaikan dengan site dan lingkungan sekitar, penataan sirkulasi sesuai kegiatan pada pasar produk halal

Pengendalian Internal Atas Aset Tetap Yayasan Pendidikan SMP Cenderawasih II

AbstractThis study aims to determine the implementation of internal control of fixed assets at the Cenderawasih II Middle School Education Foundation. The data method used is qualitative data with secondary data sources, regarding the analysis of internal control of fixed assets at the Cenderawasih II Middle School Education Foundation, concluding that the responsibility for internal control in managing fixed assets is effective enough to have tasks assigned according to the responsibilities of each staff employees concerned and secure assets from unauthorized asset placement. Behind China Sport Industry Development: Football

This paper studies and analyses the reasons why China paying attention to sport industry especially football. Basically, Chinese government see football as a pretty promising business field of the century. In otherside, China plans for a few next year is qualify as contestant of football world cup, hosting the football world cup and become the champion of the football world cup. As the real act to their national interest, China government issued some policies along with private group and all element pull the work together regarding to support the development of their football such as established the biggest football school in Guangzhou. The growth of sport industry per year in number obviously tempt government to generate more money from it. This research uses national interest concept and Mercantilism theory to analyse what drives China develop their sport industry, especially football. Analisis Arsitektur Dynamic Web Service Composition dengan Menggunakan Teknik Decentralized Dataflow

ABSTRAKSI: Saat ini web service telah menjadi syarat wajib dalam dunia bisnis. Dengan menggunakan web service pertukaran informasi dan kolaborasi antar perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang E-Business menjadi lebih terjamin. Untuk menyelesaikan sebuah task, maka web service cukup mengambil informasi service yang berkaitan di Internet.Sebuah service tidak pernah cukup untuk menyelesaikan sebuah task. Solusinya adalah dengan mengkomposisikan dua atau lebih service yang saling berkaitan yang sering disebut dengan Web Service Composition (WSC).Dalam tugas akhir ini penulis menyarankan sebuah framework web service dengan menggunakan teknik decentralized dataflow, yaitu selain menggunakan Internet untuk menjelajah service, juga terdapat Web Service DataBase (WSDB), dan UDDI Registry yang menyimpan service yang berkaitan. Dengan kata lain dengan menggunakan teknik ini, ketersediaan informasi service menjadi meningkat.Akan tetapi prioritas utama aliran data hanya pada WSDB karena nilai throughput yang tinggi dan response time yang lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan dua aliran data lainnya yaitu Internet dan UDDI Registry.Kata Kunci : Web Service, Scalability, Response Time, WSDB, UDDI Registry.ABSTRACT: Currently web service has become a mandatory requirement in business world. By using web service, information exchange and collaboration among companies engaged in e-business becomes more secure. Efficient use of time and cost can be achieved by implementing a web service to build a new application. To complete a task, then the web service simply take the related information service in the Internet.A service is never enough to complete a task. The solution is composed of two or more interrelated services. This technique is known as Web Service Composition (WSC).In this final task, I suggest a web service framework using decentralized dataflow technique, which in addition to using the Internet to browse the service, there is also a Web Service DataBase (WSDB), and UDDI Registry that store the related services. In other words, using this technique, the level of availability of information services increases.However, dataflow priority only on WSDB because its high throughput and fast response of request compared to Internet and UDDI Registry.Keyword: Web Service, Scalability, Response Time, WSDB, UDDI Registry

The Influence of Safety Talk Communicators on Compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Use in Construction Project

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is the last individual protection to avoid occupational accidents. Incompliance with PPE use is still discovered in high rise building construction project at Siwalankerto Avenue 121-131, Surabaya city. Safety talk program is conducted by communicators in this project site and applied persuasively to increase workers\u27 compliance with PPE use. Hence, the communicators play important roles in influencing the workers on compliance with PPE use. The aim of this study was to understand the influence of safety talk communicators including their attract-tiveness, credibility and power on construction workers\u27 compliance with PPE use. This study was analytical observational with a cross sectional design. The result of linear regression showed regression coefficient score of attractiveness (B=0,198), credibility (B=1,193), and power (B=-0,562). It can be concluded that safety talk communicators\u27 variables which highly influenced on the construction workers\u27 compliance with PPE use were credibility and power. The communicators\u27 credibility influenced positively on compliance with PPE use while the communicators\u27 power influenced negatively

Pengabdian Arsitektur ke Betang Toyoi di Desa Tumbang Malahoi, Kabupaten Gunung Mas

Desa wisata mempunyai karakteristik topografi, budaya, dan lingkungan untuk dijadikan sebagai daerah tujuan wisata. Desa wisata berlokasi di Desa Tumbang Malahoi, Kecamatan Rungan, Kabupaten Gunung Mas mempunyai karakteristik topografi di kawasan tepian sungai dan kekhususan wisata budaya pada permukiman awal. Wisata budaya di Desa Tumbang Malahoi meliputi Betang atau rumah panjang, karak betang dan rumah-rumah panggung. Tujuan adalah mengeksplorasi potensi wisata budaya pada Betang Toyoi dan permukiman di Desa Tumbang Malahoi, Kabupaten Gunung Mas. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data-data primer dari observasi bangunan Betang Toyoi dan wawancara dengan kepala adat dan penduduk Desa Tumbang Malahoi mengenai arsitektur Betang Toyoi dan mendokumentasikan kegiatan kunjungan lapangan. Tahap penggalian informasi dilakukan antara lain tahap persiapan yaitu survei awal dan pemetaan lokasi, tahap pelaksanaan melakukan survei dan dokumentasi Betang Toyoi, eksplorasi bangunan Betang Toyoi dan permukiman di Desa Tumbang Malahoi, dan tahap pasca pelaksanaan adalah mendokumentasikan data lapangan Betang Toyoi dan permukiman di Desa Tumbang Malahoi, dan membuat laporan hasil penelitian, serta publikasi ilmia

BENTUK AWAL KOMPLEK HUMA GANTUNG BUNTOI KALIMANTAN TENGAH

Huma Gantung is one of type Dayak tradistional house, one of which is Huma Gantung in Buntoi, Kabupaten Pulang Pisau of Central Borneo. Huma Gantung Buntoi in the past was occoupied by custom chief titled Singa (Singa Jalla) that still obey of old customs and traditions. Buntoi environment conditions that still yet secure cause Huma Gantung Buntoi protected with high fence, called Bakota as aprotection effort from enemy outside. The changing of occupant requirements, custom and tradition and environment conditions that become safe cause significant changes in the shape of Huma Gantung Buntoi. Many of Huma Gantung building element that loss or the function is altered because the occupant requirements. Several supporting building that close linked with old customs and traditions were gone because it is no needed anymore, and environment conditions that gradually become safe has significant impact to physical shape of Huma Gantung Buntoi. Therefore, the meaning from custom chief house that still obey for old customs and traditions is no longer exist in current time, so that need to track initial shape of Huma Gantung Buntoi is essential in which social culture history meaning of Dayak Ngaju in Buntoi can be understood and the conservation effort can be done for preserve it. To get right picture about initial shape of Huma Gantung in Buntoi, the comperative object was needed namely Betang Toyoi in Tumbang Malahoi that believed still have kinship relationship. From interview with several key informants that understand about the history of Huma Gantung in Buntoi, it is known that there are some building elements that change and some supporting buildings that have lost. The comparative study then combined with key informant explanation and literature review, and ultimately the real initial shape of Huma Gantung Buntoi was found. From this study, it is revealed that the changes that happen in Huma Gantung Buntoi were influenced by three factors : the changes of occupant requirements, the changes of old customs and traditions, and the changes of safety environment conditions. Huma Gantung merupakan salah satu tipe rumah tradisional Dayak, salah satu contohnya adalah Huma Gantung di Desa Buntoi Kabupateu Pulang Pisau, Kalimantan Tengah. Huma Gantung di Buntoi ini pada masa lalu pemah dihuni oleh seorang kepala adat bergelar Singa (Singa Mita) yang masih taat pada adat dan tradisi lama. Kondisi lingkungan Buntoi yang belum aman menyebabkan lingkungan Huma Gantung di Buntoi tertutup pagar tinggi yang disebut Bakota sebagai usaha proteksi terhadap serangan musuh dari luar. Adanya perubahan pada tuntutan penghuni, adat dan tradisi serta kondisi lingkungan yang berangsur aman menyebabkan perubahan besar pada bentuk Huma Gantung di Buntoi. Banyak dari elemen bangunan Huma Gantung yang hilang atau berubah fungsi karena adanya tuntutan dari penghuni. Beberapa bangunan penunjang yang erat hubungannya dengan adat dan tradisi lama telah dinyatakan hilang karena tidak dibutuhkan iagi, dan kondisi lingkungan yang berangsur-angsur aman menyebabkan perubahan besar pada bentuk fisik Huma Gantung di Buntoi. Dengan demikian pemaknaan dari sebuah rumah pemimpin adat yang masih taat pada adat dan tradisi lama sudah tidak dapat dirasakan lagi pada masa sekarang sehingga perlu dilakukan usaha penelusuran bentuk awal Huma Gantung Buntoi agar makna sejarah sosial budaya masyarakat Dayak Ngaju di Buntoi dapat dimengerti dan dapat dilakukan usaha konservasi yang benar untuk pelestariannya. Untuk memperoleh gambaran yang benar mengenai bentuk awal Huma Gantung di Buntoi diperlukan obyek lain sebagai pembanding yaitu Betang Toyoi di Tumbang Malahoi yang dipercaya masih memiliki hubungan kekerabatan dekat. Dad wawancara dengan beberapa nara sumber yang mengetahui betul mengenai sejarah Huma Gantung di Buntoi diketahui adanya beberapa elemen bangunan yang berubah dan beberapa bangunan penunjang yang telah hilang. Perbandingan yang dilakukan dengan obyek pembanding kemudian dipadukan dengan keterangan dari nara sumber dan tinjauan literatur pada akhimya dapat diketahui bentuk awal yang sebenamya dari Huma Gantung di Buntoi. Dad penelitian ini terungkap bahwa perubahan yang terjadi pada Huma Gantung di Buntoi disebabkan oleh tiga faktor, meliputi : perubahan tuntutan penghuni, perubahan adat dan tradisi lama, dan adanya perubahan kondisi keamanan lingkungan
