Tato diplomová práce se ve své první části zabývá rozborem a technologické dokumentace, manipulace s materiálem, strojů a manipulačních zařízení.Cílem těchto rozborů je vytipování nedostatků současného stavu.V druhé části se práce zaměřuje na návrh variant řešení při odstraňování zjištěných edostatků a propracování doporučované varianty.This disertation work consists of two main parts. The first part deals with analysing technological documentation, materials handling, machinery and manipulating machinery. The aim of these analysis is to point out possible problems of current state. The second part of the work focuses on suggestions of different slolutions for removing defects found and working through a recomended alternative.

Influence admixture in lead-acid battery for hybrid electric vehicles.

Olověné akumulátory v hybridních elektrických vozidlech (HEV) pracují v režimu PSoC (Partial State of Charge). Právě v tomto režimu dochází k novým mechanizmům poruch. Tyto mechanizmy jsou dávány do souvislosti s nevratnou sulfatací především záporných elektrod. Úkolem výzkumu je, aby sulfatace záporné elektrody již nebyla limitujícím faktorem životnosti článku a zlepšení životnosti olovených akumulátorů plánovaných pro použití v HEV.Lead-acid batteries of hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) are functioning in PSoC regime (Partial State of Charge). In PSoC regime new fail mechanisms occure. These mechanisms usually lead to nonreversible sulphation of negative electrodes. Main aim of this research is to avoid negative electrode sulphation and to improve lifetime of lead-acid accumulators used in HEV.

Editing the Robot Gripper

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací chapadla robota, které je součástí montážně-obráběcí linky, která kompletuje a kontroluje zhotovená vřetena. V úvodu této práce je zmíněna obecná charakteristika automatizace výroby, začlenění robotů do obráběcích linek, rozdělení a charakteristika průmyslových robotů a manipulátorů. Poté je zde popsán chod konkrétní montážně-obráběcí linky, ve které je autorem navrhnuto chapadlo robota, které přemísťuje vřetena mezi jednotlivými stroji do daných pozic. Vytvořené chapadlo robota je dokumentováno v příloze bakalářské práce. V závěru této práce jsou shrnuty výhody racionalizace celé linky a kalkulace návratnosti vynaložených finančních prostředků.The bachelor thesis deals with the design and realization of the robot gripper, which is part of the assembly-machining line, which completes and checks the produced spindles. At the beginning of this work is mentioned general characteristics of automation of production, integration of robots into machining lines, distribution and characteristics of industrial robots and manipulators. Then it describes the operation of a particular assembly-machining line in which the author proposes a robot gripper that moves spindles between machines into given positions. The created robot gripper is documented in an attached bachelor thesis. Tato práce se zabývá rozborem a definováním problémů při obrábění elektroizolačních kompozitních materiálů. Cílem je navržení nových variant řešení technologických podmínek a odzkoušení vybrané varianty. Dále provést pro tuto variantu ekonomické hodnocení.This work aims to provide an analysis and definitions of problems during the machining of electrical insulation composite materials. The main objective of this work is to put forward innovative alternatives in order to deal with technological conditions. The chosen alternative is then subjected to both testing and economic evaluation.

Diplomová práce je projekt stavby provozovny grafického centra s bytovou jednotkou vč. zařízení pro vytápění stavby a návrhu variantního zdroje tepla: tepelné čerpadlo země-voda, tepelné čerpadlo vzduch-voda a kondenzační kotel na zemní plyn. Hlavní vstupy do objektu jsou orientovány na sever. Objekt má nepravidelný půdorys a je zastřešen dvěma pultovými střechami. Objekt je postaven z keramických tvárnic, kde svislé nosné konstrukce tvoří zdivo Heluz a vodorovné konstrukce tvoří předpjaté stropní panely Spiroll. V objektu je navržen nízkoteplotní otopný systém v kombinaci podlahového vytápění (bytová jednotka) a vytápění otopnými tělesy (grafické centrum + zázemí bytu). Projekt byl vypracován pomocí výukové verze počítačového programu AutoCAD. Tepelně technické výpočty byly provedeny prostřednictvím software PROTECH. Při zpracování byl kladen důraz na dispoziční řešení, architektonický vzhled, statické požadavky, energetickou náročnost stavby a využití alternativních zdrojů energií.The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of building a graphic center facility with a flat unit incl. heating equipment for the construction and design of a variant heat source: earth-water heat pump, air-water heat pump and natural gas condensing boiler. The main entrances to the building are oriented to the north. The building has an irregular floor plan and is covered by two mono-pitched roofs. The building is constructed of ceramic blocks, where the vertical load-bearing structures form the Heluz masonry and the horizontal construction consists of pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels. There is a low-temperature heating system in the combination of floor heating (residential unit) and radiator heating (graphic center + apartment accessories). The project was developed using a tutorial version of the AutoCAD computer program. Thermal engineering calculations were made using the PROTECH software. Detached house with graphics centre in Jihlava

Bakalářská práce je projekt vícepodlažního polyfunkčního rodinného domu s grafickým centrem v Jihlavě. Dům je určen pro bydlení dvou čtyřčlenných rodin. Obsluha grafického centra bude zajištěna obyvateli domu. Hlavní vstupy do objektu jsou orientovány na sever. Dům má nepravidelný půdorys a je zastřešen dvěma pultovými střechami. Pobytové místnosti jsou orientovány na jihozápad. Objekt je postaven z keramických tvárnic, kde svislé nosné konstrukce tvoří zdivo Heluz a vodorovné konstrukce tvoří předpjaté stropní panely Spiroll. Projekt byl vypracován pomocí výukové verze počítačového programu AutoCAD. Při zpracování byl kladen důraz na dispoziční řešení, architektonický vzhled, statické požadavky a bezpečnost užívání.The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a multi-storey, multifunctional, duplex house with a graphics centre, located in Jihlava. The house is intended for housing two families of four. The operation of the graphics centre will be provided by the residents. The main entrances to the building are oriented to the north. The house has an irregular floor plan and is covered by two mono-pitched roofs. Residential rooms are oriented to the southwest. The building is constructed of ceramic blocks, where the vertical load-bearing structure consists of Heluz masonry and the horizontal structure consists of prestressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The project was developed through the educational version of the computer program AutoCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on correct layout, architectural design, static requirements and the fulfillment of structural safety requirements.

Production of Gripper Components

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a výrobou součásti chapadla robota, které přemísťuje trubky mezi jednotlivými operacemi. V úvodu této práce je představena firma, v které diplomovou práci realizuji včetně strojů, které se podílí na výrobě. Dále jsou zde zmíněny už hotové projekty, které firma realizovala. Poté je zde rozebrána problematika frézování včetně složitých součástí. Následuje praktická část, kde je autorem navržena a technologicky zpracována součást chapadla robota. Vyrobená součást chapadla robota je dokumentována v diplomové práci. V závěru je zpracováno technicko ekonomické zhodnocení projektu.The diploma thesis deals with the design and manufacture of a robot gripper component that moves tubes between operations. The introduction of this work introduces the company in which I implement my thesis, including machines that participate in production. Furthermore, already finished projects that the company has implemented are mentioned here. Then the issue of milling, including complex components, is discussed here. The practical part follows, where the author proposes a part of the robot's gripper. The manufactured part of the robot's gripper is documented in the diploma thesis.
