    Methodological approach to determining the main factors for the development of creative thinking in students of creative professions

    The phenomenon of a person’s creative thinking, as well as the mechanisms of its development,are in the problematic field of research of numerous scientists for many centuries. The relevance of these problems was reinforced in many respects by the desire of a person to understand his capabilities, to use them in order to create a comfortable environment around him. Interest in this problem at this stage of socio-historical development has its own special features.The questions that are raised in the study are what factors have the most significant influence on the development of creative thinking in students of creative professions. The main purpose of the article is to determine and compile the key factors for the development of creative thinking in students of creative professions as the main guarantee of their success. To do this, we have applied the methodology of the graph connections between the main factors, which will allow us to form a methodological approach to the hierarchical ordering of the most important factors in the development of creative thinking in students of creative professions as the main guarantee of their success. The subject of the research is the factors of influence on the creative thinking of students of creative specialties. The results of the study led to the formation of the key factors influencing the development of creative thinking among students of creative professions through expert analysis and a survey of specialists in this field and literature. The practical value of the study is to determine the key factors of influence on the development of creative thinking in students and the possibility of using the proposed methodological approach, in particular. The study has limitations and they consist because the process of determining the key factors for the development of creative thinking in students of creative professions took place only considering the specifics of the activities of educational institutions in Ukraine

    Удосконалення економічного та інформаційного механізмів соціально-економічного розвитку гірських територій

    The object of research is the socio-economic development of the mountain territories of the Carpathian region (Ukraine). One of the most problematic places is the existing mechanisms of state management to address the problems of mountain territories. Limited resources, insufficient information need to strengthen the attention of local executive bodies and local self-government, as well as further improve existing instruments of state regulation. The following research methods are used: analysis, extrapolation, SWOT analysis and systemic generalization.In the course of the study, an analysis of the socio-economic development of mountain territories was made. This helped determine the priority industry, namely tourist and recreational. A model of a tourist-recreational cluster is proposed. This will allow creating conditions for effective activity and cooperation of all business entities. In particular, it will contribute to the development and implementation of measures to stabilize and improve the demographic situation in mountain territories, and to reduce the scale of emigration of local residents.Effective mechanisms for the development of the mountain territories of the Carpathian region, namely, a mechanism for monitoring and forecasting factors, mechanisms for implementing state mining policy, mechanisms for influencing the effective use of available resources are determined. This will ensure the harmonization of the interests of all economic entities and will contribute to the growth of the economic potential of the mountain territories of Ukraine.The economic and information mechanisms of state management of the socio-economic development of mountain territories are improved, in which, in addition to the steps for each of these mechanisms, specific actions are indicated. That is, their orientation, security, as well as the final goal and conditions of implementation are given.Thanks to the proposed economic and information mechanisms, the peculiarities of the Carpathian region will be taken into account. Mechanisms contribute to the development of sectoral clustering, the introduction of innovative technologies, taking into account environmental security, the development of the region's infrastructure, increasing employment, social protection of the population and the popularization of the Carpathian region, both inside and outside Ukraine. The essence of the relationship between these mechanisms lies in the fact that the state should regulate those spheres and processes to which the market affects insufficiently or little effectively. This will guarantee the effective development of mountain territories.Объектом исследования является социально-экономическое развитие горных территорий Карпатского региона (Украина). Одним из самых проблемных мест являются действующие механизмы государственного управления по решению проблем горных территорий. Ограниченность ресурсов, недостаточная информация нуждаются в усиленном внимании местных органов исполнительной власти и местного самоуправления, а также дальнейшего совершенствования имеющихся инструментов государственного регулирования. При написаны работы были использованы следующие методы исследования: анализа, экстраполяции, SWOT-анализа и системного обобщения.В ходе исследования был проведен анализ социально-экономического развития горных территорий. Это помогло определить приоритетную отрасль, а именно туристско-рекреационную. Предложена модель туристско-рекреационного кластера. Это позволит создать условия для эффективной деятельности и сотрудничества всех субъектов хозяйственной деятельности. В частности, будет способствовать разработке и внедрению мероприятий по стабилизации и улучшения демографической ситуации в горных районах, уменьшение масштабов трудовой эмиграции местных жителей.Определены эффективные механизмы развития горных территорий Карпатского региона, а именно механизма мониторинга и прогнозирования факторов, механизмов осуществления государственной горной политики, механизмов влияния на эффективное использование имеющихся ресурсов. Это обеспечит гармонизацию интересов всех субъектов хозяйствования и будет способствовать росту экономического потенциала горных территорий Украины.Усовершенствованы экономический и информационный механизмы государственного управления социально-экономического развития горных территорий, в которых кроме шагов по каждому из этих механизмов приведены конкретные их действия. То есть приведены их направленность, обеспеченность, а также конечная цель и условия выполнения.Благодаря предложенным экономическим и информационным механизмам будут учтены региональные особенности Карпатского региона. Механизмы будут способствовать развитию отраслевой кластеризации, внедрению инновационных технологий с учетом экологической безопасности, развития инфраструктуры региона, повышение занятости, социальной защиты населения и популяризации Карпатского региона, как внутри Украины, так и за ее пределами. Сама сущность взаимосвязи между этими механизмами заключается в том, что государство должно регулировать те сферы и процессы, на которые рынок влияет недостаточно или мало эффективно. Это будет гарантировать эффективное развитие горных территорий.Об’єктом дослідження є соціально-економічний розвиток гірських територій Карпатського регіону (Україна). Одним з найбільш проблемних місць є діючі механізми державного управління щодо розв’язання проблем гірських територій. Обмеженість ресурсів, недостатня інформація потребують посилення уваги місцевих органів виконавчої влади та місцевого самоврядування, а також подальшого удосконалення наявних інструментів державного регулювання. При написані роботи було використано наступні методи дослідження: аналізу, екстраполяції, SWOT-аналізу та системного узагальнення.У ході дослідження було проведено аналіз соціально-економічного розвитку гірських територій. Це допомогло визначити пріоритетну галузь, а саме туристично-рекреаційну. Запропоновано модель туристично-рекреаційного кластера. Це дозволить створити умови для ефективної діяльності і співпраці всіх суб’єктів господарської діяльності. Зокрема, сприятиме розробці та впровадженню заходів щодо стабілізації і покращення демографічної ситуації в гірських районах, зменшення масштабів трудової еміграції місцевих жителів.Визначено ефективні механізми розвитку гірських територій Карпатського регіону, а саме механізму моніторингу та прогнозування факторів, механізмів здійснення державної гірської політики, механізмів впливу на ефективне використання наявних ресурсів. Це забезпечить гармонізацію інтересів усіх суб’єктів господарювання і сприятиме зростанню економічного потенціалу гірських територій України.Удосконалено економічний та інформаційний механізми державного управління соціально-економічного розвитку гірських територій, в яких окрім кроків щодо кожного із цих механізмів наведено конкретні їх дії. Тобто наведено їх спрямованість, забезпеченість, а також кінцева мета та умови виконання.Завдяки запропонованим економічного та інформаційного механізмів будуть враховані особливості Карпатського регіону. Механізми сприятимуть розвитку галузевій кластеризації, запровадженню інноваційних технологій з урахуванням екологічної безпеки, розбудови інфраструктури регіону, підвищення зайнятості, соціального захисту населення та популяризації Карпатського регіону, як в середині України, так і за її межами. Сама сутність взаємозв’язку між цими механізмами полягає в тому, що держава повинна регулювати ті сфери і процеси, на які ринок впливає недостатньо або мало ефективно.     Formation of professional culture of future finance and credit specialists in higher educational institutions

    Професія спеціаліста з фінансів та кредиту є унікальною, оскільки передбачає значну кількість заходів, які потрібно здійснювати для отримання бажаного соціально-економічного ефекту. Уможливленням цього процесу є адекватна професійна культура, яка формується ще на етапі їх підготовки. Відтак, метою цього дослідження є формування професійної культури майбутніх спеціалістів із фінансів та кредиту в закладах вищої освіти. Об’єктом дослідження виступає професійна культура майбутніх фінансистів упродовж освітнього процесу. Для досягнення поставленої мети в статті визначено наукове завдання, яке полягає в моделюванні шляхів формування професійної культури майбутніх спеціалістів із фінансів та кредиту в закладах вищої освіти. У статті представлено та детально описано, які саме методи слугували досягненню поставленої мети.     The activity of the higher school of Ukraine in the direction of training sports managers with regard to labor market requirements is analyzed. The main problems that impede the formation of managers of physical culture and sports are specified. The reasons of the low level of training of managers of physical culture and sports in higher educational establishments are established. It is substantiated that innovative approaches in the formation of future managers of physical culture and sports in the current conditions are the determining direction in the activity of the national higher education. The tasks and principles of the structure of the pedagogical process in higher educational establishments, which should take into account the requirements of the employer to the sports managers at both the national and international labor markets, are determined. It is proved that now the system of professional training of managers in physical culture and sports should be directed to meet the needs of society by specialists who must know the specifics of management in different segments of the industry and be competitive players in the labor market.Проаналізовано діяльність вітчизняної вищої школи щодо підготовки спортивних менеджерів з урахуванням вимог сучасного ринку праці. Вказано основні проблеми, які перешкоджають формуванню менеджерів фізичної культури і спорту. Встановлено причини низького рівня підготовки менеджерів фізичної культури і спорту у вищих навчальних закладах (ВНЗ) України. Обґрунтовано, що інноваційні підходи у формуванні майбутніх менеджерів фізичної культури і спорту в нинішніх умовах є визначальним напрямом у діяльності вітчизняної вищої школи.     Improvement of Economic and Information Mechanisms of Social-economic Development of Mountain Territories

    The object of research is the socio-economic development of the mountain territories of the Carpathian region (Ukraine). One of the most problematic places is the existing mechanisms of state management to address the problems of mountain territories. Limited resources, insufficient information need to strengthen the attention of local executive bodies and local self-government, as well as further improve existing instruments of state regulation. The following research methods are used: analysis, extrapolation, SWOT analysis and systemic generalization.In the course of the study, an analysis of the socio-economic development of mountain territories was made. This helped determine the priority industry, namely tourist and recreational. A model of a tourist-recreational cluster is proposed. This will allow creating conditions for effective activity and cooperation of all business entities. In particular, it will contribute to the development and implementation of measures to stabilize and improve the demographic situation in mountain territories, and to reduce the scale of emigration of local residents.Effective mechanisms for the development of the mountain territories of the Carpathian region, namely, a mechanism for monitoring and forecasting factors, mechanisms for implementing state mining policy, mechanisms for influencing the effective use of available resources are determined. This will ensure the harmonization of the interests of all economic entities and will contribute to the growth of the economic potential of the mountain territories of Ukraine.The economic and information mechanisms of state management of the socio-economic development of mountain territories are improved, in which, in addition to the steps for each of these mechanisms, specific actions are indicated. That is, their orientation, security, as well as the final goal and conditions of implementation are given.Thanks to the proposed economic and information mechanisms, the peculiarities of the Carpathian region will be taken into account. Mechanisms contribute to the development of sectoral clustering, the introduction of innovative technologies, taking into account environmental security, the development of the region's infrastructure, increasing employment, social protection of the population and the popularization of the Carpathian region, both inside and outside Ukraine. The essence of the relationship between these mechanisms lies in the fact that the state should regulate those spheres and processes to which the market affects insufficiently or little effectively. This will guarantee the effective development of mountain territories

As a result of the study, threats were identified that most negatively affect the management system of the socio-economic development of the tourism business in the mountains.     Purpose – the main purpose of the article is to form a methodological approach to counteract risks that most negatively affect the system of ensuring the economic security of engineering enterprises. Research methodology – the research methodology involves the application of the theory of graph connections, modeling from IDEF0. Findings – the main risks that most negatively affect the system of ensuring the economic security of engineering enterprises were identified, modeling of the main stages of response to their impact was carried out. Research limitations – the article has a number of limitations and this applies to the area of the study. The emphasis was on the engineering industry. In addition, it should be noted that there are other modeling methods for mapping the stages of response to the negative impact of risks. Practical implications – practical application of our methodological approach can be suitable for engineering enterprises. Originality/Value – the originality of the study lies in the presented methodological approach to identifying the risks that most negatively affect the system of economic security of engineering enterprises and modeling the process of responding to this impact
