    Pengaruh Minat dan Fasilitas Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Bahasa Indonesia Siswa SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Demak

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh minat dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Demak, (2) hubungan minat dan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia, dan (3) hubungan fasilitas belajar dan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex- post facto, dengan minat sebagai variabel bebas satu (X1), fasilitas belajar sebagai variabel bebas dua (X2), dan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik stratified proportional random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket tentang minat dan fasilitas belajar. Hasil belajar diambil dari dokumen nilai murni ulangan akhir semester genap kelas VIII. Validitas konstruk instrumen angket diuji dengan Analisis Faktor yang menghasilkan nilai KMO dan MSA variabel minat sebesar 0,716 dan 0,513 untuk variabel fasilitas belajar. Relibilitas instrumen angket diuji dengan Alpha Cronbach dengan nilai r sebesar 0,876 untuk angket minat dan r sebesar 0,698 untuk angket fasilitas belajar. Dengan demikian, kedua angket dinyatakan reliabel. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik Regresi Ganda yang diteruskan dengan Korelasi Parsial. Hasil uji Regresi Ganda menunjukkan bahwa minat dan fasilitas belajar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia (F = 46,760 sig. dengan p < 0,05). Sebanyak 19,6% variansi hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia ditentukan oleh minat dan fasilitas belajar. Hasil uji korelasi parsial menunjukkan bahwa minat berkorelasi dengan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia (r = 0, 239 sig. p < 0,05). Fasilitas belajar berkorelasi terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia (r = 0,316 sig. p < 0,05). Peran fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan peran minat terhadap hasil belajar.     Tujuan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Point-Counter-Point pada peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 01 Gentungan Tahun Pelajaran 2011/2012. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas atau Classroom Action Research (CAR). Penelitian tindakan kelas dilakukan bersifat diskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data utama adalah peneliti yang melakukan tindakan dan siswa yang menerima tindakan, serta sumber data dokumentasi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, catatan lapangan, metode tes, dan dengan dokumentasi. Pada Awal Kondisi Belajar dari sejumlah 35 anak diperoleh data tentang motivasi belajar dengan hasrat dan keinginan siswa berpendapat hanya 6%, dorongan dan keinginan belajar siswa 42% dan penghargaan kepada siswa 6%. Kondisi hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai terendah 45, nilai teringgi 90 dan nilai ≥ 65 adalah 46 % . Ketuntasan kelas 9 anak (26 %) dan nilai rata-rata kelas 61,875. Pada silkus III mencapai indikator keberhasilan penelitian dengan hasrat dan keinginan siswa berpendapat 29%, dorongan dan keinginan belajar siswa 94% dan penghargaan kepada siswa 34%. Hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai terendah 60, nilai tertinggi 95 dan nilai ≥ 65 adalah 94 %, ketuntasan kelas 21 anak (60%), nilai rata-rata kelas 75,714. Berdasarkan rincian peningkatan kemampuan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Point-Counter-Point dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar PKn pada peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 01 Gentungan Kecamatan Mojogedang tahun ajaran 2011/2012

    Purpose: Determine the effect of liquidity ratios, profitability, solvency and activities of food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on stock prices. Design/methodology/approach: The analysis carried out is quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression to answer the problem formulation and determine the effect of predetermined variables. Findings: Profitability, solvency and activity variables partially affect stock prices, liquidity variables partially have no effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, the variables of liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity affect the stock price of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.     : Improving Students' Representational Skill and Generic Science Skill Using Representa­tional Approach. This one group pretest-posttest research aimed to examine the effectiveness of represen­tational approach to improve students' representational and generic science skills through Selected Topics of School Physics course. The subjects consisted of 24 undergraduate students of physics education program of UM. The data were gathered using integrated Mechanics Baseline Test and rubric. Quantitative data analyses included t-test, Cohen's d-effect size, and normalized gain, whereas qualitative data analyses included coding, tabulating, and interpreting. This result indicated that this representational approach was consid­ered effective to achieve both learning outcomes

    This study was motivated by competition and business threats that occur in the automotive industry in particular on products Honda Mobilio. The decline in the value of the index in Table Honda car sales indicate there is a problem in product purchasing decisions Honda Mobilio. This study aims to analyze and examine the elements that comprise the purchase decision of the product quality, brand awareness, and the price of the product purchase decisions Honda Mobilio. Research data retrieval is done through questionnaires to 100 respondents Honda Mobilio car users in the city of Semarang is obtained using the technique accidental sampling and purposive sampling. Then the analysis of data obtained both qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitative analysis is the interpretation of the data obtained in the field and analysis of open answers given by the respondents, whereas quantitative analysis include: validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing via t test and F test, and coefficient of determination() . Data - data that has met the validity, reliability, and classical assumption, processed with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) for Windows 15, resulting in a regression equation as follows: Y = 0,240 X1 + 0,589 X2 + 0,376 X3 Where hypothesis testing using t test showed that the three independent variables, namely the quality of the product (X1), brand awareness (X2), and the price (X3) significant positive effect on the purchase decision (Y)

    Many companies are creating products based on environment. One of them is the Tupperware company that manufactures products such as plastic containers that are environmentally friendly. In mid 2015 the waste management in Magelang is still considered bad and is already included in the emergency garbage so it is recommended to reduce the use of plastics by using a container that is not directly in the exhaust. PT. Dewisri Prathama Mukhyasa is the only distributor of Tupperware in Magelang were expected to contribute in keeping the environment in particular in order to reduce plastic waste. However, Tupperware experiencing fluctuating sales results and a decline in sales in a row in 2014 and 2015. The decline in sales can occur because of a lack of customer interest to repurchase the Tupperware brand products. This research aims to find the effect of brand image, customer perceived value and customer satisfaction to the repurchase intentions. It is also to find the effect of customer satisfaction in mediating the repurchase intentions. This research was conducted on consumers who have made purchases of Tupperware products at least twice in the last three months in the territory of Magelang. The model was tested based on the questionnaire data on 100 respondents were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, path analysis, and sobel test. The results showed that both independent variables (brand image and customer perceived value) positive effect on the variable's customers satisfaction and also on variable repurchase intentions. Similarly, the variable customer satisfaction as an intervening variable also has a positive effect on the variable repurchase intentions. Customer Perceived value is the variable that has the most influence on the repurchase intentions

Immeasurable of product brand which on the market to consumer make consumer have opportunity to change over from one brand to other brand. Pursuant to the mentioned, hence this research aim to to identify and analyse influence disgruntled of consumer, characteristic categorize experience and product to the product to decision of transfer of handphone brand. In this research of used by population is all migratory consumer of handphone brand in District of Tembalang Semarang. With technique intake of purposive sampel, with migratory consumer responder criterion of handphone brand in District of minimum Tembalang Semarang have changed handphone brand 2 times, is so that obtained by sampel 100 responder. As for data which is used in this research of primary data which is diproleh from kuesioner. Data analysis use doubled linear regresi. Pursuant to result of research obtained by result of regresi coefficient disgruntled of consumer 0,490 and signifikan level 0,000 < 0,05 so that first hypothesis of ketidakpuasan of consumer have an effect on by signifikan to decision of transfer of brand can be accepted. Result of characteristic regresi coefficient categorize product 0,235 and signifikan level 0,009 < 0,05 second so that characteristic categorize product have an effect on by signifikan to decision of transfer of brand can be accepted. Result of experience regresi coefficient to the product 0,162 and signifikan level 0,036 < 0,05 so that third hypothesis of Experience to the product have an effect on by signifikan to decision of transfer of brand can be accepted. Result of F calculate equal to 35,494 and signifikan storey;level 0,000 < 0,05 so that there is positive influence and signifikan between ketidakpuasan of consumer, characteristic categorize product, experience to the product to decision of transfer of brand. Equal to 51,1 % decision of transfer of brand can be explained by disgruntled of consumer, characteristic categorize product, experience to the product. While the rest 48,9% explained by other causes outside variable disgruntled of consumer, characteristic categorize product, experience to the product
