    The influence of organizational learning capability and organizational creativity on organizational innovation of Universities in East Java, Indonesia

    In traditional business settings, learning capability and creativity are significant factors to push an innovation level. However, its wondered whether if the same phenomenon will take place in higher educational institutions. This research used purposive random sampling method which involved 179 lecturers from all universities in East Java Province of Indonesia. The results indicated that both variables influenced organizational innovation, partially and simultaneously. There was no difference category either on public or private universities on those variables. Discussions and suggestions are provided to enhance further researches and universities management

    This study aimed to conduct leader-member exchange correlation analysis, job involvement, and performance. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to a number of shoe factory employees in Indonesia, especially those working in the production division. The type of research used was quantitative research with purposive sampling method. The research sample consisted of 288 employees who had worked for at least one year. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between leader-member exchange with employee performance, job involvement with employee performance, and leader-member exchange with job involvement

    Employees Work Quality: The Role of Work Comfort and Completeness of Company Facilities

    Viewed in this world, humans were the most important aspect of a company, and humans had an important role in advancing and improving the company. Therefore, it was necessary to see how much comfort and facilities factors can affect the employees work quality. This study was conducted to see whether or not there was an influence of work comfort and completeness of company facilities on employees work quality, with work motivation as the intervening variable. This research used quantitative research, which involved 148 respondents. Data processing in this study used SmartPLS. From the results of data processing from respondents answers, it concluded that (1) Work comfort had a significant positive effect on work motivation, (2) Work comfort had no significant effect on employees work quality, (3) Company facilities completeness had a positive significant effect on work motivation, (4) Completeness of company facilities had no significant effect on employees� work quality(5) Work motivation had a significant positive effect on employees� work quality, (6) Work motivation did not mediate significantly the relationship between work comfort on work quality, and (7) Work motivation did not mediate significantly the relationship between completeness of company facilities on work quality. In order to enhance the employees work quality, the company management should consider using something other than the work comfort and the completeness of working facilities to increase employees work motivation as the Two Factors Motivation Theory of Frederick Herzberg

    The consumer purchasing decision is one of the essential aspects for companies to assess the success of their products. Lifestyle and self-esteem can cause consumer purchasing decisions. This study aimed to find the dependencies between lifestyle and self-esteem with the decision to purchase gadgets by Generation Z. The type of research was quantitative research with a judgmental sampling technique. The samples were 100 respondents who had purchased a gadget at least once. This study used questionnaires to collect data and processed the chi-square test by SPSS 2.5. The results showed that lifestyle and self-esteem had a positive dependency relationship on consumer purchasing decisions

This research aims to analyze the influence on satisfaction to the leader, compensation and the work environment against the loyalties of PT. ISS employees in Surabaya. Type of this research is quantitative explanatory. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires which distributed to 150 respondents. Valid questionnaires are up to 95, by type of work, cleaning services and parking, while the rest of employees are not qualified. The Result of this research present that satisfaction to the leader, compensation and the working environment have a positive and significant effect in partially and simultaneously toward employees’ loyalty

    This research was conducted to find out the job satisfaction of employees in relation to spiritual leadership and organizational culture. The aim is to contribute to the academic and business research, so knowing how to maximize employee job satisfaction. The analysis techniques used in this research is with the method of chi square and pearson correlation, both methods are used to determine the relationship between research variables occur. The results showed that job satisfaction has a positive relationship is indicated by the value of the coefficient contingency 0,520 for variables of spiritual leadership and job satisfaction and the value of the coefficient contingency 0,550 for variables of organizational culture and job satisfaction. Variable spiritual leadership and organizational culture each have a strong relationship with job satisfaction is evident from the r value of 0.524
