    Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan melalui 3 siklus dengan setiap siklus tahapannya adalah perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi di kelas dan dokumentasi hasil tindakan yang dilakukan maupun data tentang gambaran, dengan penelitian tindakan ini akan diketahui peningkatan atau penurunan setelah tindakan kelas dilakukan persiklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1) Penerapan model pembelajaran mind mapping pada mata pelajaran SKI materi Peristiwa Hijrah Nabi Muhammad SAW ke Yatsrib di Kelas V MI Al dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu dari perencanaan penelitian dengan membuat Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, menyusun kerangka mind mapping, menyediakan media gambar, pembentukan kelompok maupun pasangan, menyusun kuis, menyiapkan lembar observasi, dan pendokumentasian. Kemudian dilakukan tindakan yang merupakan proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dimulai dari pendahuluan berupa doa dan presensi , tahap pelaksanaan peneliti memberi tugas peserta didik memuat skenario mind mapping baik secara individu maupun pasangan kemudian mendiskusikannya sesuai kelompok selanjutnya diskusi kelas dengan perwakilan kelompok, terakhir penutup dengan memberikan soal dan berdo’a bersama. Selanjutnya tahap observasi dengan menilai hasil keaktifan belajar dan hasil nilai hasil belajar peserta didik dan tahap refleksi dengan mengevaluasi kekurangan setiap tahapan siklus untuk menjadi pedoman yang akan dilakukan pada siklus berikutnya. 2) Peningkatan peningkatan hasil belajar Peserta Didik mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam materi Hijrah Nabi Muhammad SAW ke Yatsrib di Kelas V MI Al-Khoiriyyah 2 Semarang Semester Ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2010/2011 setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran mind mapping dapat di lihat dari tingkat ketuntasan belajar peserta didik persiklus yaitu pada pra siklus 15% menjadi 35% pada siklus I, naik lagi pada siklus II menjadi 69% terakhir pada siklus III meningkat menjadi 92%. Demikian juga dengan keaktifan peserta didik dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam materi Hijrah Nabi Muhammad SAW ke Yatsrib juga meningkat persiklus yaitu di siklus I keaktifan siswa mencapai 38,5% naik menjadi 65,4% dan pada siklus III menjadi 88,5% ini menunjukkan apa yang dilakukan guru untuk meningkatkan prestasi dan keaktifan belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran mind mapping dalam pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam materi Hijrah Nabi Muhammad SAW ke Yatsrib berhasil

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax liability, and taxpayer reporting in Karanganyar, with 100 samples. Methods of data collection using a linkert scale questionnaire. The results showed that tax awareness was related to mandatory compliance in business activity UMKM, sanctions were not related to taxpayer compliance in activity UMKM, and tax reporting on taxpayer compliance who carried out activity UMKM.     The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of understanding on investment interest in the capital market, to determine the effect of investment motivation on investment interest in the capital market and to determine the effect of understanding investment on investment interest in the capital market. The population in this study were ITB - AAS Indonesia students. The sample in this study were 243 students. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, Anova test, partial test, and model accuracy test.     Background: Turmeric (Curcuma longa) is a spice that is often used as traditional medicine. The active ingredient of turmeric, curcumin, acts as an anti-inflammatory on the allergic reaction. Allergy is not a deadly disease, but the disease can be a global health and social economic problems. Aim: This study aimed to prove that turmeric extract influence on the number of eosinophils in the lung tissue of BALB/c mice induced by ovalbumin. Method: This was a true experimental study with post test only controlled group design. The subjects were 18 BALB/c mice, randomly divided into three groups: a negative control group, a positive control group induced by ovalbumin, and a treatment group induced by ovalbumin and administered with turmeric extract at a dose of 100 mg/kgBW. The extract was orally given with sonde for 16 days. At the end of the study mice were terminated, the lung was taken for histopathological examination, and the number of eosinophils calculated in the peribronkhial tissue of lung. Result: This study showed significant differences between the negative control group, the positive control group, and the treatment group (p=0,000). The mean of the number of eosinophils was significantly higher in the positive control group compared to the negative control group (p=0,000) dan significantly lower in the treatment group compared to the positive control group (p=0,016).     Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dekruitmen, mutasi, dan pengembangan organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX (Persero) PG. Rejosari, dan menganalisis faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX (Persero) PG. Rejosari, Magetan. Dalam dalam penelitian ini menggunakan satu model regresi logistik binary. Koefisien regresi logistic diketahui bahwa semua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi kerja karyawan. Menurut prediksi karyawan yang merasa memiliki motivasi rendah dengan kode nol (0) adalah 16 responden, sedangkan observasi keseluruhan sebanyak 19. Jadi ketepatan klasifikasi 84,2% (16/19), sedangkan prediksi karyawan yang merasa memiliki motivasi tinggi dengan kode satu (1) ada 48 responden, sedangkan  hasil observasi keseluruhan sebanyak 50 jadi ketepatan klasifikasi 96% (48/50) atau secara keseluruhan ketepatan klasifikasi adalah 92,8% (92,8/100). Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa Variabel dekruitmen, mutasi, dan pengembangan organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai chi square Hosmer and Lemeshow Test  sebesar 5,173 dan nilai sig Hosmer and Lemeshow test yang sebesar 0,739 dan variabel pengembangan organisasi memberikan sumbangan pengaruh yang paling besar terhadapmotivasi kerja dibandingkan dengan variabel dekruitmen dan mutasi, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0,679 dan nilai ekspektasi B sebesar 1,972.Kata Kunci : Dekruitmen, Mutasi, Pengembangan Organisasi, Motivasi

    THE EFFECT OF LIQUIDITY, ASSET STRUCTURE AND PROFITABILITY ON DEBT POLICIES OF TRADING COMPANIES LISTED ON THE IDX 2016-2019

    This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Asset Structure and Profitability on Debt Policy in trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The sample used in this study were 12 trading companies. The sampling method used was done by using purposive sampling. The data in this study are quantitative data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression models. To test the hypothesis simultaneously and partially, the F test, t test and determination test (R2) were used. The results of this research hypothesis testing indicate that simultaneously the liquidity, asset structure and profitability variables simultaneously influence debt policy. Asset structure and liquidity variables affect debt policy. Meanwhile, partially the profitability variable has no effect on debt policy. The amount of determination test (Adjusted R Square) of 0.523 means that the independent variables (liquidity, asset structure and profitability) can explain the dependent variable (debt policy) by 52.3%, while the remaining 47.7% is explained by other variables outside the research model

    This type of research used in this research is quantitative methods. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. Respondents in this study were users of accounting information systems at PT Indah Yatama Air Cargo in Surakarta and Semarang, as many as 36 respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling or census. The data analysis method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable of information technology sophistication had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the accounting information system, while the management participation and knowledge management variables had no significant effect on the effectiveness of the accounting information system. Meanwhile, simultaneously the results of this study indicate that the variables of technological sophistication, management participation, and knowledge of accounting managers have a significant effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems. The coefficient of determination shows a value of 54,0%, the remaining 46,0% is explained by other variables outside of this study

    PENGARUH DUKUNGAN SUPERVISOR TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DIMEDIASI KOMPETENSI, PEMBERDAYAAN PSIKOLOGIS DAN KETERLIBATAN KERJA

    Higher turnover intention in the textile industry and textile products is needed to be researched and resolved into solutions. Turnover intention is defined as the employees' deliberate motives to stop working or to move into another company as their choice. Indeed, the huge numbers of turnover intention affect a company's deficit since it reduce the company's productivity. A phenomenon on employee turnover obviously happened in the textile and textile product industry in Central Java; and the turnover during 2018 were indicated I higher fluctuation. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the direct effect of supervisor support on turnover intention as well as to investigate the indirect effects of competence, psychological empowerment and work involvement as a mediating variable on turnover intention. Moreover, the technique for data collection was questionnaires to respondents. Theirs were used as the primary data. The sampling technique was non-random sampling with a sample of 270 employees of the textile industry and textile products. There were 100% of respondents' questionnaire that were returned for analysis process. Then, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with AMOS software were derived for data analysis technique. As the result of path analysis, this study indicated that the supervisor support had a significant effect on turnover intention. The variables of competence, psychological empowerment and work involvement mediated the effect of supervisor support on turnover intention. While the variables of psychological empowerment, work involvement mediated the effect of competence on turnover intention. Furthermore, this study implicated for evaluation tnaterials and feedback results to manage and improve employees, especially in handling the turnover intention in the textile and textile product industries.
