    Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Etika Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Guru SMA Swasta

    This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work ethics on the work productivity of private high school (SMA) teachers in Mataram City in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research was conducted in the odd semester period of the 2021/2022 academic year. The research method used is a survey. The research population is all teachers in private high schools in the city of Mataram. Respondents were selected by simple random sampling technique totaling 125 teachers. The results of the study, based on the analysis obtained data that; 1) The results of a simple correlation analysis obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.575 and a path coefficient value of 0.422. This value indicates that organizational culture has a strong effect on teacher productivity; 2) The results of a simple correlation analysis between work ethics and teacher productivity obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.541 and a path coefficient value of 0.363. In conclusion, based on the results of research and data analysis, it shows that work ethic on teacher productivity has a strong effect.   Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Ethics, Teacher Productivity

    Pengaruh Organizational Culture dan Quality Of Work Life terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

    This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Quality of Work Life on the Work Motivation of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers, Gunung Sari District, West Lombok Regency, for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research is a quantitative study in madrasas organized under the Ministry of Religion, Gunung Sari District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This study uses a survey method with path analysis applied in hypothesis testing. The study was conducted on 179 teachers as respondents who were selected at simple random. The results of this study are: (1). There is a positive direct influence of organizational culture (Organizational Culture) on work motivation. (2). There is a positive direct influence on the quality of work life (Quality of Work Life) on work motivation, and (3). There is a direct positive influence of organizational culture (Organizational Culture) on the quality of work life (Quality of Work Life).     This study aims to identify the readiness of final semester students of the Faculty of Education and Psychology, Mandalika Education University for the 2020/2021 academic year in facing the world of work in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research is a survey research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The population and sample are all final semester (8) students as many as 27 people who have carried out field practice for 5 months from March 2021 to July 2021. This research data consists of primary data obtained directly from respondents in the form of a questionnaire (measuring Affective and psychomotor) and tests in the form of statements (cognitive). Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with percentage calculations. The results showed that Ability was in the high category (79%), Skill was in the very high category (88%) and Demeanor (attitude) was in the high category (79%). The conclusion, based on the results of descriptive analysis and data classification, is the overall readiness of final semester students of the Faculty of Education and Psychology, Mandalika Education University to enter the world of work as a whole from the aspect of ability (Ability), skills (Skills) and attitudes (Demeanor) towards the field of production work. , service and managerial research results are in the very high category (85%).   Keywords: self-readiness, ability, skill, demeanor, industrial revolution 4.0

    Penelitian dosen merupakan salah satu indikator dalam keberhasilan perguruan tinggi. Dosen diwajibkan untuk produktif dalam menghasilkan penelitian yang berkualitas. IKIP Mataram menjadi salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta tertua di NTB yang menunjukkan tingkat produktivitas penelitiannya yang tinggi dibandingkan perguruan tinggi swasta yang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat produktivitas penelitian, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas penelitian, dan strategi yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas penelitian dosen IKIP Mataram Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1) Produktivitas penelitian dilihat secara kuantitas lebih besar dibandingkan dengan jumlah dosen IKIP Mataram karena jumlah karya yang dihasilkan oleh dosen lebih banyak bila dibandingkan dengan jumlah dosen yaitu 239 dosen dapat menghasilkan 333 judul penelitian, dari segi kualitas masih rendah, hal ini bisa diihat dari jumlah sitasi dan hak index dosen yang masih sedikit; 2) Strategi peningkatan produktivitas penelitian dapat dilakukan dengan cara a) adanya rensta penelitian; b) dukungan lembaga dalam bentuk penguatan kapasitas meneliti, pembiayaan penelitian, tersedianya sarana dan prasarana dan dukungan dalam publikasi hasil penelitian; 3)Faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas penelitian meliputi faktor internal antara lain: motivasi peneliti, keterampilan meneliti, beban kerja dan faktor eksternal antara lain: ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, pembiayaan penelitian, manajemen dan administrasi penelitian yang baik; ********** Lecturer research is one indicator in the success of higher education. Lecturers are required to be productive in producing quality research. IKIP Mataram is one of the oldest private universities in NTB which shows a high level of research productivity compared to other private universities. This study aims to analyze the level of research productivity, factors that influence research productivity, and the strategies used in increasing the research productivity of IKIP Mataram lecturers in West Nusa Tenggara. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The productivity of the study is seen in greater quantity compared to the number of lecturers of IKIP Mataram because the number of works produced by lecturers is greater when compared to the number of lecturers, which is 239 lecturers can produce 333 research titles, in terms of quality is still low, this can be seen from the number of citations and lecturer index rights that are still small; 2) Research productivity improvement strategies can be carried out by means of a) the existence of a research plan; b) institutional support in the form of strengthening research capacity, research funding, the availability of facilities and infrastructure and support in the publication of research results; 3) Factors affecting research productivity include internal factors including: motivation of researchers, research skills, workloads and external factors including: availability of facilities and infrastructure, research funding, management and good research administration

    Efektivitas Pengelolaan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah terhadap Pengaruh Adversity Quotient, Time Management, dan Communication Management Kepala Madrasah

    The purpose of the study was to find the effect of adversity quotient, time management, and communication management of madrasah principals on the effectiveness of the management of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara for the academic year 2020/2021. This research method is quantitative with the sampling method in the form of a survey. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis techniques. The results showed that 1) adversity quotient, time management, and communication management of the madrasah principal had a direct positive effect on the effectiveness of madrasah ibtidaiyah management; 2) the adversity quotient has a direct positive effect on the time management and communication management of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. In conclusion, there is an effect of Adversity Quotient, Time Management, and Communication Management of Madrasah Principals on the Effectiveness of Management of Islamic Madrasahs in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara Province for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Tuffindo Nittoku Autoneum is in need of an information system that supports and provides fastand precise access to its business activities. For this reason the author tries to make a Raw MaterialInventory System which until now has not been computerized. At this time PT. Tuffindo Nittoku Autoneum has been well developed for the information system used, only for some parts such as the warehouse, theexisting system at PT. Tuffindo Nittoku Autoneum is still done manually, starting from recording the receiptof goods from suppliers, to storing other data relating to the inventory process to making reports, making itpossible during the process of error occurred in recording, inaccurate reports made and delays in finding thenecessary data. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist inthis company, as well as with a computerized system can achieve an effective and efficient activity insupporting the activities of this company.     Knowledge of Management and Work Environment Principal of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah In Creating Service Quality In Islamic Boarding School

    This study aims to investigate the quality of service of the head of the Islamic elementary school in terms of the level of management knowledge and work environment. This research is a quantitative study carried out in the East Lombok Madrasah in East Nusa Tenggara Province with the number of respondents being 65 heads of Islamic schools. Data were obtained through interviews, review of documents and literal scale questionnaires that had been standardized using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with the Lisrel 8.80 full version program. For data analysis using path analysis techniques (path analysis). The findings of this study reveal that the knowledge of school principals influences the quality of service. Thus the high and low quality of service of the head of the Islamic school can be influenced by the level of knowledge of management. The results of this study contribute to schools that have low-quality leadership services to serve as a basis for improvement

    The objectives of this research are to understand, explain and improve Madrasah based Management Program (Islamic Concept). The research used qualitative approach which used evaluation model of CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Outcome). It was conducted at Islamic High School Jonggat sub-district. Instruments used were observation and deep interview technique. The results were that some weaknesses of programs in the effort of increasing teacher’s human resources that were not mastering learning model media (coul not operate the laptop and in focus), increasing the facilities need and low cost. Recommendations; it is suggested to those who are in the stakeholders to pay attention to this issue. So, the implementation of the program could be done successfully later
