Challenges Faced by Technical Communication Educators in the Field of ICT- A Systemic Study

    Get PDF
The article examines ways and means of using computers in technical communication classrooms, including the ways in which we address literacy and humanistic issues through our current instruction. Over the next decade and through the next century, we will face three pedagogical challenges as we use computer technology to support our teaching initiatives. A knowledge-based and globalized society would not be possible without ICTs (Information and Communications Technologies). The 21st century workforce and the institutions that prepare them for it must adapt to as much change as there is in ICT itself. As a global phenomenon, ICT is posed as a major challenge and an opportunity for television education. As well as the issues and potential solutions to their effective integration in TVET, the chapter describes TVET's meaning, philosophy, objectives, types of ICT, and role in TVET

Physical Therapy with Adjunct Therapies in Patients with Chronic Pain and Disability Post-Motor Vehicle Accidents

    Get PDF
This project is a thorough literature review of studies concerning physical therapy interventions in conjunction with adjunct treatments for patients post-motor vehicle accidents focused on the therapyā€™s efficacy as related to functional outcome measures. Physical therapy is frequently treatment of choice for patients after minor motor vehicle accidents. However, most patients seek concomitant therapies like acupuncture, chiropractic, epidural steroid injection, and psychological counselling. This paper seeks to gather data on the efficacy of different treatment modalities when used in conjunction with each other. Often patients are traumatised or develop anxiety about driving requiring counselling and therapy. The vast majority of patients subsequently develop chronic pain that is lifelong, and often debilitating with significant economic and psychosocial costs

Issues and Challenges of English Teachers

There have been many instances in which English has been referred to as the "global language" because it is used in many countries worldwide. As a major resource for the modern world, English is not only the universal language of the current era but it is the dominant language in every country in the world [1].  Considering the great ethnic and linguistic diversity of the nation, English is used not only for communication purposes but also for coordination purposes between states and within states as the country is characterized by a large ethnic and linguistic diversity. Although modern technology has played an important role in teaching and learning the language in schools and colleges in particular in small towns, it is inadequate and unproductive in the case of small towns and rural areas [2]. During the course of becoming an effective teacher, teachers are encouraged to practice a ā€œreflective mindā€ so that they can gain insight into what is happening in the classroom and learn what works and doesn't work [1][3]. The global economy and the competitive market of English education will present many challenges for teachers, especially English language teachers, primarily because of the competitive nature of English education as a profession, but also because of the demanding nature of a teaching career [2]. The purpose of this study was to identify the issues and challenges encountered by fifteen teacher-trainees during their teaching practicum, as well as to examine the factors that assisted in the identification of those issues and challenges. It was identified that narrative inquiry was the best method to identify challenges and issues experienced in their teaching practice. It was found that students struggle with listening to and understanding English. The reason for this is unclear. How can these problems be alleviated? We are discussing the influence of rural pockets of India on second language acquisition, as well as the factors that slow its acquisition. These problems can be rectified successfully through appropriate and adequate remedial measures

By using individual psychology approach, this research paper intends to demonstrate the visible embodiment of Paulo Coelho's novel that has been analyzed. I intend to use the structural elements of the novel as a basis for analyzing the novel, followed by comparing the novel with the individual psychology methodology created by Alfred Adler. Qualitative research is the methodology that is used in this research. There are two types of data used in this research, primary data and secondary data. In this research, the primary data source is The Alchemist novel, and the secondary data source is the biography of the author, and websites which provide additional information about the author's individual psychology approach to consider. We analyzed the data in a descriptive manner, using descriptive statistics. Upon analysis of the data, the following conclusions were made. The psychological phenomenon in Paulo Coelho's book relates to the fact that an individual experiences a spiritual journey in accordance with an individual psychology approach analysis. Study results show that the story of Paulo Coelho illustrates psychological phenomena that individuals encounter during the travel to find treasures when they are seeking treasures. The hunt for treasure leads him to something more valuable than the treasure itself which is something that has a high spiritual level

We introduce newsequence spaces by using Musielak-Orlicz function and a generalized BĀµ Ī· -difference operator on pāˆ’metric space. Some topological properties are studied

In this paper we introduce a new concept for Riesz Fuzzy ideal of almost lacunary CesĀ“aro statistical convergence of Ļ‡ 3 sequence spaces strong Pāˆ’ convergent to zero with respect to an Orlicz function and examine some properties of the resulting sequence spaces. We also introduce and study statistical convergence of Riesz Fuzzy ideal of almost lacunary CesĀ“aro of Ļ‡ 3 sequence spaces and also some inclusion theorems are discussed

Generalized I of strongly Lacunary of x2 over p-metric spaces defined by Musielak Orlicz function

    Get PDF
In this paper, we introduce generalized difference sequence spaces via ideal convergence, lacunary of x2 sequence spaces over p-metric spaces defined by Musielak function, and examine the Musielak-Orlicz function which satisfies uniform Ī”2 condition, and we also discuss some topological properties of the resulting spaces of x2 with respect to ideal structures which is solid and monotone. Hence, given an example of the space x2 this is not solid and not monotone. This theory is very useful for statistical convergence and also is applicable to rough convergence
