    Rates the Ships Must Pay to Deliver the Oil Sludge as an Incentive to Improve Port Waste Green Logistics

    Vessels of the shipping industry produce sludge during the operation of the main engine, various types of auxiliary engines, and the handling of fuel oil on board ships. The sludge can be stored in special tanks and disposed of ashore or burned on board. In the European Union, according to the Port Reception Facilities Directive (EU) 2019/883, ships have to pay a port waste fee for the delivery of ship waste, which is calculated according to the size of the ship. Such an approach does not take into account the capacity of port green waste logistics. In this paper, the case of delivery of ship sludge to ports that are similar in terms of waste logistics capacity is analysed. It is presented as a mathematical game between ships and ports to improve green waste logistics and match the amount of oil sludge that can be discharged from ships to the capacity of ports. The goal of the game is to discourage free-riders, which can occur on both sides, between suppliers and ports. The waste rate can be used as a regulator and incentive that discourages sludge dumping when recycling is not feasible. A model evaluation is proposed using a numerical example

User management, a broad science of managing users in the system, deals with the various aspects of authentication. In this thesis, user management in a social network environment has been extensively studied. The focus was the login module. A simple login screen was implemented to manage users in a desktop environment using WAMP server. Evaluation and comparison were made among two popular SNSs login modules and the test case. The findings revealed the fact that all the major SNS such as Facebook and Twitter use a simple login screen. Ada orang yang pandai namun secara pribadi kurang bisa mengembangkan kerja sama dan sebaliknya.  Maka dibutuhkan sistem  pendukung keputusan  seleksi karyawan untuk penentuan jabatan tertentu  dengan metode profile matching.Sistem  ini dibuat berdasarkan data yang terdapat pada PT. Kharisma Pandulima Elektronika. Metode  profile matching  digunakan  dalam  Menentukan calon karyawan yang cocok untuk  menduduki suatu jabatan yang kosong, sistem penilaian berdasarkan  tiga aspek, yaitu aspek intelektual, aspek khusus  dan aspek kompetensi manajerial. Hasil akhir dari penilaian  berupa ranking kandidat karyawan yang dijadikan pengambil keputusan untuk memilih karyawan yang tepat dalam menduduki jabatan yang kosong. Dari hasil uji coba sistem dapat  membantu manajer dalam mengambil keputusan seleksi karyawan untuk penentuan jabatan tertentu sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam penempatan karyawan. This employee selection decision support  system is required to determine certain positions using matching profiles method. This created system is based on data obtained from PT Kharisma Pandulima Elektronika. The method is used in determining the profile matching for suitable candidates. To occupy a vacant position, scoring system is based on three aspects : Intellectual aspect special, aspect and managerial computence aspect. The result of assessment is candidate rank of employee that used by decision maker to choose the right employees in vacant  positions.     Food Supply Chain: A Review of Approaches Which Enhance Sustainability with a Focus on Social Responsibility

    The sustainability of food supply chain management in a global market after the Economic Crisis is increasingly relevant; the economic and environmental pillars have been closely studied and examined, while the social pillar is considered only marginally and never independently. We propose a literature review focused on 28 articles regarding sustainability in the food supply chain. The proposed review (a) detects methods that could be used to enhance sustainability, (b) highlights the most used methods and their shortcomings, and with regard to social sustainability (c) highlights the fact that most of the studies were found to be based on empirical approach. Moreover, we propose the use of a fuzzy framework to evaluate sustainability (in particular, the social aspect), since fuzzy variables could better explain phenomena and situations generally described verbally

    MCDM Bunkering Optimisation in a Hub and Spoke System: The Case of the North Adriatic Ports

    Choosing an optimal bunkering port that minimises the increase in the operating costs in a hub and spoke system is a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem. Furthermore, the criteria are related to the port particularities, the environment, fuel price, and some criteria are quantitative while others are qualitative. It is therefore necessary to create a model that takes such features into consideration. Firstly, in this paper a set of the most used criteria will be defined. Then, a method to choose suitable criteria for a hub and spoke system will be proposed. Secondly, using a Fuzzy AHP, weights will be defined and used in a multi-criteria goal function. The outcome is a bunkering policy MCDM model based on the aggregation of fuel consumption and price to criteria related to port characteristics, local aspects and service particularities. All these factors must be considered by a chief engineer (superintendent) in the process of defining a sustainable bunker policy. A case study based on the North Adriatic port system demonstrates the applicability of the proposed model. In addition, the case study highlights that in hub and spoke systems with short loops, feeder ships can regulate cargo capacity and stay at a port with bunkering policy planning.</p

    Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Komptensi Dasar Menawarkan Bantuan Melalui Model Pembelajaran Role-Play di Kelas XII MIPA-3 SMA Negeri 2 Maumere Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019

    Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian tindakan kelas yang dirancang dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus menempuh empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pengamatan/observasi, dan refleksi. Sumber data dalam penelitian adalah siswa Kelas XII MIPA-3 SMAN 2 Maumere sebanyak 24 orang yang terdiri 5 orang laki-laki dan 19 orang perempuan. Dalam penelitian ini yang bertindak sebagai peneliti adalah penulis sendiri sebagai guru mata pelajaran dan dibantu oleh seorang teman sejawat sebagai kolaborator. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan teknik tes. Data tentang motivasi belajar siswa yang diambil dari hasil pengamatan diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan rata-rata skor dari aspek perilaku selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Hasil dari analisis kemudian dikelompokan dalam kategori kurang (skor 2,0 – 2,4), cukup (skor 2,5 – 2,9), baik (skor 3,0 – 3,4) dan amat baik (skor 3,5 – 4,0). Data tentang hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh dari hasil tes diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan rata-rata nilai untuk mengetahui pencapaian Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal sebesar 75. Hasil pembahasan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Role-Play dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa. Rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 2,78 (kategori cukup) pada siklus 1 naik menjadi 3,82 (kategori amat baik) pada siklus 2. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 sebesar 74 (belum mencapai KKM), naik menjadi 82 pada siklus 2 (mencapai KKM). Oleh karena itu, penggunaan model pembelajaran Role-Play perlu diterapkan secara terus menerus pada proses pembelajaran di kelas

Maka dari itu diperlukan penyediaan informasi yang baik akan tempat ibadah baik yang bersifat spasial maupun nonspasial. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi maka dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membuat penyajian informasi yang bisa digunakan sebagai pengembangan sistem informasi tempat ibadah berbasis mobile GIS. Proses pembuatan sistem informasi tempat peribadatan menggunakan perangkat lunak ArcGIS dalam membuat data spasial dan nonspasial serta perangkat lunak CarryMap versi 3.5 untuk melakukan visualisasi data spasial dan nonspasial tempat peribadatan. Untuk mendukung fungsionalitas yang terdapat pada CarryMap sebagai perangkat lunak digunakan perangkat keras Smartphone dengan fasilitas GPS. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan sebuah visualisasi dari 88 tempat peribadatan yang tersebar di Kota Kediri yang ditampilkan dalam aplikasi CarryMap. Peta yang dibuat dan ditampilkan dalam aplikasi CarryMap terdapat terdapat informasi yang bisa ditampilkan seperti koordinat, alamat, jadwal kegiatan tempat ibadah, fasilitas dan foto tempat ibadah

    Abstract: The Trans Jogja bus stop has an important role as a transitional space between the outer space and the Trans Jogja bus. The Malioboro 2 bus stop is one of the Trans Jogja shelters which is located on Malioboro Street. The existence of a bus stop located in the tourist center of Yogyakarta has caused this bus stop to have a high level of activity with a variety of varied user backgrounds. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection methods. by conducting field observations, interview documentation and using the Behavior Mapping method with place center mapping techniques to determine the behavior patterns of bus stop users. The behavior pattern of the users of the Malioboro 2 bus stop is influenced by several factors, namely: The temperature of the waiting room, the length of the waiting duration and the density level in the waiting room of the Malioboro stop 2Abstrak: Halte Trans Jogja memiliki peran penting sebagai ruang transisi yang antara ruang luar menuju ke dalam bus Trans Jogja.     Does terrorism matter in South Asian peace process? A perspective of India-Pakistan

    The study has started with the sole argument that peace process of this region is now turned into a complex political theatre where terrorism is the major menace. The aim of this study is to scrupulously investigate the nature and substance of South Asian peace process with particular emphasis on India-Pakistan. Thus intends to extend the scope of further research on peace process through linking it with terrorism. The methodology of this research relied largely on qualitative analysis. Methodologically, the study does not directly address the policies of the South Asian countries rather it uses already available literature of policy experts to research the linkage between terrorism and peace process, test their correlations (whether it is positive or negative) in context to South Asia, and to conclusively make a judgment based on the research question-to what extent the incidence of terrorism is hindering the progress of South Asian peace process
