El Estado de las cooperativas de consumo: un enfoque de abajo hacia arriba

Este trabajo parte de la duda sobre la continuidad y el futuro de las cooperativas de consumo. Para ello, realiza un análisis estadístico de la evolución de la Economía Social y sitúa, dentro del contexto VICA, a las cooperativas de consumo, con una perspectiva escalar que permite tener una visión territorial de Andalucía, España y Europa. Apoyado en el método científico inductivo (análisis descriptivo), la investigación traza la evolución y la situación actual de las cooperativas de consumo, abriendo un debate sobre el estrenado decrecimiento de estas empresas de Economía Social. Las principales derivaciones señalan una situación crítica y una desvinculación del ámbito local. Sin embargo, fuera del cuantitativismo, en las redes sociales, se observa un fortalecimiento de los valores del cooperativismo de consumo que podría abrir una nueva vía de crecimiento.This paper starts from the doubt about the continuity and the future of the consumer cooperatives. To do this, it carries out a statistical analysis of the evolution of the Social Economy and situates, within the VICA context, the consumer cooperatives, with a scalar perspective that allows having a territorial view of Andalusia, Spain and Europe. Based on the scientific inductive method (descriptive analysis), the research describes the evolution and the current situation of the consumer cooperatives, opening a debate about the first decline of these enterprises of Social Economy. The main conclusions show a critical situation and a disconnection from the local scope. However, outside of quantitative, in social networks there is a strengthening of the values of consumer co-operatives that could open a new path of growth

Some remarks on the comparison principle in Kirchhoff equations

In this paper we study the validity of the comparison principle and the sub-supersolution method for Kirchhoff type equations. We show that these principles do not work when the Kirchhoff function is increasing, contradicting some previous results. Nos encontramos ante un hecho casi inédito en el constitucionalismo español: la publicación antes de 1812 de un texto que pretende ser, por un lado, guía y consejo de cómo elaborar una norma fundamental y, por otro, es un texto constitucional completo distribuido en partes («títulos» en la Constitución de 1812), capítulos y artículos. Esta obra se enmarca en dos ejes. Uno, el espíritu ilustrado de la Europa de fines del siglo XVIII. Sus ideas debieron llegar al sureste español a través de las ciudades de Orihuela y Murcia. Otro, la extensión de la Revolución francesa, en la medida en que la Ilustración no encuentra fórmulas pacíficas para solventar los problemas de la época. Study of the optimal harvesting control for an elliptic problem with slow diffusion

La conjuración comunera. De "la antigua" germanitas a la "confederación de Tordesillas"

The present article attempts to uncover the origins of the Holy Junta of the Comuneros, which is closely linked to the history of the Spanish brotherhoods and the representative assembly of the Cortes. The Confederation of Tordesillas of 1520 should be seen as following in the tradition of the kingdom-wide brotherhoods. In particular it is compared with the Broterhood of Castronuño of 1467, which is considered to be the culminating expression of the Castilian brotherhood movement. The older germanitas is seen as the institutional origin of the Hispanic brotherhoods that has to be placed in the nomenclature of the main European group constitutions (guild, fraternity). With regard to the Comunero brotherhood (founded in Tordesillas and later ratified in Valladolid) the new constitutionals elements highlighted are its perpetuity, its mixed constitution as both a representative assembly (Cortes) and as a brotherhood (hermandad) council, its markedly representative character, and its confederative constitution resting both on an oath and on the right of resistance of the States of the realm. The study concludes with an analysis of the internal organisation of the Comunero Junta at the regional and comunal level, highlighting the militia structure of the army and the instruments -especially seizures ans sequestration- used by the communities in revolt to raise funds. The documentary appendix includes the full text of the aliance and brotherhood of the Comunero cities sealed in Tordesillas on Septiember 25, 1520.El presente artículo trata de desvelar los orígenes de la Santa Junta Comunera que se vincula estrechamente con la historia de la hermandad y las Cortes. La Confederación de Tordesillas de 1520 se inserta en la línea de tradición de las hermandades generales. Es comparada en particular con la Hermandad de Castronuño de 1467 que se considera como expresión culminante del movimiento hermandino. La antigua germanitas es concebida como germen institucional de la hermandad hispánica que se enmarca en la nomenclatura de las principales intituciones grupales paneuropeas (guilda, fraternidad). Respecto a la hermandad comunera (fundada en Tordesillas y luego reafirmada en Valladolid) se resaltan los nuevos elementos constitucionales como su perpetuidad, su constitución mixta entre asamble representativa (Cortes) y junta hermandina (hermandad), su marcado carácter representativo y su organización confederativa que se basa en el juramento y en el derecho de resistencia de los Estados del reino. El estudio se concluye con un análisis de la organización interna de la Junta comunera a nivel regional y comunal, en el cual destacan la estructura miliciana del ejército y los instrumentos de financiación de las haciendas de las comunidades sublevadas, en particular, el embargo y el secuestro. En el apéndice documental se incluye además el texto íntegro de la alianza y hermandad de las ciudades comuneras sellada en Tordesillas el 25 de septiembre de 1520

This paper deals with the existence, uniqueness and qualitative properties of nonnegative and nontrivial solutions of a spatially heterogeneous Lotka-Volterra competition model with nonlinear diffusion. We give conditions in terms of the coefficients involved in the setting of the problem which assure the existence of nonnegative solutions as well as uniqueness of positive solution.
