Cílem práce jsou pevnostní výpočty, výkresová dokumentace, nákres hydraulického obvodu, 2D sestava a dílčí výrobní výkresy. Nakládací jeřáb má maximální nosnost 1500 kg a umožňuje vodorovné i svislé natočení ramene.This bachelors thesis focuses on a project of a loading crane for mobile devices. Its goals are material strength calculations, drawing documentation, drawing of a hydraulic circuit, 2D assembly and partial production sheets. The loading crane maximum carrying capacity is 1500 kg and enables horizontal and vertical rotation of the crane-arm.

    The State of Strategic Marketing Application in Czech Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

    The article deals with the issue of using strategic marketing in the business of small and medium-sized enterprises. The main objective of this paper is to theoretically define the principles of strategic marketing and then practically analyse the level of strategic marketing use as a tool of business management in selected Czech small and medium-sized enterprises. In order to fulfil the research plan, secondary and primary research was carried out. The theoretical part defines the basic problem areas such as various approaches to strategic marketing defining and strategic management process versus strategic marketing process. In the practical part, 335 companies are analysed, the results are commented and hypotheses evaluated. The most important findings are generally low rate of utilization of strategic marketing management tools and the utilization of these tools is dependent on company size, with micro companies being the worst and medium companies the best.JEL Codes - M3

    Social and Economic Consequences of Forest Decline in Czechoslovakia

    The forests of Czechoslovakia are seriously endangered by air pollution. Another factor contributing to forest decline could be the historical development of silviculture. The study discusses the contemporary state of forests in Czechoslovakia and the outlook to 2000. Continued forest decline could seriously endanger the non-timber functions of forests. The importance of the water-controlling function of forests and its economic efficiency are broadly discussed. The largest part of the paper deals with the influence of forest decline on recreation. Even with limited data, one can observe a continually growing demand for recreation in mountain areas with damaged forests. The reasons lie in the historical development and peculiar features of recreation in this socialist society. The difficulties of forecasting peoples' behavior and their recreational demands is recognized. The last part of the paper deals with the influence of forest decline on production in the wood-processing and pulp-and-paper industries and strategies for their future. It will be necessary to change the structure of the forest-products sector and to investigate the newest technologies for the best utilization of all wood grown, which due to forest damage and the ensuing compulsory sanitation fellings will increase first and then after some years decrease. The study shows that forest decline in Czechoslovakia will lead to high economic losses and high consequent costs and investments in future decades, and can also have serious social consequences even if none have yet been manifested

    Experimental violation of a Bell-like inequality with optical vortex beams

    Optical beams with topological singularities have a Schmidt decomposition. Hence, they display features typically associated with bipartite quantum systems; in particular, these classical beams can exhibit entanglement. This classical entanglement can be quantified by a Bell inequality formulated in terms of Wigner functions. We experimentally demonstrate the violation of this inequality for Laguerre-Gauss (LG) beams and confirm that the violation increases with increasing orbital angular momentum. Our measurements yield negativity of the Wigner function at the origin for \LG_{10} beams, whereas for \LG_{20} we always get a positive value.Comment: 6 pages, 4 eps-color figures. Comments welcome

    Multiparameter Quantum Metrology of Incoherent Point Sources: Towards Realistic Superresolution

    We establish the multiparameter quantum Cram\'er-Rao bound for simultaneously estimating the centroid, the separation, and the relative intensities of two incoherent optical point sources using alinear imaging system. For equally bright sources, the Cram\'er-Rao bound is independent of the source separation, which confirms that the Rayleigh resolution limit is just an artifact of the conventional direct imaging and can be overcome with an adequate strategy. For the general case of unequally bright sources, the amount of information one can gain about the separation falls to zero, but we show that there is always a quadratic improvement in an optimal detection in comparison with the intensity measurements. This advantage can be of utmost important in realistic scenarios, such as observational astronomy.Comment: 5 pages, 3 figures. Comments welcome

    Time-Multiplexed Measurements of Nonclassical Light at Telecom Wavelengths

    We report the experimental reconstruction of the statistical properties of an ultrafast pulsed type-II parametric down conversion source in a periodically poled KTP waveguide at telecom wavelengths, with almost perfect photon-number correlations. We used a photon-number-resolving time-multiplexed detector based on a fiber-optical setup and a pair of avalanche photodiodes. By resorting to a germane data-pattern tomography, we assess the properties of the nonclassical light states states with unprecedented precision.Comment: 4.5 pages, 5 color figues. Comments welcome

    Import 11/07/2012VoIP telefonie je nyní v dobách expanze a je stále častěji používanou technologií pro realizaci firemní, ale i soukromé telefonie. Softwarová pobočková ústředna (dále jen PBX) na bázi Asterisk je dnes velmi oblíbenou variantou pro řešení firemní telefonie a to přede-vším díky velmi nízkým nákladům na zřízení. Nese však s sebou nemalé náklady na provoz a to hlavně co do spotřeby elektrické energie. Náklady jsou tedy přímo úměrné elektrickému příkonu daného hardware na němž Asterisk PBX provozujeme. Tato Diplomová práce pojednává o minimalizaci nákladů na provoz PBX s ohledem na co možná nejmenší ztrátu výpočetního výkonu a zároveň možnosti rozšiřitelnosti takového ústřed-ny jako celku v komplexní síťový miniserver, jenž je dále nazýván jako HomeRouter. Cílem této práce je navrhnout a zrealizovat ucelený minimalistický systém zvládající všechny běžné funkce softwarové PBX, přičemž je kladen důraz právě na minimální energetickou náročnost. Takováto zařízení se dnes běžně nazývají termínem SOHO (Small Office/Home Office). V poslední části této práce budou také zmíněny možné rozšíření uceleného minimalistického systému o další serverové aplikace užívané miniserverem HomeRouter jako je HTTP server, FTP server, SMB server, VPN koncentrátor a další.VoIP is currently at the time of expansion and is still more frequently used technology for real-time communication. Software branch exchange (PBX) based on Asterisk is very popular solution for corporate telephony at this time. Because Asterisk is open-source software, in that case gratis, therefor is his running related only with energy cost. Energy cost in this case is direct proportional for power consumption of hardware where Asterisk PBX is running. Therefor this theses is focused on minimalisation of energy cost needed for Asterisk PBX running with reference to minimal lost of computational power. Also is this project focused on chances of additional network services running also on this PBX, and thus create complex mini-server which is further named as HomeRouter. Specific of this project is emphasization for minimal energy cost related with network services running on specified hardware. This devices are usually named as SOHO (Small Office/Home Office).     Organely mitochondriálního původu u diplomonád

    Řád Diplomonadida zahrnuje parazitické i volně žijící prvoky, kteří se přizpůsobili prostředí s nedostatkem kyslíku. Jejich mitochondriální organely (hydrogenosom nebo mitosom) jsou redukované, neobsahují Krebsův cyklus nebo elektron-transportní řetězec a některé metabolické dráhy (jako například tvorba ATP pomocí oxidativní fosforylace) jsou zde modifikované nebo úplně chybí. Hlavními rozdíly mezi těmito dvěma organelami je hydrogenosomální produkce vodíku díky enzymu zvaném hydrogenáza a absence tvorby ATP substrátovou fosforylací v mitosomech. Nejvíce prostudované jsou mitosomy lidského patogena Giardia intestinalis a hydrogenosomy parazita lososů Spironucleus salmonicida. Tato práce byla zaměřena na střevního parazita skalár Spironucleus vortens a volně žijícího prvoka Hexamita sp. s cílem identifikovat typ jejich mitochondriálních organel, u kterých zatím není jasné, jestli mají spíše metabolismus hydrogenosomu či mitosomu. Oba prvoci byli pozorováni transmisní elektronovou mikroskopií, pomocí které byly detekovány dvoumembránové váčky, patrně jejich mitochondriální organely. Dále byla připravena homologní protilátka proti hydrogenáze a hydrogenázové maturáze HydE u S. vortens. Hydrogenáza byla pomocí western blotu a imunofluorescenční mikroskopie detekována v cytosolu tohoto prvoka. Na druhou...Order Diplomonadida includes parasitic and free-living species that adapted to the oxygen-poor environment. They possess reduced form of mitochondria (hydrogenosome or mitosome). These organelles lack Krebs cycle and membrane electron-transport chain. ATP synthesis by oxidative phosphorylation and other mitochondrial metabolic pathways are modified or entirely absent. Main difference between hydrogenosome and mitosome is synthesis of hydrogen using the enzyme hydrogenase and ATP synthesis by substrate level phosphorylation in hydrogenosomes that are absent in mitosomes. The most studied diplomonads are a human pathogen Giardia intestinalis possessing the mitosomes and a salmon parasite Spironucleus salmonicida with hydrogenosomes. This thesis was focused on determining the type of mitochondrial organelles in angelfish parasite Spironucleus vortens and free living Hexamita sp. It has not been described whether they possess the hydrogenosomes or the mitosomes so far. In both protists transmission electron microscopy revealed presence of double membrane vesicles, possibly their mitochondrial organelles.     Role oxidu boritého při oxidativní dehydrogenaci uhlovodíků

    Hexagonal boron nitride appears to be a suitable catalyst for the oxidative dehydrogenation of hydrocarbons. With its high selectivity towards alkenes and low production of carbon monoxide and dioxide, this catalyst emerges as an ideal candidate for this process. Literature references indicates that a radical mechanism seems probable, as evidenced by the dependence on the reactor shape and catalytic volume. The exact mechanism is still under investigation, and the focus of this study is to describe the initial steps of the reaction and investigate poorly defined boron oxide (BOx) species. It has been found that during the reaction of the catalyst surface model with the O2H radical, two types of complexes are observed - dispersive and covalently bound. By monitoring the interaction energies, it was discovered that both types are energetically very close to each other, with a low barrier for transition between them. When the surface interacts with the propyl radical, only dispersive complexes were observed.Hexagonalní nitrid boru se jeví jako vhodný katalýzator pro oxidativní dehýdrogenaci uhlovodíku. Svou výsokou selektivitou vuci alkenum a nízkou merou produkce oxidu uhelnateho a uhliciteho se tento katalýzator jeví jako idealní kandidat pro tento proces. Z reserse literaturý plýne, ze radikalový mechanismus se jeví jako pravdepodobný, jelikoz je pozorovana zavislosti na tvaru a katalýtickem objemu reaktoru. Presný mechanismus není znam a obsahem teto prace je popsaní pocatecních kroku reakce a zkoumaní spatne definovaných castic oxidu boriteho (BOx). Býlo zjisteno, ze pri reakci modelu povrchu katalýzatoru s radikalem O2H jsou pozorovaný dva týpý - disperzní a kovalentne vazane. Sledovaním interakcních energií výplýnulo v zjistení, ze oba týpý jsou si energetický velice blízke s nízkou barierou pro prechod mezi nimi.
