While user’s store their data in the cloud it is important that the data should be in a secure manner. For maintaining the data securely we have proposed a scheme which consists of three entities those are users, TPA and the cloud server. Here in the place of cloud server we have used Dropbox. By implementing this concept we will be able to provide security for the data which is stored in the cloud server from the un-authorized access. This concept is applicable for accessing data either in distributed environment or can run the application concurrently by number of cloud users. The main objective is to store the data in the public cloud in an encrypted form rather than in a plain text manner for maintaining data security and confidentiality

In this paper, sentiment analysis is used for analyzing comments and reviews for hospital management system are demonstrated with real time data. The tools, algorithms and methodology that could fetch accurate results is described. Experimental results indicate 90% of accuracy in proposed system. The review report generated would help the hospital management to identify the positive and negative feedback which further assists them in improving their facilities that could not only create customer satisfaction but also enhanced business processes

    Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is an uncommon & noninfectious neutrophilic dermatosis commonly associated with underlying systemic disease in more than 50% of cases. About 20-30% of cases are commenced and aggravated by minor trauma or surgery, a phenomenon named pathergy. PG is associated with many systemic diseases, but association with Takayasu's arteritis (TA) / pulseless disease, which is chronic inflammatory and stenotic disease of large sized arteries is less common. These conditions responded well with systemic corticosteroids. The association of PG with TA has been less reported in the literature so far.     Fluctuating Motor Forces Bend Growing Microtubules

    Despite their rigidity, microtubules in living cells bend significantly during polymerization resulting in greater curvature than can be explained by thermal forces alone. However, the source of the non-thermal forces that bend growing microtubules remains obscure. We analyzed the motion of microtubule tips in NIH-3T3 fibroblasts expressing EGFP-EB1, a fluorescent +TIP protein that specifically binds to the growing ends of microtubules. We found that dynein inhibition significantly reduced the deviation of the growing tip from its initial trajectory. Inhibiting myosin modestly reduced tip fluctuations, while simultaneous myosin and dynein inhibition caused no further decrease in fluctuations compared to dynein inhibition alone.     Direct force probe reveals the mechanics of nuclear homeostasis in the mammalian cell

    How cells maintain nuclear shape and position against various intracellular and extracellular forces is not well understood, although defects in nuclear mechanical homeostasis are associated with a variety of human diseases. We estimated the force required to displace and deform the nucleus in adherent living cells with a technique to locally pull the nuclear surface. A minimum pulling force of a few nanonewtons--far greater than typical intracellular motor forces--was required to significantly displace and deform the nucleus. Upon force removal, the original shape and position were restored quickly within a few seconds. This stiff, elastic response required the presence of vimentin, lamin A/C, and SUN (Sad1p, UNC-84)-domain protein linkages, but not F-actin or microtubules. Although F-actin and microtubules are known to exert mechanical forces on the nuclear surface through molecular motor activity, we conclude that the intermediate filament networks maintain nuclear mechanical homeostasis against localized forces

    Central Giant Reparative Granuloma is a non-neoplastic lesion that most commonly affects the mandible and is uncommon in children. This case-report detailed the clinical features, diagnosis, treatment, and recall of a 5-year-old boy. The oral lesion is erythematous and consists of a 4x3 cm well-demarcated swelling on the anterior maxilla that extends across the midline and covers the entire length of the palate till the junction of the hard and soft palate. Upon radiographic and histologic investigation, it was conclusive of Central giant cell reparative granuloma (CGCG). The treatment comprised of a conservative approach that included excision of the lesion, thereby reducing the risk of tooth and bone loss

    Analysis of performance in Depth Based Routing for Underwater Wireless Sensor Networks

    In the last decade, Underwater Wireless Sensor Networks (UWSNs) have been widely studied because of their peculiar aspects that distinguish them from common wireless terrestrial networks. In fact, most UWSNs use acoustic instead of radio-frequency based communications, and nodes are subject to high mobility caused by water currents. As a consequence, specialized routing algorithms have been developed to tackle this challenging scenario. Depth based Routing (DBR) is one of the first protocols that have been developed to this aim, and is still widely adopted in actual implementations of UWSNs. In this paper we propose a stochastic analysis that aims at evaluating the performance of UWSNs using DBR in terms of expected energy consumption and expected end-to-end delay. Under a set of assumptions, we give expressions for these performance indices that can be evaluated efficiently, and hence they can be adopted as the basis for optimizing the configuration parameters of the protocol

    A multi-ethnic genome-wide association study implicates collagen matrix integrity and cell differentiation pathways in keratoconus

    Keratoconus is characterised by reduced rigidity of the cornea with distortion and focal thinning that causes blurred vision, however, the pathogenetic mechanisms are unknown. It can lead to severe visual morbidity in children and young adults and is a common indication for corneal transplantation worldwide. Here we report the first large scale genome-wide association study of keratoconus including 4,669 cases and 116,547 controls. We have identified significant association with 36 genomic loci that, for the first time, implicate both dysregulation of corneal collagen matrix integrity and cell differentiation pathways as primary disease-causing mechanisms. The results also suggest pleiotropy, with some disease mechanisms shared with other corneal diseases, such as Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy. The common variants associated with keratoconus explain 12.5% of the genetic variance, which shows potential for the future development of a diagnostic test to detect susceptibility to disease
