    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran pada masa pandemi covid-19 melalui pendampingan daring supervisi akademik di SD Negeri 6 Caringin. Penelitian termasuk penelitian tindakan sekolah dengan 2 (dua) rangkaian siklus. Prosedur pada setiap siklus dilaksanakan dengan 4 (empat) tahapan, yakni tahapan perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan tindakan, dan refleksi hasil tindakan. Adapun subyek penelitian ini adalah semua guru di SD Negeri  6 Caringin, yaitu sebanyak 7 (tujuh) guru. Perolehan total rerata nilai supervisi akademik pada Siklus I sebesar 83,63% dan perolehan rerata nilai supervisi akademik pada Siklus II sebesar 92,31% membuktikan adanya perbaikan yang meningkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi covid-19 di SD Negeri 6 Caringin

    This study aims to improve learning outcomes biology class VII SMP N 1 Rimba Melintang in the academic year 2015/2016 with the implementation of learning model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Conducted from January to May 2016. The subjects were students of class VII SMPN 1 Rimba Melintang in the academic year 2015/2016 with the number of 31 people consisting of 13 students and 18 female students. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) will be undertaken in two cycles with three meetings and go 1 time daily tests. The parameters in this study is the result of student learning that consists of the absorption of students and completeness of student learning, student activities and teacher's activities. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students has increased in the first cycle students' absorption of 77% (enough) and the second cycle 79% (enough). Mastery learning in the first cycle were completed and 64.52% increased in the second cycle is 77.42%. Activities of students in the first cycle of 76.97% (enough) and the second cycle increased to 83.06% (very good). Activities of teachers increased from 83.33% (good) and the second cycle 95.85% (very good).     PENGEMBANGAN E-LKPD BERBASIS DISCOVERY LEARNING MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI ADOBE ACROBAT 11 PRO EXTENDED PADA MATERI KESETIMBANGAN ION DAN pH LARUTAN GARAM UNTUK KELAS XI SMA/MA SEDERAJAT

    This study aims to develop E-LKPD based on Discovery Learning using the Adobe Acrobat 11 Pro Extended application on the ion balance and pH of salt solution for class XI SMA / MA, to determine the validity of E-LKPD based on aspects of content feasibility, characteristics of Discovery Learning, linguistic aspects, presentation aspects, graphic aspects, size, cover design, content design and knowing the user's response to the developed E-LKPD. This development research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) with the Plomp development model. The data collection instruments are in the form of validation sheets given to two material validators and two media validators, as well as user response questionnaires for teachers and students. After two revisions, the validity results obtained by the material validator on the content feasibility aspect were 94.44%, the characteristic aspects of Discovery Learning were 95.83%, the presentation aspects were 90%, the linguistic aspects were 90.62% and the graphic aspects were 93.5% which each of these aspects is included in the valid criteria. Furthermore, the results of data analysis obtained validity by the media validator on the graphic aspect which included the E-LKPD size of 100%, the cover design was 90.63%, and the content design was 94.32%, each of which was categorized as valid. E-LKPD which has been declared valid by the validator is tested one by one on 3 students who have studied the ion balance and pH of the salt solution. Then ask for a response questionnaire to 3 chemistry teachers and 20 students. The results of the teacher's response were 95.55% including very high and practical criteria, the results of students' responses were 90.75% including interesting criteria. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the E-LKPD based on Discovery Learning using the Adobe Acrobat 11 Pro Extended application produced was validated and can be used in high school chemistry subjects on ion balance and pH of salt solution

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui hal-hal yang harus dipenuhi oleh SMA Batik 1 Surakarta sebagai persyaratan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008; 2) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMA Batik 1 Surakarta; 3) Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMA Batik 1 Surakarta serta upaya mengoptimalkan faktor pendukung tersebut; 4) Untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMA Batik 1 Surakarta serta upaya mengatasi faktor penghambat tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan sumber data informan, tempat penelitian, dan dokumen. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data dengan trianggulasi sumber, metode, dan review. Analisis data dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Persyaratan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 yang sudah dipenuhi oleh SMA Batik 1 Surakarta, yaitu: Lingkup Penerapan dan Proses Kegiatan Sekolah, Acuan yang Mengatur, Istilah ataupun Definisi, Sistem Manajemen Mutu, Tanggung Jawab Manajemen, Pengelolaan Sumber Daya, Realisasi Jasa Pendidikan, Pengukuran, Analisis, serta Perbaikan; 2) Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 dilaksanakan di masing-masing lini kerja berdasarkan sasaran mutu yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya dengan berdasarkan pada 8 prinsip manajemen; 3) Faktor pendukung keberhasilan SMM ISO 9001:2008 SMA Batik 1 Surakarta, yaitu: adanya komitmen dan kesadaran semua warga sekolah, kualitas SDM, sarana prasarana yang memadai, dan ketersediaan dana. Upaya mengoptimalkan faktor pendukung tersebut melalui pemahaman pentingnya manajemen mutu, pelatihan/workshop, beasiswa untuk guru, serta perbaikan dan pengadaan sarana prasarana sekolah; 4) Faktor penghambat pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMA Batik 1 Surakarta, yaitu: ketidakpahaman personel tentang ISO, kesulitan mengubah budaya/kebiasaan SDM, masih kurangnya pendokumentasian dan perekaman kegiatan. Upaya mengatasi faktor penghambat tersebut melalui pemahaman tentang sistem manajemen mutu ISO kepada semua warga sekolah baik oleh tim konsultan ISO maupun pihak internal, serta membuat sistem pengendalian rekaman yang dibakukan.     Growth and Yield of Red Chili at various Doses of Chicken Manure Using Conventional and Floating Cultivation Techniques

    The aimed of this study was to determine the effect of chicken manure application on red chili plants using conventional and floating cultivation techniques. The research was carried out on the experimental farm for conventional cultivation techniques and in research pond for floating cultivation located in the Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya Campus, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra with an altitude of 10 m above sea level from July to November 2022. The experiment used a randomized block design with one factor, namely chicken manure (0, 10, 20 and 30 tons/ha) with three replications. While the floating experiment used 200 cm x 100 cm of bamboo rafts. Parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, crown diameter, fruit length, fruit diameter, fruit weight per fruit, and total fruit weight per plant. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at the 5% level. The results showed that increasing the dose of chicken manure up to 30 tons/ha in both cultivation techniques increased plant height and number of leaves. Likewise for the number and weight of fruit, obtained at the same dose in conventional techniques, namely 30 tons/ha. However, fruit length and diameter parameters were higher in floating cultivation at all doses of chicken manure treatments. Therefore, it was concluded that the use of chicken manure could increase the growth of chili plants in both cultivation techniques, although the size of the polybags used could not support the growth and yields optimally

Manure produced from farms is continuous as long as the farm operates. This will be a problem because it will pollute the surrounding environment. To overcome this problem, the potential of cow dung waste can be used as compost for horticultural crops such as red chili (Capsicum annum L). This study aimed to compare the growth and production of red chili (Capsicum annum L. var. Gada F1) with floating and non-floating systems at various doses of cow compost. The study started with the cultivation of red chili varieties of Gada F1 by applying compost at various doses with a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 3 replications. The dose of cow dung compost used is 300 g/5 kg of soil; 600 g/5 kg of soil; 900 g/5 kg soil; and 0 g/5 kg of soil as control. Data were obtained from the calculation of plant growth and production which included height, number of leaves, diameter of the crown, number of flowers, number of fruits, fruit length, fruit diameter, and fruit weight per plant and analyzed using ANOVA. If there is a significant difference, then it can be continued with the BNT test (Least Significant Difference). For the results of production observations which include fruit fresh weight, fruit length, and fruit diameter, an unpaired independent sample t-test was used. This t-test is used to compare the difference between the two means (means) of two independent samples with the assumption that the data are normally distributed.. With a non-floating system and application of cow compost at a dose of 900 g/5 kg of soil, it can provide the most optimal results for the production of red chili plants of the Gada F1 variety

    Abstract Bali Province as an autonomous region is given authority to conduct all government affairs, which is basically a task of government, development and public service which in its implementation requires financing originating from local taxes. Local Taxes have been submitted to the regions under the guidance of Law Number 28 of 2009 on Regional Tax and Levy. One of the local taxes already managed by the Bali Provincial Government is the Surface Water Tax. The formulations of this research problem is 1) How is the implementation of authority of Bali Provincial Government in Surface Water Tax Collection in Bali Province? 2) How is the implementation of Bali Province Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2011 jo Bali Province Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2015 on Regional Tax?. The Results of this research indicate that: 1) Implementation of authority of Bali Provincial Government in Surface Water Taxation is in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations, because Law Number 28 of 2009 on Regional Tax and Levy has been followed up with the stipulation of Bali Provincial Regulation Number 1 in 2015, with further elaboration in the Bali Governor's Regulation Number 40 of 2011 on Technical Guidance of Implementation of Provincial Regulation No. 1 of 2011 and Decision of the Head of Bali Province Revenue Service No. 973/5651/DISPENDA on Technical Guidance on the Implementation of Motor Vehicle Tax Collection, Transfer of Motor Vehicle Title, and Surface Water Tax; (2) Implementation of Regional Regulation of Bali Province Number 1 of 2015 Concerning Amendment to Provincial Regulation Bali Number 1 of 2011 Concerning Regional Taxes (especially Surface Water Tax) has not been effective.     Effect of Health Education on The Enhancement Knowledge of First Trimester Primigravida about Discomfort and Management at Tamansari Health Center

    During the pregnancy period there are physical and psychological changes and social changes become an experience for pregnant women, one of which is anxiety during pregnancy, the prevalence of anxiety disorders during pregnancy in Indonesia ranges from 28.7%. Factors that influence anxiety are knowledge, age, education, parity and social support. This research is to find out the effect of health education on discomfort in pregnancy trimester I and its handling of the knowledge of primigravida pregnant women first trimester. This research is an analytical study using a pre test post test design without control approach. The study subjects as many as 30 pregnant women in Karanganyar public health center using purposive sampling. Bivariate data analysis using paired t test. The results of the study obtained knowledge of pregnant women before health education amounted to 93.3% on the criteria less. Maternity knowledge after health education by 70% on the criteria is sufficient with a 29.4%  increase in knowledge with a p value of 0.000 α (0.05). This suggests that there is an influence of health education on discomfort in trimester I pregnancy and its handling of pregnant women's knowledge of trimester I primigravid
