    Sosialisasi Senam SKJ 2018 dan Senam Kreasi Untuk Guru PJOK Kota Kupang

    Senam SKJ 2018 merupakan senam yang didaur ulang dari senam SKJ 1984 yang fenomenal. Akan tetapi gaungnya belum sefenomenal senam SKJ 1984,masih banyak masyarakat bahkan guru PJOK yang belum mengetahui dengan detail tentang senam SKJ 2018, oleh karena itu Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan Dan Rekreasi Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendiidikan Undana melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ingin melakukan sosialisasi senam SKJ dan senam Kreasi kepada guru-guru yang ada di kota kupang, besar harapan jka diberi kesempatan yang lebih luas, sosialisasi ini akan diperluas ruang lingkupnya bukan hanya pada guru olahraga di kota kupang akan tetapi diseluruh kabupaten kota di propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Berdasarkan hal di atas, maka Prodi Penjaskesrek FKIP Undana terdorong untuk melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (PPM) dengan Judul: SOSIALISASI SENAM SKJ 2018 DAN SENAM KREASI UNTUK GURU PJOK KOTA KUPANG. Berdasarkan analisis situasi di atas, maka yang menjadi identifikasi masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah (1) Banyak guru PJOK dikota kupang yang belum mengetahui tentang senam SKJ 2018, (2) Berdasarkan observasi sebelumnya, banyak harapan agar dilakukan sosialisasi senam kreasi untuk menambah referensi bagi guru penjas tentang perkembangan senam yang ada. Berdasarkan identifikasi yang telah dilakukan, maka prioritas utama yang harus ditangani adalah (1) Memperkenalkan senam SKJ 2018 kepada guru PJOK kota Kupang (2) Memperkenalkan Macam-macam senam kreasi yang berkembang. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam program ini adalah (1) Pemateri yang adalah Pelatih Resmi senam SKJ 2018 yang telah mendapat sertifikat dan mengikuti pelatihan senam SKJ 2018 (2) Pemateri yang adalah instruktur atau pelatih senam kreasi/Zumba yang bersertifikasi

    Combustion kinetics of Shankodi-Jangwa coal

    The lack of comprehensive data on the fuel properties of newly discovered coal deposits in Nigeria has hampered the prospective utilisation for power generation. Consequently, this study is aimed at characterising the physicochemical and thermokinetic properties of Shankodi-Jangwa (SKJ) coal recently discovered in Nassarawa state, Nigeria. The results indicate that SKJ comprises 40.50% fixed carbon, 43.34% volatile matter, and 2.36% sulphur with a higher heating value (HHV) of 27.37 MJ kg-1. Based on this HHV, SKJ was classified as high-volatile B bituminous coal. Thermal analysis of SKJ under oxidative thermogravimetry (TG) at multiple heating rates revealed that SKJ is highly reactive and thermally degradable below 1000°C. Kinetic analysis using the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa model for conversions α = 0.05-0.90 revealed the activation energy to range from Ea = 113-259 kJ mol-1, with the frequency factor ranging from A = 2.9 × 1013-1.5 × 1023 min-1 and a range in R2 = 0.8536-0.9997; the average values of these ranges are Ea = 184 kJ mol-1, A = 9.2 × 1023 min-1 and R2 = 0.9420, respectively.     AbstractThe soil in the Panggung Village area, Kedung District, Jepara Regency, was found to have signs of collapse and uneven ground and fractures occurred in structural bulkheads due to uneven and stable land subsidence. One of the factors causing the signs of failure, cracks and faults is triggered because most of the area has a type of soil with a low level of shear strength.In this study, an experiment was conducted on mixing the original soil with a mixture of added materials in the form of teak wood powder and coconut fibers and gypsum. The percentage of addition of added materials is 8%, 10% and 12% and 3% gypsum with two ratios of added materials (25% SKJ and 75% SKP) with a comparison (75% SKJ and 25% SKP) to determine the nature of the original soil after Added materials are added by testing physical properties and engineering properties.From the research that has been done, the percentage of addition of added material that shows the best soil characteristics is adjusted to the percentage of comparison, namely the highest specific gravity test from the addition of 8% in the comparison percentage (25% SKJ and 75% SKP), Atteberg limit test with the lowest plasticity index of the addition of 10 % in the comparison percentage (25% SKJ and 75% SKP), testing the lowest optimum proctor modified moisture content from the addition of 8% in the comparison percentage (25% SKJ and 75% SKP) with the maximum dry soil density from the addition of 8% in the comparison percentage (25% SKJ and 75% SKP), in the CBR test the highest CBR value occurred in the 8% addition test, the soil shear strength test used the highest soil cohesion value from the addition of 10% in the comparison percentage (75% SKJ and 25% SKP) and used an increase in the highest value of the shear angle of the soil in the addition of 8% on the percentage (75% SKJ and 25% SKP) , then testing the land development uses the smallest value that occurs in the addition of 8% in the comparison percentage (25% SKJ and 75% SKP). Keywords: Soil Waste, Soil Stabilization, Direct Shear, Swellin

    EFEKTIFITAS SENAM KEBUGARAN DAN USIA (USIA PERTENGAHAN DAN USIA LANJUT) TERHADAP KEBUGARAN JASMANI YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KESEHATAN: (Studi Eksperimen Pada Ibu-Ibu lanjut Usia di Kota Bandung)

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkap efektifitas senam kebugaran (senam aerobik dan SKJ 2012) terhadap kebugaran jasmani yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan (Health Related Fitness/HRF) lansiaUsia Pertengahan dan Usia Lanjut. Penelitianini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain Faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu-ibu lansia yang berusia 45 s/d 59 tahun (usia pertengahan) dan yang berusia 60 s/d 74 tahun (usia lanjut) berjumlah 161 orang, jumlah sampel 40 orang di Kelurahan Pasirlayung.Instrumen penelitian menggunakanSenior Fitness Test yang terdiri dari Chair Sit and Reach Test, Chair Stand Test, Arm Curl Test, 8 Foot Up and Go Test, dan 6 Minute Walk(Jones & Rikli, 2002).Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dimana menguji hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis varian dua jalur (Two Way ANOVA), dan untuk menguji perbedaan antar kelompok (post hoc multiple comparison) dengan menggunakan uji Tuckey.Hasil pengolahan data secara statistik menunjukkan (1) terdapat interaksi antara aktivitas senam kebugaran dengan usia terhadap kebugaran jasmani yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan (HRF), dengan besaran pengaruh sebesar 61.6 %, (2) Secara keseluruhan, terdapat perbedaan kebugaran jasmani yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan (HRF) antara lansia usia pertengahandan usia lanjut pada aktivitas senam aerobik dengan aktivitas SKJ 2012, ha ltersebut dibuktikan dengan besaran pengaruh yang tertian gdalam partial eta squared sebesar 47.4 %. (3) Senam aerobik (M=312.878) lebih efektif dar ipada SKJ 2012 (M = 287.268) terhadap kebugaran jasmani pada kelompok lansia usia pertengahan, dan (4) SKJ 2012 (M=292.008) lebih efektif dari pada senam aerobik(M = 279.778) terhadap kebugaran jasmani pada kelompok lansia usia lanjut. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Terdapat interaksi antara aktivitas senam kebugaran dengan usia terhadap kebugaran jasmani yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan (HRF).(2)Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh kebugaran jasmani yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan (HRF) antara aktivitas senam aerobik dengan SKJ 2012 pada lansia Usia Pertengahan dan Usia Lanjut secara keseluruhan.((3)Aktivitas senam aerobik lebih efektif dari pada SKJ 2012 terhadap kebugaran jasmani yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan (HRF) pada lansia Usia Pertengahan.(4)Aktivitas SKJ 2012 lebih efektif dari pada senam aerobik terhadap kebugaran jasmani yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan (HRF) pada lansia Usia Lanjut. The purpose of this research is to reveal the effectiveness of fitness training (aerobics and SKJ 2012) against the Health Related Fitness / HRF of the Middle Ages and the Elderly. This research used an experimental method with factorial design 2 x 2. The research population was older women aged 45 s / d 59 years old (middle age) and aged 60 s / d 74 years (elderly) amounted to 161 people, the number of samples 40 people in Pasirlayung Village. Senior research instruments using the Fitness Test consisting of a Chair Sit and Reach Test, Chair Stand Test, Arm Curl Test, 8 Foot Up and Go Test, and 6 Minute Walk Test (Rikli & Jones, 2002). Processing and data analysis using descriptive statistics which test the hypothesis by using analysis of variance of two lanes (Two Way ANOVA), and to test for differences between groups (post hoc multiple comparison) using Tuckey test. Results of data processing statistically demonstrated (1) there is interaction between the activities of fitness training to the age of the Health Related Fitnes, the magnitude of the effect by 61.6%, (2) Overall, there are differences in Health Related Fitnes (HRF) among elderly middle age and old age aerobic activity with the activity of SKJ 2012, it is evidenced by the amount of influence that is contained in the partial eta squared of 47.4%. (3) Gymnastics Aerobics (M = 312 878) is more effective than the SKJ 2012 (M = 287 268) to the level of physical fitness in older people middle age, and (4) SKJ 2012 (M = 292 008) is more effective than aerobic exercise (M = 279 778) to the level of physical fitness in the elderly group. Conclusion of the research showed that, (1) There are interactions between fitness training activities with the age to the Health Related Fitnes (HRF). (2) There are differences in the effect of Health Related Fitnes (HRF) between activity aerobics with SKJ 2012 at the Middle age and Elderly overall. ((3) Activity aerobics more effective than SKJ 2012 against Health Related Fitnes (HRF) in the middle age. (4) Activity SKJ 2012 is more effective than aerobic exercise on Health Related Fitnes (HRF) in the Elderly. The research recommends that: For the middle age is suggested to do gymnastics aerobics to obtain, maintain, and enhance Health Related Fitnes (HRF), because the aerobic proven more effective than the SKJ 2012. For the Elderly advised to do SKJ 2012 to acquire, maintain, and enhance the Health Related Fitnes (HRF), as tested SKJ 2012 is more effective than aerobic exercise

Penelitian Tindak Kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan : 1) Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dengan menerapkan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik (PMR) untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep operasi hitung perkalian siswa kelas 2SDN SKJ I, Bandung. 2)Pembelajaran dengan menerapkan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik (PMR) untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep operasi hitung perkalian siswa kelas 2C SDN SKJ I, bandung. 3) Peningkatan pemahaman konsep operasi hitung perkalian siswa kelas 2C SDN SKJ I Bandung setelah menerapkan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik (PMR). Data klasifikasi diolah melalui reduksi data, klasifikasi data, display data, penapsiran dan penarikan simpulan, data kuantitatif diolah dengan menggunakan statistik rata-rata dan presentase, temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa Penerapan Matematika Realistik (PMR) dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep operasi hitung perkalian siswa 2C SDN SKJ I. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai rata-rata kelas pada siklus I sebesar 63,75 dan siklus II 85,75. Padahal nilai rata-rata pra siklus sebesar 57,7. Pada pra siklus presentase 16,6 % siswa yang dapat mencapai KKM, sedangkan pada siklus I menjadi 20% dan siklus II 90%.;---The study was based on the number of students in grade 2C SDN SKJ I that have difficulty in understanding of multiplication arithmetic operations concept. to overcome the problem, researchers applied realistic mathematics education. This Classroom Action Research is intended to describe: 1)Learning Implementation Plan by applying the approach Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) to improve understanding of the arithmetic operations of multiplication concept in graders 2 C SDN SKJ I, Bandung. 2) Learning to apply the approach Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) to improve understanding of the operations calculated concept by multiplying grade 2 C SDN SKJ I Bandung. 3) Improved understanding of the arithmetic operations concept of multiplication grade 2 C SDN SKJ I Bandung after applying Approach Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). The method was used Classroom Action Research with model Kemmis and Taggart. The data collection was done by observation and tests. ID: 17190079 Thesis of S1 Physical Education Study Program The University of Dehasen Bengkulu, 2021: 141 Pages This study aims to determine the effect of SKJ 2018 exercises on improving the physical fitness of students at Madrasah Aliyah Ja-alHaq in Bengkulu City. In this study using the method of Preexperimental Design with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design,  it can be noted with certainty the difference in results due to the treatment given. The population in this study were students who took extracurricular activities at Madrasah Aliyah Ja-alHaq in Bengkulu City as many as 30 people and the research sample used total sampling, namely the sampling technique by taking all members of the population as respondents or a sample of 30 people. The statistical analysis used in this study was the t-test to test the hypothesis that there is an effect of the 2018 SKJ exercise on improving the physical fitness of the students of Madrasah Aliyah Ja-alHaq in Bengkulu City. The results of the t test calculation analysis turned out to have a significant effect on the results of physical fitness. The calculation results state that the final test with the calculation of the value of tcount 8,758 > ttable 1,699 with a level of = 0.05 means that there is a significant effect between X (SKJ 2018 exercises) and Y (physical fitness improvement) with an increase of 9.1% Based on the results of hypothesis testing that has been carried out, it is stated that there is a significant effect between  the  SKJ 2018 exercises on improving the physical fitness of Madrasah Aliyah Ja-alHaq students in Bengkulu City.     Commonly the prime material for brake pad of the commercial motorcycle using asbestos, these materials cause a disease like as cancer of respiration if the abrasive particles were sniffed. The SKJ (Serbuk Kayu Jati) brake pad is alternative to replacement the asbestos brake pads. The mechanical test includes a wear test, hardeness test, friction coefficient test, and heat resistant test. The hot press process for SKJ as main material of brake pad based by variation of temperature there are 160ÂșC, 170ÂșC, and 180ÂșC. The optimum test result of SKJ brake pads is a variation of 180ÂșC with wear test result is 3,36 x 10-7 mm2/kg, the hardeness result is 25,1 BHN, the friction coefficient test is 0,59 and not damaged on the heat resistant test with a temperature of 300ÂșC during an hour

    A systematic review of the effects of satureja khuzestanica jamzad and zataria multiflora boiss against pseudomonas aeruginosa

    Background: The use of antibiotics is common, but its excessive or improper use leads to antibiotic resistance. Consequently, scientists have been interested in exploring traditional medicine to identify a new source of anti-bacterial agents. The present study aimed to conduct a systematic review to determine the anti-bacterial activity of Satureja khuzestanica Jamzad (SKJ) and Zataria multiflora Boiss (ZM) essential oils against Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro. Methods: A comprehensive literature search for studies published on SKJ and ZM was carried out. Various keywords (S. Khuzestanica, Marzeh-e-Khuzestani, Z. Multiflora, Z. Multiflora Boiss; avishan-e-shirazi, shirazi thyme, thymol, carvacrol; P. aeruginosa, Iran, antibacterial effect; traditional medicine, phytomedicine, herbal medicine) were used to search both international and Iranian databases (Google Scholar, Science Direct, Web of Science, MEDLINE; PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane Library, Academic Search; Journal Storage, Magiran, Irandoc, Scientific Information Database (SID), and IranMedex). The selected articles were published during 2000-2017 and were written in English or Persian. Results: Seventeen articles were included in the review. The main ingredients of SKJ and ZM plants were carvacrol and thymol. The potential anti-bacterial activity of essential oils from these plants was confirmed. The carvacrol content, as the major active ingredient of SKJ was between 38.33-97.89. The major ingredients of ZM were carvacrol (16.8-82.7) followed by thymol (25.70-64.87). The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) value of SKJ and ZM essential oils against bacterial strains was in the range of 0.31-450 and 2-8,000 ĂŽÂŒg/mL, respectively. Conclusion: The present review study confirmed the antibacterial activity of SKJ and ZM, particularly against Pseudomonas in vitro. © 2020, Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. All rights reserved
