    The Effect Of Self-Efficiacy, Management Ability, Internal Communication And Job Satisfaction On Commitmentnormative Lecturers At Quality University Medan

    The problem in this study is whether there is an effect of self-efficacy, management ability, internal communication and job satisfaction on the normative commitment of lecturers at Quality University Medan. The population of this study amounts to 152 people and the sample amounts to 111 people. The results show that: Self-efficacy (X1) has a positive direct effect on lecturers’ job satisfaction (X4)  indicated that 16 p41"> = 0,315; Management Ability (X2) has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction (X4)  indicated that 16Ï42">  = 0,286; Internal communication (X3) has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction (X4) indicated 16 Ï43">  = 0,403; Self-efficacy (X1) has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment (X5) indicated 16 p51">  = 0,229; Management Capability (X2) has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment (X5) indicated that 16 Ï52">  = 0,188;  Internal communication (X3) has a direct and positive effect on organizational commitment (X5) indicated that 16Ï53">  = 0,276; job satisfaction (X4) has a positive direct  positive effect on organizational commitment (X5) indicated that 16 p54">  = 0,325.     The Development of English Learning Model Based on Life Skill in Course and Training Institutions

    This study aims to produce English learning model based on life skill and to investigate the effectiveness of the life skills based instructional model. It is a research and development which uses the R&D model by Borg and Gall and combined with the instructional design model by Dick and Carey. The research methodology consists of two phases. Phase I is to develop the learning media and trial process, Phase II is to test the effectiveness of the product. In the phase of validity and trial process, the instructional model is very proper to be used in learning English at training centers. In the phase of effectiveness test, the model is very effective to be used as instructional models in learning English for general English students at course and training institute.     Model Pembelajaran Komputer Musik Dasar Berbasis Konstruktivistik Di Program Studi Pendidikan Musik

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran komputer musik dasar berbasis konstruktivistik (IDPER) dan perangkat pendukungnya, serta mengetahui kelayakan dan keefektifan model pembelajaran IDPER yang dikembangkan dalam rangka meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada pembelajaran komputer musik dasar (KMD). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Prosedur pengembangan model pembelajaran IDPER mengacu pada model pengembangan Borg & Gall yang diadaptasi dari model Dick & Carey yang terdiri atas 2 (dua) tahap, yaitu tahap pra-pengembangan dan tahap pengembangan. Lokasi uji coba penelitian pengembangan model pembelajaran IDPER dilaksanakan di lingkungan Program Studi Pendidikan Musik Universitas Negeri Medan. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan kelayakan model pembelajaran IDPER dan perangkat pendukungnya yang diimplementasikan pada pembelajaran komputer musik dasar (KMD). Hasil uji-t (sig.2-tailed < 0,05) menunjukan perbedaan hasil belajar mahasiswa yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan implementasi model pembelajaran IDPER yang dikembangkan pada proses pembelajaran komputer musik dasar (KMD). Hasil uji keefektifan dengan menggunakan uji N-Gain Ternomalisasi baik pada uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba kelompok besar (uji coba lapangan) menunjukan keefektifan implementasi model pembelajaran IDPER yang dikembangkan dalam rangka meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada pembelajaran komputer musik dasar (KMD)

    Application of Learning Strategies and Emotional Intelligence on Learning Outcomes of Music Art Students of Tebing Tinggi Public 2 Senior High School

    This study aims to compare students ’art learning outcomes through the application of accelerated learning strategies with expository learning strategies, emotional relationship intelligence with students’ learning outcomes of music art. This research is an experiment (experiment) and treatment (treatment). The study population was all students of SMA Negeri 2 and 3 Tebing Tinggi. The sample was determined by cluster random sampling technique. This study used a quasi-experimental research method. The results of the study are differences in the learning outcomes of students who learn with accelerated learning strategies both in groups of students who have high emotional intelligence and students who have low emotional intelligence. Higher learning outcomes for students who are taught the art of music with accelerated learning strategies from the expository. The high emotional intelligence learning outcomes taught with accelerated learning strategies were better than students who studied expository learning, while the learning outcomes of students who had low emotional intelligence who were taught with accelerated learning strategies were better than students taught expository learning strategies. These results indicate that the acceleration learning strategy is more effectively applied in students’ learning of the art of music in order to improve learning outcomes of high emotional intelligence.     The Effect of Learning Models and Motion Ability on Learning Outcomes of Volleyball Passing Skills for Class VIII Students of Junior High School 6, Academic Year 2019-2020

    This study aims to determine: (1) The volleyball passing skills of students taught by using a massed practice model are higher than the volleyball passing skills of students taught with a distributed practice model. (2) the volleyball passing skills of students who have high mobility abilities are higher than students who have low mobility abilities. (3) the interaction between the learning model and the ability of movement to volleyball passing skills. This research was conducted at Junior High School 6 Medan, odd semester of 2019/2020 school year. The research model ∝ uses quasiexperimental with 2 x 2 factorial design, the data analysis technique used is two-way ANOVA with a significant level = 0.05 and continued with the Tukey test. The results showed (1)volleyball passing skills taught by students using massed practice models were higher when compared to volleyball passing skills of students who used distributed practice models, this was indicated by Fcount = 4,24> Ftable = 4.18; (2) volleyball passing skills of students who have high mobility abilities are higher than students who have low mobility abilities, this is indicated by Fcount = 12.15> Ftable = 4.18; (3) there is an interaction between the learning model and the students 'ability to move the students' volleyball passing skills, this is indicated by Fcount = 21.12> Ftable = 4.18. The conclusion, that the massed practice model can improve students' volleyball passing skills

    This study discusses the phenomenon of the character of students in North Sumatra which is increasingly alarming. There are many practices of social unrest carried out by junior high school students and high school students in several cities in Indonesia. The phenomenon of student character brutality is a homework for the world of education that must be addressed immediately. Is one factor due to the lack of an educational model that pays attention to character education for students. It might be one of the reasons. How to formulate a learning model that can foster character for students ?, and what character targets should be formulated in the learning process ?, and how will character growth occur in students? This issue will be focused in this study. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach. The process of searching data and information retrieval related to this study is done diachronically to find out in a complete and complete manner the phenomena of the character condition of high school (SMA) students in North Sumatra. In designing the North Sumatra traditional arts-based learning model as an effort to foster the character of strong and dignified students, the formulation of learning models is carried out based on the analysis of the suitability of existing material and local kearipan values. This is to obtain the suitability of learning targets in growing student character. Learning outcomes will be analyzed to find answers to how strong and dignified student character growth can be formed

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan hasil belajar PPKn siswa, perbedaan hasil belajar PPKn siswa memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi dan perbedaan hasil belajar PPKn siswa memiliki motivasi rendah yang dibelajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran koperatif tipe jigsaw dengan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori, interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar PPKn siswa,  Penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai acuan dalam mengembangkan dunia pendidikan bagi Kepala Dinas Pendidikan, guru, sekolah, siswa dan juga peneliti selanjutnya. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada kelas VI di SD Negeri 015902 Huta Padang dan SD Negeri 010112 Huta Padang Kabupaten Asahan. Waktu untuk pelaksanaan penelitian ini yaitu pada Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas  VI SD Negeri 015902 Huta Padang dan SD Negeri 010112 Huta Padang Kabupaten Asahan yang berjumlah 90 orang  terdiri dari 3 (dua) kelas. Hasil belajar siswa menggunakan strategi jigsaw memperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar adalah 90,76 sedangkan strategi ekspositori memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 83,72. Hasil belajar siswa memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 90,66 sedangkan motivasi belajar rendah memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 83,83. Hasil belajar siswa memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi diberi perlakuan strategi pembelajaran jigsaw tidak berbeda dengan hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi diberi perlakuan strategi ekspositori. Hasil belajar siswa memiliki motivasi rendah menggunakan strategi ekspositori lebih rendah dari hasil belajar siswa memiliki motivasi rendah menggunakan strategi Jigsaw. Terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar PPKn siswa berdasarkan hasil uji Anava diketahui harga sig=0,003<sig=0,05 sehingga penggunaan straregi pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar PPKn sisw

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning dengan model pembelajaran konvensional, perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang memiliki gaya belajar kinestetik dengan gaya belajar visual, dan menganalisis interaksi antara model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar  matematika siswa. Sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 60 orang  terdiri dari 2 (dua) kelas.  Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain eksperimen. Hasil penelitian dikemukakan bahwa hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model CTL lebih tinggi daripada kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil belajar menggunakan model CTL memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar adalah 89,73, sedangkan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional nilai rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 84,00.  Hasil belajar siswa memiliki gaya belajar kinestetik lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang diajar memiliki gaya belajar visual. Siswa memiliki gaya velajar kinestetik memperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 89,76, sedangkan hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki gaya belajar visual memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 84,16. Terdapat interaksi antara penggunaan metode pembelajaran dan gaya belajar dalam memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa teruji kebenarannya. Hasil uji Anava 2x2 membuktikan bahwa harga sig=0,015 sehingga hasil hitung sig=0,015<sigα=0,0
