    Persepsi Dan Sikap Masyarakat Terhadap Manfaat Bantuan Psd-pu

    Dirjen Cipta Karya telah memberikan bantuan PSD-PU kepada Pengembang dan Koperasi yang membangun RS dan RSS. Selama ini besarnya manfaat dari bantuan tersebut kepada masyarakat dan Pemda belum pernah diukur. Dengan berdasar kepada persepsi dan sikap masyarakat dilakukan kajian dengan menggunakan skala Likert yang diinterpretasikan ke dalam skala derajat manfaat.Dari kajian tersebut diketahui bahwa derajat manfaat yang diperoleh masyarakatatas bantuan prasarana jalan mendapat nilai rata-rata 67% yang berarti dalam derajat lebih bermanfaat. Demikian pula untuk bantuan saluran air dan gorong- gorong mendapat nilai rata-rata 79% yang masih dalam kategori lebih bermanfaat. Manfaat yang diperoleh antara lain : meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dapat menyerap tenaga kerja setempat, dapat menunjang perekonomian masyarakat sekitar, dan dapat meningkatkan nilai jual tanah.Sedangkan dari sudut pandang Pemda nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh 60% yang berarti dalam kategori bermanfaat. Adapun manfaat yang diperoleh antara lain dapat mendorong masyarakat membayar pajak

    The diffusion of Waste Management System to the society should be followed by the change of not only their knowledge and attitude, but also their behavior. To find out the effects of the diffusion to the society, some measurements can be used. These are the number of society adopted the system and how fast the society can adopt it. In order to measure the success of its implementation, the knowledge on the natures of innovation in waste management technology is required, as well as the components influencing how fast it is adopted. By doing so, the system socialization is expected to be more acceptable by all parties. It is needed to avoid the incompleteness of waste management system socialization carried out so far by society and government elements

    Penguatan Klaster Pangan Olahan Berbasis Mocaf Di Kabupaten Blitar

    As its food diversification effort, Blitar develops modified cassava flour (mocaf) using cassava as raw material. Mocaf is considered as one of agricultural commodities with good prospect for development. Sari Raos food processing cluster is one of Putri Kencana programs. A study on this cluster, using Porter's Four Diamond Framework, has been conducted for two years. The result shows that mocaf based food processing industrial cluster in Blitar canbe synergized with in the Sourthern region of Java. Strategies to develop/strengthen the cluster can be implemented with the programs of Blitar local government

Partograf a sheet form with a variety of graphics and code that describes the various parameters to assess the progress of childbirth. Partograf picture given by parameters of each line (vertical) to the line of the passage of time (horizontal). Partograf used to detect if there are deviations / problems of childbirth, so that it becomes abnormal parturition and require other actions to help resolve childbirth. By leveraging our technology can make an application partograf.This application is designed to increase the functionality of the technology, that is to petrify midwife in the birth process, so it will be faster and more efficient in making such partograf.     Effects of Staggered Array of Cubical Obstacles on Near- Ground Wind Environment and Air Quality

    Deterioration of natural ventilation in outdoor environments due to rapid urbanisation has raised the issues pertaining to pedestriansā€™ thermal comforts and pollutant exposures. There are substantial interests in the recent years to get an insight on how deficient these situations are and later propose the appropriate urban layout for optimum wind ventilation in a dense urban area. The objective of this paper is to numerically study the effects of urban layouts (i.e., staggered arrangements and cubesā€™ densities) on wind ventilation and air quality near the ground subjected to one wind direction; perpendicular to the disposition direction. Computational fluid dynamics simulations were carried out by the use of standard kāˆ’Īµ turbulence model and found to be in fair agreement against the experimental data. Our result showed that loosely packed cubes exhibited lower pollutant concentration and higher wind speed near the ground compared to medium and densely packed cubes. Air quality was improved in closely packed cubes with staggered layout but did not show any improvement in medium and loosely packed cubes with staggered layout. Adversely, disposition of cubes exhibited lower wind speed compared to regular cubes for all street gap sizes. This paper also illustrates a practical strategy in optimising building layouts for wind flow enhancement and air quality improvement in an idealised urban area

    Development of Blumlein Line Generator and Reactor for Wastewater Treatment

    There are several wastewater treatment methods and techniques which have been introduced such as by using biological, chemical, and physical process. However, it is found that there are some shortcomings in the current available methods and techniques. For instance, the application of chlorine can cause bacterial disinfection but produce secondary harmful carcinogenic disinfection. In order to acquire a better understanding in wastewater treatment process, a study of wastewater treatment system and hybrid discharge reactor to acquire gas liquid phase corona like discharge is carried out. In addition to the laboratory experiment, designing and development of the Blumlein pulse power circuit and modification of reactor for wastewater treatment are accomplished as well. The Blumlein pulse power circuit generates nanosecond high voltage pulses. The Hybrid Discharge reactor can produce both spark discharge in gas phase and liquid phase (spark-spark discharge). Analysis of the emission spectrum of the occurring discharge found the existence of various chemicals such as OH radicals. In addition, a drastic improvement in terms of oxygen content and conductivity level of the wastewater sample is also observed.

    Stimulated emission cross section at various temperatures based on laser performance

    The determination of stimulated emission cross sections at various temperatures is reported. Neodymium doped yttrium orthovanadate crystal (Nd:YVO4) was employed as a gain medium. The temperature of the crystal holder varied between 20 and 60 Ā°C. The cross section was determined based on laser performance. The slope efficiency of the diode end-pumped Nd:YVO4 laser system decreased from 40.2% to 31.7%, while the threshold power increased from 0.744 to 1.028 W. The far-field beam diameter increased linearly with the absorbed pump power at a constant temperature. There was no correlation between the rate of change of the beam diameter with temperature due to mechanical stress fluctuation. The stimulated emission cross section was found to decrease at a rate of -0.45% Ā°C-1 which concurs with previous works. The stimulated emission cross section of various solid-state gain mediums can be determined through this method

    Experimental and Numerical Investigation of Heat Transfer Augmentation Using Al2o3-Ethylene Glycol Nanofluids Under Turbulent Flows in a Flat Tube

    A study of computational fluid dynamics has been conducted to study the characteristics of the heat transfer and friction factor of Al2O3/Ethylene glycol-water nanofluid flowing inside flat tube. The three dimensional realizable k?e turbulent model with an enhanced wall treatment was utilized. The evaluation of the overall performance of the tested tube was predicated on the thermo-hydrodynamic performance index. The obtained results showed that the difference in behaviour depending on the parameter that has been selected to compare the nanofluid with the base fluid. In addition, the friction factor and the heat transfer coefficient increases with an increase of the nanoparticles volume concentration at the same Reynolds number. The penalty of pressure drop is negligible with an increase of the volume concentration of nanoparticles. Conventional correlations that have been used in turbulent flow regime to predict average heat transfer and friction factor are Dittus-Boelter and Blasius correlations, for tubes are also valid for the tested nanofluids which consider that the nanofluids have a homogeneous fluid behaviour

    Partial Discharge Monitoring System on High Voltage Equipments using Electroacoustic Technique

    Partial discharge (PD) monitoring system is considered as one of the most promising solutions for monitoring and detecting possible faults. PD is able to diagnose faults within the system in the most fundamental and simplest way. PD monitoring and measurement of high voltage equipment substations panel and power transformers have not gained the same attention in the electrical community as compared to those of rotating machines. PD tests are conducted on-site to verify the insulation of bushings, termination box and windings. The cost of an unexpected outage may be considerably more significant for a high voltage substation panel and power transformers system than just for a single motor failure. In this research, the electroacoustic PD monitoring technique is used, which is a combination of internal PD detection and ultrasound or surface PD detection was used. The testing equipment which will be used in this research is UltraTEV Plus+ equipment from EA Technology. Result shows the transient earth voltage (TEV) PD magnitude fluctuates with time. Significant high value of PD magnitude (> 19 dB) was detected and recorded at several switchgear panel and transformer. However, for the ultrasound or surface PD, from the monitoring and measurement record, no detection of PD signal was recorded at the UltraTEV Plus+ testing equipmen
