    PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING OF THE DYAD OF PARTNERS WITH DISABILITIES

    The relevance of the scientific problem and the scientific novelty are due to the social demand of society for studying problems related to the subjective well-being of people with disabilities. The focus of our attention is the psychological well-being of dyads in close relationships (romantic or marital). The aim of the study is to analyze the psychological well-being in a dyad of partners who are in close relationships. The article analyzes the characteristics inherent in close relations of couples in which one of the partners has a disability. Using the Scale of Adaptation and Cohesion (FACES-3)), the levels of adaptation and cohesion of the dyads were revealed. Methods Quality of life Enjoyment and Satisfaction Questionnaire examines quality of life and subjective well-being, assesses the degree of subjective satisfaction with emotional and social spheres, health, activity in free time. Particularly analyzed data of a semi-structured interview. Empirically revealed differences in the understanding of their own close relationships depending on the health status of the partner. Dyads, including partners with disabilities, demonstrate a high level of satisfaction, average cohesion values, partial balance. The study is complex, and now there is a clear prospect for its continuation.

    FEATURES OF COGNITIVE DISTURBANCES AT THE ARTERIAL HYPERTENSIA

    The questions of diagnostics and classification of cognitive disturbances in 112 patients with hypertensive encephalopathy are considered. The diagnosis of cognitive frustration was based on results of expanded neuropsychological examination with a qualitative and quantitative estimation of the received results. 56 % of the examined patients had the moderate cognitive disturbance syndrome. Neurodinamical-disregulation and primary-dismnestical types have been revealed. Taking into account, that opportunities of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with dementia noware rather limited, the study of predementical forms of cognitive disturbances when therapeutic actions are considered to be the most effective and of great importance

    INTERNAL DISORDER PATTERN AMONG CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS WITH SPEECH DISORDERS

    The study explored general and specific characteristics of the internal disorder pattern among children and adolescents with speech impairments. The internal disorder pattern is considered an integrative construct that demonstrates the perception and attitude of a person to his disorder and includes components: physical (assessment of their physical activity and attributes), sensitive (complex of feelings associated with a disorder), cognitive (knowledge about disorder causes, symptoms and their health limited opportunities), motivational (motives and its possible change caused by a disorder) and emotional (individual’s attitude to their disorder). The internal disorder pattern affects I-concept development and is significant for an individual’s successful social adaptation. The sample consisted of 88 participants – preschoolers (т=20), elementary school children (т=33) and adolescents (n=35). The results show the differences of the cognitive and affective components (p≤0,05). The formation of the internal picture of the defect makes a greater contribution to the problems of adaptation in children of primary school age compared to other age groups.

    A rationale for some directions of the development of resource territories: the complex ''meso-level'' problem

    The article presents an approach to the analysis and evaluation of integrated investment projects, which consist of infrastructure facilities and industrial clusters allocated to poorly developed areas rich in natural resources. This study shows the feasibility of a public-private partnership during the construction of infrastructure facilities in order to minimize the risks and maximize the benefits. The conceptual framework of the resulting approach is associated with the ideas and principles of «impact investing» («creation of shared values») and inclusive economic development. These are increasingly used worldwide, especially to accelerate the socio-economic development of backward countries and territories. The article presents an international experience and explains the relevance of best practices in Russia. The authors identified methodological problems associated with the application of traditional methods to the evaluation of economic effects of project investing under the conditions of high uncertainty. The authors explain why it is necessary to use models and methods (real options analysis and fuzzy cognitive models) that allow researchers to directly take into account the uncertainty and project risks. The novelty of the article is the methodological tools for evaluating the socio-economic efficiency of complex projects combining the development of infrastructure and minerals. The proposed approach was used to provide a rationale for a road construction project in the Berezovsky district of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. The authors showed opportunities to generate a set of institutional, organizational, and financial conditions under which the implementation of the project will be attractive to both investors and government and will bring socio-economic benefits to this territory. The proposed approach and tools can be used for a socio-economic strategic decision-making process to justify infrastructure projects in resource-rich regions.The theoretical and methodological results presented in the article were obtained during the research funded by the Russian Science Foundation (Project No. 14–18–02345)

    Surface chemistry and bioactivity of colloidal particles from industrial kraft lignins

    The morphology control of lignin through particle size reduction to nanoscale seems to be a suitable conversion technology to overcome the intrinsic limitations of its native form to develop a wide range of biomaterials with high performance. Colloidal lignin particles (CLPs) in the range of 150–200 nm were synthesised from hardwood and softwood kraft lignins by the solvent shifting method. The initial molecular features of kraft lignins were evaluated in terms of purity, molecular weight distribution, and chemical functionalities. The impact of the lignin source and structure on the morphology, size distribution, and surface chemistry of CLPs was evaluated by particle size analyser, SEM, TEM and 1H NMR. The results evidenced the influence of the botanical origin on the morphology and surface chemistry of particles. Furthermore, the antioxidant properties and cytotoxicity of lignins and corresponding CLPs, towards lung fibroblast cells were compared. CLPs from hardwood kraft lignins exhibited higher antioxidant power against DPPH free radical and a higher cytotoxic effect (IC30 = 67–70 μg/mL) against lung fibroblast when compared to CLPs from softwood kraft lignin (IC30 = ~91 μg/mL).     Mechanochemical Defluorinative Arylation of Trifluoroacetamides : An Entry to Aromatic Amides

    The amide bond is prominent in natural and synthetic organic molecules endowed with activity in various fields. Among a wide array of amide synthetic methods, substitution on a pre-existing (O)C-N moiety is an underexplored strategy for the synthesis of amides. In this work, we disclose a new protocol for the defluorinative arylation of aliphatic and aromatic trifluoroacetamides yielding aromatic amides. The mechanochemically induced reaction of either arylboronic acids, trimethoxyphenylsilanes, diaryliodonium salts, or dimethyl(phenyl)sulfonium salts with trifluoroacetamides affords substituted aromatic amides in good to excellent yields. These nickel-catalyzed reactions are enabled by C-CF3 bond activation using Dy2O3 as an additive. The current protocol provides versatile and scalable routes for accessing a wide variety of substituted aromatic amides. Moreover, the protocol described in this work overcomes the drawbacks and limitations in the previously reported methods.Peer reviewe

    Improving the thermal stability of different types of xylan by acetylation

    The impact of various degrees of acetylation on improving the thermal stability of xylan isolated from different botanical source has been studied; methylglucuronoxylan from birch and eucalyptus, arabinoglucuronoxylan from spruce and glucuronoarabinoxylan from sugarcane bagasse and straw. The lower molecular weight of nonacetylated methylglucuronoxylan (17.7-23.7 kDa) and arabinoglucuronoxylan (16.8 kDa) meant that they were more soluble in water than glucuronoarabinoxylan (43.0-47.0 kDa). The temperature at the onset of degradation increased by 17-61 degrees C and by 75-145 degrees C for low and high acetylated xylans respectively, as a result of acetylation. A glass transition temperature in the range of 121-132 degrees C was observed for the samples non-acetylated and acetylated at low degree of acetylation (0.0-0.6). The acetylation to higher degrees (1.4-1.8) increased the glass transition temperature of the samples to 189-206 degrees C. Acetylation proved to be an efficient method for functionalization of the xylan to increase the thermal stability.Peer reviewe

    Impact of birch xylan composition and structure on film formation and properties

    Commercial birch xylan (CX) and alkali-soluble birch xylan (ASX) were subjected to controlled acetylation and used for film formation in the presence (20% and 40%) or absence of plasticizers (i.e. glycerol, sorbitol and xylitol). Although the content of Klason lignin was similar (1.2-1.4%), the acetylation process was favored by the high-purity CX (97% xylan) over the ASX (89% xylan). On the other hand, the presence of residual pectin heteropolysaccharides rather than xylan in the ASX sample was beneficial for film formation. These heteropolysaccharides seemed to act as natural plasticizers during film formation, allowing the formation of coherent films from ASX, even in the absence of an external plasticizer. The use of plasticizers favored the mechanical properties of films, especially in a dosage of 40%, when plastic behavior was created. Acetylation favored the film formation and slightly improved the mechanical properties of the films, and this improvement was in the same range as that achieved when using 20% plasticizer in non-acetylated ASX.Peer reviewe
