    Nowadays people become more and more aware of the fact that information technology has become a vital part in all aspects of life, especially in businesses. It has caused many business people to react fast in adopting a computerized system in advancing their businesses and competing with their competitors. Especially through internet, not only do businesses compete locally but also compete globally. Therefore, if businesses do not adopt the computerized system, sooner or later they will have a huge loss in terms of profit and efficiency. Businesses, such as mini markets, also need a computerized system to deal with day-to-day activities, such as selling, ordering, and purchasing, so that adding, searching, editing, dan deleting data become easier and more efficient in terms of time and cost. This computerized application is intended to overcome many difficulties encountered by the manual system. If this prototype will be implemented in the future, hopefully it can be useful for mini markets

    . Development of e-Government in Indonesia continues to roll and run in every government agency, both in central government and local government. Implementation of e-Government means that there are government's efforts to build and improve the quality of public services and internal operations in each regional apparatus organization effectively and efficiently. These activities inline with one of the bureaucracy reform mission, that is the modernization of government bureaucracy through the using of information and communication technology optimization to support bureaucracy reform vision and the creation of good governance. The development and implementation of e-Government currently mostly implemented by each regional apparatus organization. This condition makes it difficult to exchange data and information related to multisectoral activities due to data and information spread across various databases from different applications, platform, environment and architecture without good documentation. In preparation for arranging the e-Government architecture, we will use The Open Group Architecture Framework - Architecture Development Method as an enterprise architecture framework.     PT. XYZ is acompany that distribute Pertamina products such as LPG, lubricants, and fuel. In the process of employee performance appraisal, PT. XYZ still has problems in determination of same weight rating in each department andalso the criteria, and subcriteria that are being used are still limited. This appraisal system has a negative impact like the reaction of some departments of the company (especially sales) about the current performance appraisal system. To resolve these problems, this research will design a new performance appraisal system using fuzzy AHP as a method for calculating the weight of each criteria and sub-criteria, thathave been established grounded on PPNo. 10 established 1979 and job description of each division of the Sales department and employee performance appraisal forms that already exist. Then Analytic Rubric will be applied to describe the degree ofquality scale that used by the company in the performance appraisal. By applying this methods and reference, it is expected to deliver assessment results that can represent the results of the employee's performance objectively based on the differences in duties and responsibilities of each division. So with the establishment of this new performance appraisal system, it can help the Human Resources HealthSafety and Environment - General Legal Affairs (HRS-LGA) in further data processing (evaluation)

    Manajemen proyek merupakan bagian yang penting dalam proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak, karenanya penggunaan teknologi untuk mendukung efektifitas dan efisiensi dari manajemen proyek. PT. Trend Communications International (TRENDcom) merupakan sebuah Perusahaan penyedia jasa Project Management Office (PMO) dengan menawarkan keahlian mereka dalam mengelola proyek-proyek IT. Salah satu masalah yang mereka hadapi adalah dalam mengelola waktu. Keterlambatan proyek disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor yang berhubungan dengan manusia, proses dan teknologi. Dari aspek teknologi, tidak adanya aplikasi yang mampu menyediakan informasi bagi manajer proyek dan timnya tentang aktifitas yang berpotensi menyebabkan keterlambatan proyek secara keselurahan, serta tugas yang sering terlewatkan tenggat waktunya merupakan penyebabnya. Dengan menggunakan Metode Jalur Kritis, sebuah aplikasi telah dibangun untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Aplikasi tersebut dapat menunjukan informasi jalur kritis atau jalur yang aktifitasnya perlu dimonitor dengan seksama sehingga dapat diprioritaskan dan fitur pengingat untuk aktifitas yang tenggat waktunya sudah dekat

    A Framework for Classifying Indonesian News Curator in Twitter

    News curators in twitter are a user, which is interested in following, spreading, giving feedback of recent popular articles. There are two kinds of this user, news curator as human user and news aggregator as bot user. In prior works about news curator, the classification system built using followers, URL, mention and retweet feature. However, there are limited prior works for classifiying Indonesian News Curator in twitter and still hard for labelling data involve just two features: followers and URL. In this paper, we proposed a framework for classifying Indonesian news curator in twitter using Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) and added features such as location, bio profile, and common tweet. Another purpose for analysing the influential features of certain class, so its make easier for labelling data of this role in the future. Examination result using percentage split as evaluating system produced 87% accuracy. The most influential features for news curator are followers, bio profile, mention and retweet. For news aggregator class are followers, location, and URL. The rest just common tweet feature for not both class. We implemented Feature Subset Selection (FSS) for increasing system performance and avoiding the over fitting data, it has produced 92.90% accuracy

PT Indonesia Magma Chain already invested in system and information technology (SIT) to manage reservations and sales transactions. But it can not run well, because the company is not doing a good plan at the time of SIT investment, such as providing applications that can not accommodate the needs and business procces of the PT Indonesia Magma Chain. Based on the above issues, the planning indentifying of the SIT requirements at PT Indonesia Magma Chain using method from John Ward and Joe Peppard, and SWOT analysis that will produce an application portfolio that is divided into 4 quadrants of McFarlan Strategic Grid and a road map of the SIT for 2 years starting from 2017 to 2018

    Perkembangan dunia arsitektur kian pesat ditandai dengan banyak bermunculan bangunan-bangunan arsitektur ikonik di berbagai kota besar dunia. Arsitektur Ikonik merupakan karya arsitektur yang dapat dijadikan sebagai tanda tempat di lingkungan sekitar ataupun karya arsitektur yang menjadi tanda dari era waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini diawali dengan mengkaji bangunan-bangunan ikonik untuk mendapatkan karakteristik umum arsitektur ikonik. karakteristik umum yang didapatkan. Selanjurnya dijadikan dasar dalam melakukan kajian arsitektur ikonik. Bangunan utama yang dikaji adalah bangunan Puspa IPTEK di Kota Baru Parahyangan yang merupakan bangunan jam matahari pertama dan terbesar di Indonesia dan berfungsi sebagai museum ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Teknis pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah mengumpulkan data berupa studi literatur, survey lapangan dan wawancara. Dari hasil studi didapatkan bahwa sebuah bangunan disebut sebagai bangunan ikon apabila bangunan tersebut merupakan sesuatu yang baru pada zamannya, berbentuk atraktif, simetris, memiliki proporsi dan skala yang sempurna, ritme pada facade dan membentuk vista secara visual sehingga bangunan Puspa IPTEK Kota Baru Parahyangan dinilai memiliki kriteria sebagai bangunan ikonik dan ikon kawasan Kota Baru Parahyanga

    Feasibility Study: Online Learning for Supporting Rural Renewable Energy Projects

    Indonesian government set the target for new and renewable energy (NRE) is expected to be 23% in 2025 and 31% in 2050, where in 2017, NRE was only 12,5%. Building a new and renewable energy project is the easy part. Keeping the generator working over time, however, is a complex business that requires money, training and innovative thinking. One of essential parameters that can help in achieving a successful sustainable project is community involvement. If the community feels a strong sense of ownership, they'll see their generator as a critical asset to everyone and take good care of it collectively. Training and educating the community about how to take care of the generator after the project construction has completed becomes important. Considering Indonesia's geographical location, e-learning might be a potential tool to reduce training and education cost in new and renewable project. This study aims to identify whether e-learning is an effective and efficient method to deliver training material and educate local people which will improve renewable energy project's sustainability in Indonesia
