    Marketing mix ataupun bauran pemasaran ialah aspek yang bernilai yang sanggup pengaruhi aspek internal serta eksternal dari sesuatu bidang usaha. Oleh sebab itu, aplikasi bauran pemasaran dalam sesuatu bidang usaha mensupport adanya pengaruh dalam kapasitas pemasaran. Tujuan riset ini merupakan untuk memandang Analisa marketing mix kepada Volume Pemasaran Pada Usaha Paramita Ban Di Surabaya. Dalam perusahaan ataupun badan, tujuan dari penjualan merupakan untuk meningkatkan volume dari pemasaran produk ataupun pelayanan yang profitabel dalam maksud bisa menciptakan pemasukan dengan cara maksimal serta menaikkan profit. Bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) ialah strategi yang dijalani perusahaan ataupun industri, yang berhubungan dengan determinasi yang mana perusahaan menyediakan permintaan produk pada bagian pasar khusus yang merupakan target pasarnya. Tipe studi yang dipakai merupakan deskriptif kualitatif sebab bermaksud mendeskripsikan kondisi di lingkungan. Metode pengumpulan data memakai metode wawancara, pengamatan, serta pengarsipan dengan sampel owner, sebagian pegawai serta sebagian pelanggan Paramita Ban di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian membuktikan kalau marketing mix mempengaruhi dalam kenaikan jumlah volume penjualan Paramita Ban. Melaksanakan bisnisnya bakal sangat tergantung terhadap volume penjualan yang bisa digapai setiap harinya. Marketing mix yang telah dianalisa nyatanya mempunyai sedemikian itu banyak yang berpengaruh langsung kepada daya tarik pelanggan kepada sesuatu produk yang mau mereka beli, dimana perihal ini ialah perihal penting terhadap suatu jumlah volume penjualan. Paramita Ban dengan cara natural telah memperhitungkan seluruh komponen marketing mix dalam memberikan terbaik untuk pelanggan, yang membawa Paramita Ban pada kenaikan volume penjualan, serta bakal mengusahakan kemajuan marketing mix di saat yang akan mendatang

    while the East Java Regional Police, which is referred to as the East Java Regional Police, is the executor of duties and the authority of the Indonesian National Police in the area of East Java Province which is under the National Police Chief. By prioritizing the Vision and Mission of the East Java Regional Police, to optimize better public services (towards the excellent stage) internal business processes and external outcomes are needed in order to improve performance and strategic achievements in a sustainable manner in action. To measure and improve the performance of the public sector, it is necessary to choose a comprehensive performance measurement technique, namely the Balanced Scorecard, so that it can be used by public sector organizations, the Balanced Scorecard needs to be modified. This study aims to understand and examine the application of the balanced scorecard as a performance measurement tool. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The steps taken in this research are collecting, classifying, presenting, and processing data. After that, make a systematic, accurate, and factual description of the facts of the object under study. This research uses the East Java Regional Police Performance Report for 2021, with innovative developments in the application of a performance measurement system that can be implemented by work units. The results of the study show a summary of perspectives into three namely the stakeholder or customer perspective, internal business processes and learning and growth perspective. It can be concluded that the implementation of the balanced scorecard as a whole is good as indicated by the determination of the perspective and achievement of the Key Performance Indicators (IKU), which have been aligned with the organizational strategy and its implementation encourage the achievement of performance targets so that it encourages improvement and better performance improvement in the future

    Work productivity is an essential factor in completing a job and achieving organizational goals. The ability of human resources, both soft skills and hard skills, is an essential factor that affects one's work productivity. In his study, work productivity was influenced by both external and internal factors which included education level, skills, discipline, attitude, work ethic, motivation, nutrition and health, income level, social security, work environment, work climate, technology, production facilities, management, and performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of the level of education and job training factors on the work productivity of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Pasuruan Regency. The urgency of the gap in the selection of education and training level variables is because education is a means of developing critical thinking and is very important in applying the use of logic when making decisions and interacting with others. Meanwhile, training is a means of learning to increase productivity and performance by equipping employees with the skills they need to complete important tasks. The method used in this study is quantitative with multiple linear regression tests. The research data or sample is 50 respondents. The research instrument used to obtain data is by using a questionnaire. The results of the study found that the level of education had no effect on work productivity. Meanwhile, job training has a significant effect on work productivity. In the simultaneous test, both education and training simultaneously have an influence on work productivity variable

Salah satunya dengan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Peningkatan kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi di penelitian asosiatif ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Sidoarjo. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sensus. Ada 92 responden. Teknik analisis adalah regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kedua variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan

    Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji peran pengalaman kerja, Keterampilan Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Kinerja dan Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi sebagai Moderasi. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara kepada 61 responden pada Perusahaan Lini Pemeliharaan Pesawat di Surabaya, Indonesia. Unsur-unsur individu dalam organisasi akan menunjukkan perilaku yang berbeda satu sama lain. Ciri-ciri orang ini akan terbawa ketika memasuki lingkungan baru, yang diwujudkan dalam susunan suatu hierarki, pekerjaan, tanggung jawab, dan lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pengalaman Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Keterampilan Komunikasi Interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja, tetapi Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi hanya berperan sebagai prediktor antara Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kinerja dan Keternampilan Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Kinerja. Belum ada penelitian yang mengkaji model sebagaimana tersebut di atas.     This research is to examine the role of work experience, Interpersonal Communication Skills on Performance and Use of Information Technology as Moderation. Primary data were obtained from interviews with 61 respondents at an Aircraft Maintenance Line Company in Surabaya, Indonesia. Individual elements in the organization will show different behavior from one another. The characteristics of this person will be carried over when entering a new environment, which is manifested in the arrangement of a hierarchy, work, responsibility, and others. The result of this research is that work experience has no significant effect on performance. Interpersonal Communication Skills have a significant effect on performance. The use of information technology has a significant effect on performance, but the use of information technology only acts as a predictor between work experience on performance and interpersonal communication skills on performance. There is no research that examines the model as mentioned above. This study provides an overview of the aspects that must be considered in order to maintain and improve performance in a department that upholds aviation safety.     This study aims to determine the effect of professionalism, work discipline, and tenure on employee productivity in a company. This research was conducted on employees at PT Trustlog Total Solusindo, in the city of Surabaya, East Java. The research method used in this research is descriptive by using quantitative methods. This study uses primary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires by taking employee respondents at PT Trustlog Total Solusindo in Surabaya, East Java. This study uses a sample of the total population of the number of employees in the office. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the variables of professionalism, work discipline, and tenure have a positive effect on work productivity.
