    Dapatkah Orientasi Digital dan Orientasi Wirausaha Berperan Dalam Meraih Keunggulan Kompetitif Dalam Bisnis Coffee Shop ?

    This research delves into how digital and entrepreneurial focus contribute to gaining an edge, for coffee shops in Bukittinggi and Payakumbuh areas.The study employs a survey approach by gathering information from 115 coffee shop proprietors or supervisors in these regions.The findings reveal a correlation between emphasis and competitive advantage suggestive of the significance of utilizing digital tools and tactics for business prosperity. Moreover the study indicates that while entrepreneurial orientation is positively influential it has an impact compared to the emphasis, on strategies. It implies that although having an entrepreneurial mindset is crucial, in the coffee shop industry todays landscape requires businesses to embrace transformation to stay ahead of the curve. The data was examined utilizing. The results underscore the significance of utilizing technology for long term development and establishment as a market leader.Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana fokus digital dan kewirausahaan berkontribusi dalam memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif bagi bisnis kedai kopi di wilayah Bukittinggi dan Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survei dengan mengumpulkan informasi dari 115 pemilik atau pengelola kedai kopi di wilayah tersebut. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi antara penekanan pada digitalisasi dan keunggulan kompetitif, yang mengindikasikan pentingnya memanfaatkan alat dan strategi digital untuk keberhasilan bisnis. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif, dampaknya tidak sebesar penekanan pada strategi digital. Ini menyiratkan bahwa meskipun memiliki pola pikir kewirausahaan adalah hal yang penting, industri kedai kopi di masa kini memerlukan transformasi digital untuk tetap unggul dalam persaingan.     Sharia banking in the ASEAN region is increasingly needed to run a country\u27s economy. This research collected samples from Sharia banking in the ASEAN region. The data taken was obtained from each banking website used as a sample. The reason for choosing Sharia banking from various countries in ASEAN is that it allows them to represent the diversity of economic conditions, governance, and culture in the region. Therefore, the author wants to know whether there is a significant influence if the analysis is aimed at Sharia banking companies in the ASEAN region. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression using a quantitative approach. This research found that corruption and inflation had a significant positive effect on bank profitability, and economic growth significantly negatively affected bank profitability. Meanwhile, the variables of financial freedom and governance do not substantially impact bank profitability.Kehadiran perbankan syariah di kawasan ASEAN semakin dibutuhkan sebagai salah satu lembaga yang cukup berperan penting dalam menjalankan roda perekonomian suatu negara. Pada penelitian ini diambil sampel dari perbankan syariah yang ada di wilayah ASEAN. Data yang diambil didapatkan dari masing-masing website perbankan yang dijadikan sampel. Alasan dipilihnya perbankan syariah dari berbagai negara di ASEAN adalah memungkinkan dapat mewakili keragaman kondisi ekonomi, tata kelola, dan budaya di kawasan tersebut. Maka dari itu, penulis ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan apabila analisis yang digunakan ditujukan kepada perusahaan perbankan syariah di kawasan ASEAN. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil variabel korupsi dan inflasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap profitabilitas bank serta pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap profitabilitas bank. Sedangkan variabel kebebasan ekonomi dan tata kelola tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada profitabilitas bank

    Analisis Perhitungan Cost-Volume-Profit Sebagai Alat Bantu Perencanaan Laba Perusahaan

    The aim of the research is to determine the Cost-Volume-Profit analysis of Furniture UMKM in Jepara. This type of research is in the form of quantitative data, namely the amount of expenses that will take place during 2023. The results of the analysis show that the company has a contribution margin of IDR 1,984,576,347 with a ratio of 25%, indicating that every IDR 1 of sales contributes 25% to cover fixed costs and profits. The break-even point was recorded at IDR 6,948,262,151, indicating that from total sales of IDR 7,876,000,000, IDR 6,948,262,151 was needed to reach break-even. The Margin of Safety reached IDR 927,737,849, providing room for the company to experience a sales decline of that size without experiencing a loss. Degree of Operating Leverage reaching 7.25 indicates high sensitivity of operating profit to changes in sales. Profit target analysis shows that the company needs to achieve sales of IDR 8,178,867,936 to obtain the expected profit of IDR 240,562,547. The conclusions from this analysis provide a basis for companies to plan more optimal profit targets to ensure business sustainability in the coming year

    This research aims to provide a framework for PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk in making a decisive and confident supplier selection, based on the evaluation of supplier performance. Furthermore, the study seeks to identify the key criteria that form the foundation for supplier selection within the company. The research employs the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, with data analysis supported by Expert Choice software. The analysis reveals that the most prioritized criteria are flexibility and responsiveness (0.208), followed by compliance with POs/contracts (0.206), price (0.182), product quality (0.164), environmental friendliness and sustainability (0.162), and experience and expertise (0.077). According to the AHP results, the top supplier for the primary supply of plastic bags and rolls is Supplier PB2, which has the highest weight of 0.388. Supplier PB3 ranks second as an alternative, with a weight of 0.327, while Supplier PB1 is the third alternative, with a weight of 0.285. This research provides a clear framework for the company in selecting suppliers based on measurable performance and sustainability, which can contribute to stronger long-term relationships and improved supply quality.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kerangka kerja bagi PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk dalam melakukan pemilihan supplier secara tegas dan pasti, yang berbasis pada evaluasi kinerja supplier. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria-kriteria penting yang menjadi dasar dalam memilih supplier di perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), dengan pengolahan data dibantu software Expert Choice. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kriteria utama yang paling dipentingkan adalah fleksibilitas dan respon (0,208), diikuti oleh kepatuhan terhadap PO/kontrak (0,206), harga (0,182), kualitas produk (0,164), ramah lingkungan dan sustainability (0,162), serta pengalaman dan keahlian (0,077). Berdasarkan hasil AHP, supplier terbaik yang menjadi pemasok utama plastik bag dan rol adalah Supplier PB2 karena mendapatkan bobot terbesar yaitu 0,388. Supplier PB3 menjadi alternatif pilihan kedua, karena mendapatkan urutan bobot kedua sebesar 0,327. Sementara Supplier PB1 menjadi alternatif pilihan ketiga karena mendapatkan urutan bobot ketiga sebesar 0,285. Penelitian ini memberikan kerangka kerja yang jelas bagi perusahaan dalam memilih supplier berdasarkan kinerja yang terukur dan mempertimbangkan keberlanjutan, yang dapat meningkatkan hubungan jangka panjang dan kualitas pasokan

    Global warming is a phenomenon that has attracted world attention recently. Electric cars are an environmentally friendly form of future transportation. The government is committed to increasing the attractiveness of electric vehicles, accelerating the transition from fossil energy to electric energy by providing tax incentives for electric cars. This is also done in other ASEAN countries. The aim of this research is to analyze the electric car incentive policy implemented in Indonesia and analyze best practices in policy development which are then reviewed based on comparisons with ASEAN countries. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The types of data in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is comparative descriptive analysis. Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia implement different policies to support the adoption of electric vehicles, adjusted to the conditions and priorities of the governments of each country. The electric car tax incentive has had an impact on the adoption of electric cars, even though currently Indonesia has not shown a significant reduction in carbon emissions. Tax incentive policies have the potential to be effective in the long term, especially if supported by infrastructure improvements and synergy between financial incentives and community readiness.Pemanasan global merupakan fenomena yang menarik perhatian dunia akhir-akhir ini. Mobil listrik merupakan salah satu bentuk transportasi masa depan yang ramah lingkungan. Pemerintah berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan daya tarik kendaraan listrik, mempercepat transisi dari energi fosil ke energi listrik dengan memberikan insentif pajak untuk mobil listrik. Hal serupa juga dilakukan di negara-negara ASEAN lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebijakan insentif mobil listrik yang diterapkan di Indonesia dan menganalisis praktik terbaik dalam pengembangan kebijakan yang kemudian dikaji berdasarkan perbandingan dengan negara-negara ASEAN. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif komparatif. Indonesia, Singapura, Thailand, dan Malaysia menerapkan kebijakan berbeda untuk mendukung adopsi kendaraan listrik, disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan prioritas pemerintah masing-masing negara. Insentif pajak mobil listrik berdampak pada adopsi mobil listrik, meski saat ini Indonesia belum menunjukkan penurunan emisi karbon yang signifikan. Kebijakan insentif pajak berpotensi efektif dalam jangka panjang, terutama jika didukung oleh perbaikan infrastruktur dan sinergi antara insentif finansial dan kesiapan masyarakat

    The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and to examine how business strategy mediates the relationship. The population in this study were business actors in Bekasi Regency in the Food & Bevarege sector. The sampling technique in this study was based on purposive sampling technique, namely regional sampling based on criteria. The criteria for selecting an area is to have a minimum of 100 business actors. The data collected is primary data through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was carried out using Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation is positively related to MSME business performance, and that business strategy plays a mediating role in the relationship.     This research is motivated by the importance of improving the performance of public sector employees, especially in the government bureaucracy, which is influenced by various organizational factors such as leadership style, work environment, and work motivation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct effect of leadership style and work environment on employee performance. Also analyze the indirect effect of leadership style and work environment on employee performance through work motivation as mediation. This research is quantitative research with sampling techniques using total sampling which means that each member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample. Respondents in this study were 200 employees of the Public Housing and Settlement Area and Land Office of Surabaya City. The study used the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the help of the WarpPLS 8.0 application. The results showed that leadership style has a significant positive effect on performance, work environment has a significant positive effect on performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance, leadership style has a significant positive effect on work motivation, work environment has a significant positive effect on work motivation, work motivation significantly mediates the effect of leadership style and employee performance, work motivation significantly mediates the effect of work environment and performance.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peningkatan kinerja pegawai sektor publik, khususnya dalam birokrasi pemerintahan, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor organisasi seperti gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, juga menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, yang berarti setiap anggota populasi memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk dipilih sebagai sampel. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 pegawai Dinas Perumahan Rakyat, Kawasan Permukiman, dan Pertanahan Kota Surabaya. Wahaha Group, a leading Chinese beverage company, has established a strong market presence through strategic brand-building efforts and innovative marketing approaches. This study examines the brand construction and marketing strategies of Wahaha, exploring how digital transformation, consumer engagement, and sustainability practices contribute to brand equity and competitive advantage. The research is grounded in Consumer Culture Theory (CCT), Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Theory, and Diffusion of Innovation Theory, providing a theoretical framework to analyse Wahaha’s marketing strategies and their impact on consumer behaviour. The study highlights Wahaha’s integration of traditional and digital marketing techniques, including celebrity endorsements, e-commerce expansion, and social media engagement, which have significantly enhanced brand recognition and customer loyalty. However, challenges such as increasing consumer awareness of sustainability, inflationary pressures, and regulatory constraints pose risks to its market position.     Integrated Analysis of Sustainable Marketing Research with Bibliometric Insights and Theoretical Framework Development

    The purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual framework for sustainable marketing by conducting a bibliometric analysis to identify publication trends, and key research themes in the field of sustainable marketing. Bibliometric methods were used to analyze 351 articles indexed in Scopus, using VOSviewer for visualization. The data screening process followed the PRISMA protocol, focusing on journal articles written in English. Keyword co-occurrence and cluster analysis were used to identify research themes. The findings show a significant increase in publications on sustainable marketing since 2018, with six major research clusters. The research proposes an integrative framework for advancing sustainable marketing strategies across different regional and global contexts. It was limited to the Scopus database and focused on bibliometric analysis without integrating qualitative insights from other literature reviews. Future research could build on the proposed framework to address regional variations in sustainable marketing practices. The findings can provide valuable insights for marketers, policy makers and researchers to improve sustainable marketing strategies. The proposed framework can guide businesses in promoting sustainable consumption and policymakers in shaping ecosystems that support sustainability. It also offers theoretical and practical contributions to the literature on sustainable marketing.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan kerangka kerja konseptual untuk pemasaran berkelanjutan dengan melakukan analisis bibliometrik untuk mengidentifikasi tren publikasi, dan tema penelitian utama di bidang pemasaran berkelanjutan. Metode bibliometrik digunakan untuk menganalisis 351 artikel yang terindeks di Scopus, dengan menggunakan VOSviewer untuk visualisasi. Penelitian ini terbatas pada basis data Scopus dan berfokus pada analisis bibliometrik tanpa mengintegrasikan wawasan kualitatif dari tinjauan literatur lainnya. Penelitian di masa depan dapat mengembangkan kerangka kerja yang diusulkan untuk mengatasi variasi regional dalam praktik pemasaran berkelanjutan. Temuan ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pemasar, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran berkelanjutan. Kerangka kerja yang diusulkan dapat memandu bisnis dalam mempromosikan konsumsi berkelanjutan dan pembuat kebijakan dalam membentuk ekosistem yang mendukung keberlanjutan.     This study was conducted to determine the effect of capital adequacy, financing distribution and the level of non-performing financing on profitability in Islamic banking for the period 2018 - 2022. Data obtained from the financial statements of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The method used in the research is descriptive statistics and the variables used are capital adequacy, financing distribution and level of non-performing financing. The data analysis used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of capital adequacy and financing distribution had a positive effect on profitability in Islamic banking, while the level of non-performing financing had a negative effect on profitability in Islamic banking.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecukupan modal, penyaluran pembiayaan dan tingkat pembiayaan bermasalah terhadap profitabilitas pada pada perbankan syariah periode 2018 – 2022. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu statistik desktiptif dan variabel yang digunakan adalah kecukupan modal, penyaluran pembiayaan dan Tingkat pembiayaan bermasalah. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kecukupan modal dan penyaluran pembiayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas pada perbankan syariah, sedangkan tingkat pembiayaan bermasalah berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas pada perbankan syaria
