PESAN PENDIDIKAN DALAM FILM SERDADU KUMBANG (ANALISIS SEMIOTIKA)

Pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini semakin berkembang. Pendidikan sebagai proses yang didalamnya seseorang belajar untuk mengetahui, mengembangkan kemampuan, sikap dan bentuk-bentuk tingkah laku lainnya untuk menyesuaikan dengan lingkungan dimana dia hidup. Pendidikan dapat berlangsung di sekolah sebagai institusi pendidikan formal dan juga dapat berlangsung di luar sekolah non formal. Termasuk film serdadu kumbang yang mengandung unsur pendidikan. Film serdadu kumbang hadir dengan memberi sengatan terhadap sistem pendidikan ditanah air. Oleh karena itu, Penulis merasa perlu melihat bagaimana film ini menyampaikan pesan pendidikan dan menghadirkannya untuk penonton. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa pesan pendidikan dalam film serdadu kumbang. Perumusan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Apa pesan pendidikan yang terdapat dalam film Serdadu Kumbang? Sedangkan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pesan pendidikan yang ada pada film Serdadu Kumbang. Penulis menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Observasi merupakan pengamatan langsung terhadap film Serdadu Kumbang dalam konteks pesan pendidikan yang terdapat pada isi film tersebut, sedangkan dokumentasi adalah mengumpulkan data tertulis, arsip-arsip atau dokumen yang berhubungan dengan masalah-masalah dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis semiotik Normatif dengan model Charles S. Peirce. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara kualitatif diketahui bahwa dalam film Serdadu Kumbang terdapat pesan pendidikan. Pesan tersebut tergambar pada bentuk kegiatan disekolah, bahasa, masyarakat yang ikut serta untuk belajar, dan motivasi dari seorang guru terhadap pendidikan

IMPLEMENTASI KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL PADA SEKRETARIAT DEWAN PERWAKILAN RAKYAT DAERAH KABUPATEN JAYAPURA

This research aims to implement transformational leadership in the Secretariat of the Regional People\u27s Representative Council of Jayapura Regency. Then it describes what factors support and hinder the implementation of transformational leadership in realizing good governance at the Secretariat of the Regional People\u27s Representative Council of Jayapura Regency. As well as formulating the efforts made to realize good governance at the Secretariat of the Regional People\u27s Representative Council of Jayapura Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. The determination of key informants was done purposefully by selecting Sekwan as the key informant. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and observation. Data analysis includes the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that transformational leadership in realizing good governance in Sekwan\u27s environment is implemented in three steps. First, through the example and firmness of the leadership. Second, the orientation of Sekwan leadership leads to the formation of democratization by intensifying discussions and enforcing rules that bind all human resources in the Jayapura Regency DPRD Secretary. The supporting factors are the authority of the leaders, the level of education of qualified human resources, and the existence of collaborative cooperation. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are that the leadership is not yet fully democratic, the apathetic attitude of the leaders, and the inefficient use and planning of time. Efforts to reform bureaucracy, implement and adhere to rules and discipline, require efforts to prioritize dynamic patterns of attitudes toward resource needs

PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PASSING RUGBY BERBASIS PERMAINAN PADA ANAK USIA 6-8 TAHUN DI CLUB RUGBY HOLANDIA JAYAPURA Abstrak Abstrak. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model passing rugby berbasis permaina pada anak –anak di club. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Research & Development (R&D) menurut ADDIE, dimana penelitian menggunakan 5 tahap yaitu (1) Analyze (2) Design (3) Development (4) Implement (5) evaluate uji produk dan sosialisasi hasil. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa pengembangan model passing rugby berbasis permainan pada anak usia 6-8 tahun . populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini anak- anak usia 6-8 tahundi club rugby holandia yang berjumlah 15 orang sebagai subjek uji coba skala kecil (praktek lapangan). Penetrasi Nilai-Nilai Kepemimpinan Bigman dalam Pemerintahan Kampung di Kabupaten Manokwari Selatan

The overall objective of the research is to identify the penetration of bigman leadership values in village governance in Oransbari District, South Manokwari Regency. This research uses an exploratory paradigm, a descriptive approach with qualitative research (in-depth interviews). The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis follows the procedures of data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of these findings show that the penetration of big man leadership values in village governance in Masabui one Masabui two Watariri villages is still controlled by traditional values, especially the value of power and ownership of customary rights and rights as a tribal chief, which are used in governance starting from the leader. The village structure prioritises the values of responsibility and transparency, even though it is controlled by a patrilineal family. The penetration of bigman leadership values in village governance in Oransbari District, South Manokwari Regency, has had a very strong influence. This influence is due to the power system of the tribal chief as the holder of customary rights, which has become a customary provision that all organisations entering the village must be headed by the holder of customary rights, who is also the local tribal chief, including bodies in the organisational structure, because it has become customary. Qanan: Food Processing in the Culture of the Tehit People in West Papua

This article discusses about qanan which is a way to cook food that is typical for the Tehit tribe. Cooking patterns using qanan bark are not done every day, but only carried out on special rituals, for example, traditional, religious, and government events. The cooking begins with the preparation of meat, mixed with green spices and vegetables. The mixed ingredients that have been seasoned is arranged in the bark that has been dialed into the inside then tied with a rattan strap and roasted on a flame. The baked cooking material was rotated until the wooden skin was black. The surface appearance of black bark is an indicator of cooked meat and vegetables. Furthermore, when the bark is opened, meat and vegetables are removed and ready to be served. We use qualitative research methods in this study, with literature studies, observation, and interviews as data collection methods. The results show the wealth of knowledge and local wisdom of the Tehit ethnic group in processing food traditionally by the method of wrapping food using bark which is known as qanan. The taste of the food processed with the technique has the aroma of bark combined with the addition of spices that seep into the meat and vegetables. In addition, hot steam from combustion causes food to cook quickly and not scorched, and the process of maturation of food ingredients occurs evenly and delicious. The local wisdom of the Tehit people in the land of Papua is the wealth of Indonesia that must be maintained and preserved because the pattern of cooking Qanan is quite healthy since it does not use cooking oil. Patterns of local food processing in Tehit culture can be used as one of the strategies for overcoming cooking oil scarcity
