Paleographical Analysis of Scribes’ Hands in the Boskovice Land Register inv. no. 44

The study deals with the land register of the town of Boskovice, inventory no. 44 (1784–1790), from the paleographic point of view. It especially focuses on the handwriting identification of the scribes that participated in its functioning in the 18th century. In addition to elementary questions about determining the style of writing and the way of using abbreviations, it tries to observe possible integration of humanistic elements into neo-Gothic cursive (“Kurrent”)

Influence of heating parameters on flow stress curves of low-alloy Mn-Ti-B steel

Influence of the initial grain size on hot deformation behavior of the low-alloy Mn-Ti-B steel was investigated. The uniaxial compression tests were performed in range of the deformation temperatures of 900-1200 degrees C and strain rates of 0.1-10 s(-1). One set of samples was heated directly to the deformation temperature, which corresponded to the initial austenitic grain size of 19-56 mu m; the other set of samples was uniformly preheated at the temperature of 1200 degrees C. Whereas the values of activation energy, peak stress and steady-state stress values practically did not depend on the initial austenitic grain size, the peak strain values of coarser-grained structure significantly increase mainly at high values of the Zener-Hollomon parameter. This confirms the negative effect of the large size of the initial grain on the dynamic recrystallization kinetics, which can be explained by the reduction in nucleation density.Web of Science6341792178

Hydrogels of Humic Acids - Experimental Model and Application Form

Tato disertační práce je zaměřena na využití hydrogelových forem huminových kyselin v základním i aplikovaném výzkumu tohoto cenného přírodního materiálu. Hlavní pozornost je věnována interakci fyzikálního gelu huminových kyselin s měďnatými ionty jako modelovým reprezentantem těžkých kovů. Klíčovou náplní experimentální části práce je optimalizace laboratorních difúzních metod jako inovativního nástroje pro modelování transportu polutantů v přírodních systémech s obsahem huminových látek. Různými technikami byl stanoven difúzní koeficient měďnatých iontů v gelu. Jeho hodnota je úzce spojena s interakcí pevné složky gelu a difundující látky a může proto sloužit jako objektivní parametr pro základní testy reaktivity huminových sloučenin. Poslední část práce je věnována přípravě směsných reverzibilních hydrogelů chitosanu s huminovými kyselinami jako vhodné koloidní formy pro základní aplikace huminových sloučenin.The thesis deals with a utilization of hydrogels made of humic acids in both basic and applied research of this valuable natural material. The attention is paid to an interaction between the humic gel and cupric ions as the model heavy metal. The main experimental part focuses on an optimation of simple laboratory diffusion methods which serve as an innovative tool for modeling pollutants’ transport in natural humic environments. Various techniques were used in order to determine a diffusion coefficient of cupric ions in humic gel; the value is closely linked with the studied interaction between solid content of the gel and the diffusing species. Consequently, the diffusivity can be used as a standard parameter for basic reactivity mapping studies concerning humic substances. The final chapter of the thesis deals with a preparation of mixed reversible hydrogels formed by a reaction between humic acids and chitosan. These materials represent a suitable colloidal form for humic acids’ industrial and agricultural applications.

Název: Frekventovaná zranění v boxu Cíle: Popis příčin zranění a sumarizace nejfrekventovanějších zranění v tréninku a zápasu amatérského a profesionálního boxu. Metody: V této práci byla použita vědecká metoda dotazníkového šetření a následné analytické vyhodnocení dat. Metody analýzy dat bylo použito v teoretické části práce, kde byla analyzována odborná literatura a v empirické části práce kde byly analyzovány jednotlivé body dotazníku na základě grafického znázornění. U sledovaných subjektů jsou hodnoceny četnosti, úrazů v boxu, příčin úrazů a dobu rekonvalescence. Výsledky: Na základě dotazníkového šetření bylo zjištěno, že nejčastěji dochází ke zranění na obličejové části hlavy boxera. Bylo zjištěno, že 57% všech zranění v boxu je v obličejové části hlavy a jedná se o drobné oděrky, nebo podlitiny, které, nemají vliv na výkon sportovce. Methods: In this work the methods used were questionniare survey and subsequent evaluation of analytical data. The data analysis method was used in the theoretical part, which analysed the literature and in the empirical part where the individual points from the questionnaire were analyzed examined, based on the graphical representation. At the studied subjects there is evaluated frequency of injuries in boxing, the causes of injuries and recovery time. Results: Based on questionnaire survey it was found out that most frequently an injury takes place a injury comes about the facial part of a boxer's head. It was found out that 57% of all injuries in boxing are in the facial part and these are minor scrapes or bruises that do not affect the athlete's performance. Je zde uveden přehled používaných protokolů potřebných k úspěšnému navázání spojení. Jednotlivé protokoly jsou stručně popsány pro lepší orientaci v dané problematice. Součástí práce je vlastní návrh modelu virtuální privátní sítě s podrobným popisem instalace a konfigurace. Síť je zrealizována pomocí programů s otevřeným zdrojovým kódem, které využívají různé metody pro vytvoření VPN. V závěru práce jsou jednotlivé metody porovnány a zmíněny poznatky zaznamenané během instalace a následného provozu sítě.This diploma theses deals with questions of creating and keeping of Virtual Private Networks (VPN). The list of protocols necessary for successful connection is also presented. Individual protocols are briefly described for better exposure. Proper suggestion of a model VPN with detailed description of instalation and configuration is also part of this work. The network is created by means of open source software that are using various methods for establishing VPN. Indivdual methods are compared in the end of the work. There are also notes about instalation and running the network registered during the project

Limitace nekomprimovatelných kódování

Tato práce se zabývá limitacemi nekomprimovatelných kódování s nepodmíněnou bezpečností. Představujeme trhliny v existujícím důkazu nemožnosti konstrukce nekomprimovatelných kódování bez výpočetních omezení na útočníka. Naším hlavním přínosem je nový kompletní důkaz tohoto negativního výsledku. V první části práce představujeme základy teorie nekomprimovatelných kódování včetně nutných definic. Dále prezentujeme nedostatky v původním důkazu a konstruujeme protipříklady. Zbývající část práce tvoří důkaz nemožnosti existence netriviálních nekomprimova- telných kódování bez výpočetních omezení kladených na útočníka. Ten budujeme v několika krocích, kde v každém kroku zahrnujeme více kódování. Na konci práce představujeme útočníka, který je schopný prolomit libovolné netriviální nekompri- movatelné kódování. 1This thesis studies the limitations of incompressible encodings with information- theoretic security. We demonstrate a flaw in the existing proof of the impossibility of constructing incompressible encodings information-theoretically. Our main contribu- tion is a full proof of impossibility of existence of non-trivial information-theoretically secure incompressible encoding schemes. In the first part of the thesis, we introduce the basics of incompressible encodings and provide the necessary definitions. Next, we present the flaws in the existing argument and provide explicit counterexamples to them. Throughout the rest of the thesis, we gradually construct a complete proof. We start by showing the impossibility under a few additional restrictions on the correctness and structure of the schemes that we subsequently remove one by one. The task is to describe the given place, its history, geological, hydrogeological and storage conditions, its current state, mining procedures, technologies of mining raw material, its processing and transportation. Hybrid module for industrial localization

Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl návrh hybridního lokalizačního zařízení, které je schopno lokalizace uvnitř i vně budov. Lokalizace uvnitř budov je dosažena pomocí technologie Ultra Wideband a venkovní lokalizace je provedena pomocí kombinace technologie RTK GNSS a PPP pomocí open - source softwaru zvaného RTKLIB. První část textu se zaměřuje na vysvětlení používaných technologií a výběr nejpřesnější technologie pro venkovní lokalizaci. Druhá část se zaměřuje ma vývoj potřebného hardware a software finálního zařízení a na integraci systému pro venkovní lokalizaci do systému pro lokalizaci vnitřní. Výstupem práce je plně funkční zařízení, které je schopné plynulé lokalizace uvnitř i vně budov. Funčnost celého zařízení je dokázána na finálních testech uskutečněných ve vnitřních i venkovních prostorách. Na závěr také práce zmiňuje možná vylepšení celého zařízení, která mohou být v budoucnu provedena.This thesis focuses on the design of a hybrid localization device capable of locating both outdoors and indoors. Indoor positioning is achieved by Ultra Wideband and outdoor localization utilizes the RTK GNSS positioning solution together with PPP provided by an open - source software called RTKLIB. The first part of the the text is aimed at explaining the underlying technologies and choosing the most precise technology for outdoor localization purposes. The second part focuses on the hardware and software design of the final device and on the integration of the outdoor positioning solution to the indoor localization system. The output of this thesis is a a working device, capable of seamless outdoor and indoor localization. The functionality of the device is shown in final tests both indoors and outdoors. In conclusion, the thesis also mentions possible improvements in the future.

Optimization of Material Flow in a Selected Company

Zaměřením této diplomové práce je optimalizace materiálového toku pomocí změny rozvržení regálových soustav a výrobních linek. Teoretická část pojednává o štíhlém řízení a jeho využití v interní logistice. Získané poznatky spolu s praktickými zkušenostmi z provozu vedou k vypracování analytické a návrhové části, která přináší nové řešení popisovaného problému a s tím spojené úspory na strojovém vybavení skladu a jeho personálu.The focus of this thesis is the optimization of material flow by changing the layout of racking systems and production lines. The theoretical part describes lean management and its use in internal logistics. Gained knowledge along with practical operating experience leads to the elaboration of analytical and design part, which provides a new solution to the presented problem and related savings in warehouse machine equipment and its staff.
