    A CORRECTIONAL STUDY : THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INTERPERSONAL INTELLIGENCE AND LEARNING STYLE IN HIGH SCHOOL ELEMENTARY TEACHER EDUCATION STUDENTS

    The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between interpersonal intelligence and learning style in high school students and the degrees of students’ interpersonal intelligence based on learning style. The approach of this study was corellational quantitive. This research was held at Muhamadiyah University of North Sumatera with the population of 155 people. The sample taken randomly amount to 31 people. The instrument used is a closed questionnaire of each variable. For independent variable consist 35 question and dependent variable consist 25 questions. The results showed a small but positive relationship between interpersonal intelligence and learning style (r = 0.374, r < 0.05). the interpersonal degrees of kinesthetic learning style in highest level (average = 83,18), auditorial learning style in medium level (average = 79,83) and visual learning style in lowest level (average 77,89). This suggests that learning style especially kinesthetic style  can be a part of someone’s interpersonal intelligence characteristic. Keywords : Interpersonal Intelligence, Learning Styl

    Penelitian ini bertujuan agar menganalisis implementasi program Merdeka terhadap kreativitas peserta didik kelas IV&nbsp; mata pelajaran IPAS di Sekolah Dasar Indonesia di Davao, Filipina. Kurikulum mandiri merupakan suatu pendekatan pendidikan yang memberi kebebasan bagi pendidik untuk&nbsp; merancang serta melaksanakan aktivitas belajar. Kreativitas mahasiswa dinilai urgent untuk memecahkan tantangan global dan mengembangkan kemampuannya. Metode penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus melalui aktivitas mengumpulkan data dari hasil observasi kelas, wawancara pendidik serta pengisian kuesioner oleh peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan implementasi program Merdeka di SD Davao Indonesia memberikan lebih banyak ruang bagi kreativitas siswa. Pendidik mampu mengimplementasikan kreativitasnya dalam mengajar dan fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan kreatif siswa. Namun, sejumlah tantangan juga teridentifikasi selama pelaksanaan program penelitian independen. Beberapa guru masih memerlukan pelatihan tambahan untuk merancang pembelajaran yang merangsang kreativitas siswa. Selain itu, aspek penilaian juga perlu diselaraskan dengan pendekatan kurikulum independen untuk mengukur kemajuan kreatif siswa dengan lebih baik. Studi ini memberikan wawasan&nbsp; berharga mengenai implementasi program Merdeka dalam konteks sekolah&nbsp; di luar negeri di Indonesia dan bagaimana hal ini mempengaruhi kreativitas siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPAS. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar perbaikan pendidikan lebih lanjut di SD Sekolah Indonesia Davao dan sekolah lain yang mengadopsi Kurikulum Merdeka

    This Community Partnership Program is "Training and Assistance of Elementary School Teachers in Willingness to Innovative Media Based on Screencast-O-Matic in the Covid-19 Pandemic". This program aims to assist teachers in developing innovative learning media based on Screencast-O.Matic that can increase students' interest and motivation in learning during learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The reason for choosing MI Al-Fajar Sei Mencharim as a partner is to improve the quality of learning at the school. Another reason is that this school rarely receives training that supports job professionalism. The methods used in this PKM activity are 1) preparation, namely an initial visit to agree on a time for the implementation of the activity; 2) implementation. namely the implementation of training activities in preparing innovative learning media based on Screencast-O-Matic, as well as; 3) evaluation, namely collecting learning media that have been completed by the participants for feedback. This activity can be said to be successful, this is because of the 10 activity participants, 8 teachers were able to produce Screencast-O-Matic-based learning media by recording their teaching materials through this application, while the other two participants had problems with their laptops

    The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of the Gallery Walk Cooperative Learning Method in Improving Student Science Learning Outcomes at the Muhammadiyah Guidance Center in Kampung Bharu Malaysia. This research is a qualitative research. This research was carried out by the Muhammadiyah Guidance Center in Kampung Bharu Malaysia. The types and sources of data are in the form of Primary data and Secondary data. Primary data obtained directly through interviews. Secondary data is research supporting data such as documents, activity results reports, through words and actions from research informants and research subjects related to the Implementation of the Gallery Walk Cooperative Learning Method in Improving Student Science Learning Outcomes. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are several things that are done by science teachers in implementing the Gallery Walk Cooperative Learning Method in Improving Student Science Learning Outcomes at the Muhammadiyah Guidance Studio Kampung Bharu Malaysia, namely implementing planning before carrying out science learning using the Gallery Walk method for students in the Studio Guidance of Muhammadiyah Kampung Bharu Malaysia. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui 3 tahap yaitu metode Participatory Rural Apraisal (PRA). Metode PRA tersebut dibagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan Refleksi. Pada tahap persiapan, dari kebijaksanaan yang diambil dalam pembelajaran daring, ditemukan berbagai masalah dalam pendistribusian evaluasi belajar, untuk itu dipersiapkan berbagai alat dan bahan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan. Pada pelaksanaan, guru terlihat sangat antusias dan mampu mengembangkan berbagai bentuk soal pembelajaran dari pilihan ganda, isian, dan mencocokkan.     Penelitian Ini Berjudul “Pengaruh Media Lokal Wisdom Indonesia Dengan Thailand Berbasis Canva Terhadap Berpikir Kritis Siswa Di Kelas 4 Sd Thammislam Fondation School”. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Memperoleh Gambaran Mengenai Kemampuan Berpikir Siswa Pada Lokal Wisdom. Penelitian Ini Dilakukan SD Thammislam Foundation School Tahun Ajaran 2023. Peneltian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain penelitian pre-test post-test control group design dengan dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang diajarkan menggunakan Media Lokal Wisdom Indonesia berbasis canva dan kelompok kontrol yang diajarkan menggunakan Media Lokal Wisdom Thailand. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes dalam bentuk soal uraian. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan uji-t digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 94% siswa yang mencetak nilai tertinggi merasa puas dengan metode pembelajaran media lokal wisdom indonesia dan thailand serta guru lebih mudah mengintegrasikan teknik ini ke dalam kurikulum belajar, meskipun waktu yang dihabiskan untuk pembelajaran kurang dari 85%. Mayoritas siswa memberikan respons positif sebesar 92%, yang menunjukkan bahwa teknik ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa guru dan lembaga pendidikan harus memfokuskan upaya mereka untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran media lokal wisdom indonesia dan thailand berbasis canva jika ingin meningkatkan keberhasilan dalam mengimplementasikan kemampuan berpikir kritis

    Pengembangan Pembelajaran Blended Learning Berbasis Model Flipped Learning untuk Meningkatkan 6C For HOTS Mahasiswa PGSD UMSU

    Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan 6C for HOTS mahasiswa melalui pengembangan model Blended Learning berbasis Flipped Learning. Adapun 6C yang dimaksud adalah critical thinking, creative skill, communication skill, collaborative skill, computation skill dan compassion. Untuk proporsi model Blended Learning berbasis Flipped Learning dilakukan sebesar 10% tatap muka dan 90% melalui daring. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan metode ADDIE. Langkah langkah ADDIE adalah analisis (analyze), perancangan (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Blended Learning berbasis Flipped Learning sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan 6C for HOTS mahasiswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pehitungan keterampilan berpikir kritis (critical thinking) mahasiswa dari rerata 36,67 menjadi 88,28. Pada keterampilan berpikir kreatif (creative skill) terjadi peningkatan dari rerata 60,77 mrnjadi 87,18. Pada ketermapilan communication skill jugaterdapat peningkatan rerata dari 31,28 menjadi 67,69. Namun karena hasil rerata belum maksimal, diadakan siklus kedua pada keterampilan ini dan menghasilkan rerata 87,38. Pada keterampilan collaborative skill, terjadi peningkatan dari 50,51 menjadi 87,54. Pada keterampilan komputasi (computational skill) terdapat peningkatan rerata yang awal rerata 25,90 menjadi 68,21. Namun karena belum maksimal diadakan siklus kedua dan meningkat menjadi 90,64.     Biopore holes are simple technologies for conservation and the provision of clean water made by punching holes in the ground and planting pipes inside. This technology can be applied in residential or school buildings that are 100% waterproof or there is no open land or in paddy fields located in hill that are very prone to flooding. This biopore can be used as a water catchment place to minimize the occurrence of puddles. This biopore also triggers the growth of organisms in the soil such as ants, worms and air so that it can fertilize the soil. Based on the implementation of the realization of biopore infiltration holes, an increase in the understanding of teachers and students towards the realization of biopore infiltration holes. The increasing in teachers at SDN. 067774 which at 55.75 to 92.83, an increase of 37.08. The teacher's comprehension at SDN.067775 which was 57.42 to 92.25. This means an increase of 34,83. Students at SDN.067774 which at first 31.75 to 85.12. This means an increase of 53.37. Students at SDN.067775 which at first 28.14 occurred 82.83. An increase of 54.68. Realization of making biopori at SDN. 067774 and SDN.067775 were declared successful because they motivated teachers, principals and even students to be more concerned and aware to preserve the environment were easy.     The purpose of this study was to determine the Strengthening of the Affective Domain in the Implementation of Pancasila Student Profiles in the Kepong Muhammadiyah Muhammadiyah Guidance Center, Malaysia. This research is a qualitative field research. The method or approach used is descriptive research, which means the researcher tries to find the elements, characteristics, characteristics of a phenomenon. This research was carried out by the Muhammadiyah Kepong Malaysia Guidance Center. Determination of informants in this study using a purposive sampling technique, namely how to determine informants who have been determined deliberately according to predetermined criteria. Researchers will record, record, and observe the behavior of these informants. The informants in this study were school principals, educators, and students of the Muhammadiyah Kepong Malaysia Guidance Studio. The types and sources of data are in the form of Primary data and Secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly through interviews with sources from research informants, namely school principals, education staff and students of Muhammadiyah Kepong Malaysia Learning Studio. Secondary data is research supporting data such as documents, activity results reports, through words and actions from research informants and research subjects related to the implementation of the Merdeka Learning Program Through Pancasila Student Profiles at the Kepong Muhammadiyah Muhammadiyah Guidance Center, Malaysia. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The interview technique in this study used a structured interview technique, in which the interviewer determined the problems and questions to be asked, in other words, the researcher already knew the information would be obtained and had written down the questions in the interview guide. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile in the Muhammadiyah Kepong Malaysia Guidance Studio is implemented through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) using a project-based approach. Students are invited to identify problems that exist around them and create projects to solve them. The Implementation of the Project to Strengthen Pancasila Student Profiles Muhammadiyah Kepong Malaysia Guidance Workshop consists of 3 themes, namely: Local wisdom, sustainable living, and entrepreneurship. Factors supporting the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile in the Kepong Muhammadiyah Muhammadiyah Guidance Center, Malaysia, namely: 1). Collaboration of all school parties, 2).     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Breakout Room Aplikasi Zoom terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa PGSD pada mata kuliah Strategi Belajar Mengajar tahun akademik 2020/2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pre-experimental design dengan desain penelitian the one shoot case study. Populasi penelitian yaitu mahasiswa Semester dua Program studi PGSD sebanyak 45 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan non tes. Teknik analisa data yaitu teknik statistik deskriptif dan inferensial untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian melalui anava dua jalur, taraf signifikan 0,05. Uji persyaratan yang dilakukan adalah uji normalitas menggunakan liliefors sedangkan uji homogenitas menggunakan uji F Bartlett dengan kriteria jika Fhitung Ftabel pada taraf signifikan 5 % maka hipotesis diterima.
