TINJAUAN HUKUM ISLAM DAN HUKUM POSITIF TENTANG PERLINDUNGAN PENJUAL DALAM SISTEM JUAL BELI CASH ON DELIVERY

ABSTRAK Jual beli dalam Islam memiliki arti mengambil dan memberikan sesuatu baik berupa barang ataupun benda. Hal ini berhubungan dengan proses jual beli dengan sistem Cash On Delivery (COD) yang terjadi di toko hijab Hamshop Bandar Lampung. Sistem Cash On Delivery sendiri adalah jual beli online melalui dunia maya dimana penjual dan pembeli bisa bertemu secara langsung apabila berada disuatu wilayah yang sama ataupun juga bisa melalui jasa kurir (antar). Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana praktik perlindungan penjual dalam sistem jual beli cash on delivery (COD) di toko hijab Hamshop Bandar Lampung dan bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam dan hukum positif mengenai perlindungan penjual dalam sistem jual beli Cash on Delivery (COD) di toko hijab Hamshop Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktik perlindungan penjual dalam sistem jual beli cash on delivery (COD) di toko hijab Hamshop Bandar Lampung Lampung dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pandangan hukum islam dan hukum positif mengenai perlindungan penjual dalam sistem jual beli Cash on Delivery (COD) di toko hijab Hamshop Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat komparatif analisis. Sumber data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer yang diambil dari sejumlah responden yang terdiri dari pihak penjual dan kurir. Untuk mendapatkan data yang valid penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa metode penelitian data yaitu wawancara dan observasi. Sedangkan data sekunder dapat dilakukan melalui kepustakaan bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi dengan bantuan buku-buku yang ada terdapat pada perpustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dalam hukum Islam mengenai perlindungan penjual dalam sistem jual beli cash on delivery (COD) di toko hijab Hamshop Bandar Lampung, bahwa dalam praktiknya di lapangan ada saja pembeli yang tiba-tiba membatalkan orderannya secara sepihak. Hal ini dijelaskan dalam HR. Bukhari dan Muslim barangsiapa yang tidak menepati janji seorang muslim, maka dia akan mendapat laknat Allah, malaikat, dan seluruh manusia. Tidak diterima darinya taubat dan tebusan, tindakan ini tidak diperbolehkan. Dalam hukum Positif dijelaskan bahwa apabila pembeli membatalkan pesanannya secara sepihak merupakan melanggar hukum, hal ini sudah dijelaskan dalam UU RI No. 8 Tahun 1999 bahwa hak seorang pelaku usaha adalah menerima pembayaran sesuai dengan kesepakatan. Konsumen memiliki kewajiban yaitu membayar sesuai dengan nilai tukar yang disepakati dan mengikuti upaya penyelesaian hukum sengketa perlindungan konsumen secara patut. Penjual dapat menuntut ganti rugi kepada pembeli menggunakan pasal 1365 KUH Perdata

HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI DENGAN PERILAKU MASYARAKAT MENERIMA VAKSINASI COVID – 19 MELALUI PENDEKATAN TEORI HEALTH BELIEF MODEL Di Desa Banaran, Kecamatan Pulung, Kabupaten Ponorogo

In addition to the government's efforts to prevent a surge in Covid-19 cases, there is a lot of controversy that arises in the community related to the Covid-19 vaccine. The widespread spread of fake news has caused people's perceptions or views to become negative which has an impact on the rejection of covid-19 vaccination. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between perception and the behavior of the community receiving the Covid-19 vaccination through a health belief model theory approach in Banaran Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. The method of this study is quantitative by using the cross sectional design. The population in this study was the people of Banaran Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency totaling 2,220 people. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. The research instrument uses a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the Chi Square test. The chi-square test results obtained p-value results = 0.000 < α (0.05) then it means that rejecting H0 means that there is a relationship between perceptions and the behavior of the community receiving the Covid-19 vaccination in Banaran Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. In conclusion, there is a relationship between perception and the behavior of people receiving covid-19 vaccination through the health belief model theory approach. KOLASE BERBAHAN MANIK-MANIK BERTEMA STILASI FLORA DAN FAUNA DI SMA SENOPATI SIDOARJO

Pada dasarnya manusia terlahir dengan kemampuan yang ada dalam dirinya. Berbekal kemampuan yang dimiliki peserta didik, guru dapat membantu mereka mengembangkan kreativitas. Kali ini Peneliti mengajak peserta didik untuk membuat karya kolase berbahan manik-manik. Manik-manik dipilih karena belum pernah dipakai sebagai media untuk berkarya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas XI MIPA SMA Senopati Sidoarjo, dengan&nbsp; tujuan mengetahui proses pembelajaran kolase berbahan manik-manik, karya yang dihasilkan peserta didik, serta kekurangan dan kelebihan pembelajaran tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Pembelajaran dilakukan dengan membentuk kelompok, membuat desain kolase bertema stilasi pada kertas, menyiapkan alat dan bahan, memindahkan desain ke media kain, dan menjahit manik-manik pada kain. Setelah itu karya dikumpulkan untuk dinilai. Dari penelitian ini telah dihasilkan 10 karya kolase bertema stilasi flora dan fauna dengan nilai tertinggi 90. Guru seni budaya menanggapi bahwa penelitian ini dapat menambah pengalaman baru, karena media yang digunakan merupakan media baru. Bagi peserta didik penelitian ini membutuhkan kesabaran dan kreativitas yang tinggi, sekaligus menambah wawasan. Pembelajaran dalam penelitian ini dapat diterapkan pada kelas yang lain karena menghasilkan respon yang positif meskipun mengeluarkan biaya yang tidak sedikit. &nbsp; Kata Kunci: kolase, manik-manik, flora-faun

Antibacterial Activity Test of Bacteriocin from Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus plantarum Against Gram Positive Pathogenic Bacteria

Bacteriocin is a secondary metabolite product of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) which have an antimicrobial and potentially as a natural preservative. LAB isolates used in this study were Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus plantarum. This study aimed to determine the antibacterial activity of bacteriocin produced by each isolate of LAB including the influence of pH and heating variation against Bacillus cereus, Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus epidermidis. Antibacterial activity test was done by using disc diffusion method. method. Confirmation test using proteolytic enzyme aimed to analyse that the inhibition zone produced from the activity of bacteriocin. The inhibition zone produced from L. brevis, L. casei and L. plantarum against B. cereus were 15.70, 16.43 and 14.50 mm, against B. subtilis were 13.37, 14.10 and 12.53 mm and against S. epidermidis were 11.37, 14.50 and 12.45 mm. The activity of each bacteriocin decreased with the addition of trypsin and catalase, bacteriocin was active in the pH range of 2-10 and heating temperature of 40-121oC. Statistical test showed that the addition of trypsin, catalase and the variation of pH also heating had significant differences (p<0.05) to antibacterial activity produced by bacteriocin from L. brevis, L. casei and L. plantarum.

MENGESTIMASI EFEK PENGETAHUAN DAN MOTIVASI INVESTASI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SAHAM SYARIAH

AbstractThe commitment of investors to invest their funds in Islamic stock instruments is influenced by various rational considerations because the decision to invest in stocks is closely related to risk and return. This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge and investment motivation on purchasing decisions of sharia stock by society in the city of Bukittinggi. This type of research is a field research with a quantitative approach. This research picks up Bukittinggi as a sampling area with a sample of 100 Sharia stock investors, which were selected purposively. The results of the study prove that there is a significant positive influence of knowledge and investment motivation on sharia share purchase decisions with a contribution of 63.8%, while the remaining 36.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model. The higher the level of knowledge and investment motivation, the greater the decision to purchase sharia stock. This finding convinces potential investors and policy makers of the importance of stock knowledge and investment motivation in order to avoid risk. This study can be an important reference regarding the need for appropriate socialization and marketing strategies based on consumer behavior in developing market share of Islamic stocks in the secondary market.Keywords: Investment Knowledge, Investment Motivation, Sharia Stock Purchase Decisio

One of them by using a modifier tool Thermo Generator (Peltier). This tool works by distinguishing between solar and cold-water temperatures, then it uses two 12volt batteries which are the storage of power from the DC output as a supply prior to the regulator to stabilize the voltage. Perbandingan Aktivitas Turun-Naik Tangga dan Treadmill terhadap Heart Rate dan Recovery Period pada Mahasiswa Teknik Industri Unsoed

Dalam beraktivitas sehari-hari, manusia tidak terlepas dari adanya kerja fisik, baikkegiatan ringan maupun berat. Beberapa kegiatan yang harus dilakukan mahasiswa teknik industri adalah turun-naik tangga menuju ruang kuliah atau laboratorium, serta praktikum ergonomi yang menggunakan treadmill. Tujuan penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh aktivitas turun-naik tangga dantreadmill terhadap denyut jantung dan periode istirahat pada mahasiswa Teknik Industri Unsoed. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan purposive sampling di Laboratorium Teknik Industri Unsoed. Denyut jantung diukur dengan menggunakan pulse oximeter. Uji signifikansi dananalisis korelasi regresi dilakukan, serta dianalisis hasilnya. Data dari 12 responden(4 perempuan, 8 laki-laki) rerata berusia 20,42 ± 2,02 tahun dan rerata BMI 20,82± 2,16 dengan kategori berat badan normal. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara aktivitas turun-naik tangga dan treadmill terhadap denyut jantung dengan rerata Thitung sebesar 46,313 yang melebihi Ttabel sebesar 1,986 dengan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Rerata denyut jantung kerja saat aktivitas turun-naik tangga sebesar 171,10 denyut/menit dan aktivitas treadmill sebesar 129,27 denyut/menit. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, adanya peningkatan kecepatan dan inklinasi pada treadmill dapat meningkatkan denyut jantung secara signifikan dengan hasil uji T hitung yang diperoleh sebesar 634,552 melebihi F tabel sebesar 3,00 untuk seluruh kegiatan kerjayang dikaji. Adanya peningkatan denyut jantung juga menyebabkan peningkatan pada energy expenditure, konsumsi energi, dan periode istirahat. Aktivitas turun naik tangga menunjukkan energy expenditure, konsumsi energi, dan periode istirahat yang paling besar dibandingkan dengan seluruh aktivitas treadmill. Aktivitas turun-naik tangga termasuk kategori beban kerja “Very Heavy” dan berdasarkan pengukuran subjektif termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Lelah”. Persamaan regresi yang didapat dalam penelitian ini adalah ŷ = 64,389 + 9x1 +1,063x2 dengan ŷ merupakan denyut jantung, variabel x1 merupakan kecepatan, danvariabel x2 merupakan inklinasi dan dinyatakan cukup baik dengan standardizedresidual kurang dari ± 1

Pengaruh Brand Trust Dan Celebrity Endorser Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Samsung Pada Konsumen Di Surya Phone Lamongan

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of brand trust and celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on Samsung smartphone consumers in Surya Phone Lamongan with a sample of 45 respondents. The research method used is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The data used from the results of distributing questionnaires to samples at the time of the study will be collected and processed using one of the software, namely SPSS 25. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it shows that brand trust and celebrity endorsers have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Brand trust has an effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity endorser has an effect on purchasing decisions. Inovasi Pembelajaran Praktikum Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa Dagang Berbasis Entrepreneur Project untuk Menyongsong Kampus Merdeka

This study aims to generate and analyze the feasibility of a learning innovation design in the Entrepreneur Project-based Accounting Practicum for Trading Service Companies for students of the Accounting Education Study Program, State University of Surabaya. This research is included in the type of research and development or called Research and Development (R&amp;D) model IDI (Instructional Development Institute) which was adapted from the University Consortium Instructional Development and Technology (UCIDT). The data analysis used is a descriptive statistical approach. The IDI development model that the researcher uses applies three major stages, namely defining, developing, and evaluating. The instrument used is an expert validation sheet. The results of this study are the design of learning innovations for accounting practicum courses for trading companies based on entrepreneur projects in one semester which have been validated with the results getting a good rating of 57.1% and a very good rating of 42.9%. This means that it can be concluded that the innovation of accounting practicum learning for trading service companies based on the entrepreneur project can be declared feasible to be continued at the implementation stage
