Branchless banking diatur dalam POJK Nomor 19 Tahun 2014 tentang LAKU PANDAI dimana tujuan dari program ini ialah untuk menjangkau masyarakat yang belum terjangkau oleh lembaga perbankan. Penggunaan agen memunculkan permasalahan-permasalahan perihal penerapan prinsip kehati-hatian dan berkenaan dengan rahasia bank ada juga perihal pertanggungjawaban terhadap konsumen dan perlindungan konsumen, dimana belum adanya peraturan yang mengatur batas tegas antara pertanggungjawaban agen dan konsumen.Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui mengenai status hukum agen serta pertanggungjawaban agen branchless banking terhadap nasabah.Penulisan karya tulis ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan Perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Pendekatan Perundang-undangan dilakukan karena penulis menelaah undang-undang yang bersangkutan dengan permasalahan hukum yang diangkat. Sedangkan pendekatan konseptual dilakukan karena adanya kekosongan hukum yang mengatur tentang tanggung jawab agen yang berkaitan dengan rahasia bank dan kesalahan pembukuan

Efektivitas Sosialisasi Kearsipan Untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pengelolaan Arsip di Sekolah Tinggi Desain Indonesia

Pengelolaan arsip bertujuan untuk menjaga dan memelihara arsip pribadi maupun organisasi agar dapat dipergunakan kembali apabila diperlukan. Saat ini masih banyak organisasi maupun instansi yang belum menyadari pentingnya pengelolaan arsip. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan gambaran tentang pentingnya pengelolaan arsip yang dapat dikembangkan melalui kegiatan sosialisasi kearsipan. Lokasi penelitian di Sekolah Tinggi Desain Indonesia (STDI) Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi kearsipan berperan dalam membuka wawasan dan memberi pemahaman kepada para pemangku kepentingan untuk mulai memperhatikan pengelolaan arsip lembaga. The Effectiveness of Archive Socialization to Improve the Quality of Archive Management at the Indonesian College of Design. Analisis Ergonomi Kursi Serta Hubungannya Dengan Alignment Vertebra Pada Pelajar Kelas XII

Background: Therefore ergonomic school equipment is required for students. School equipment that is not ergonomic can cause pain, discomfort, lack of concentration and cause posture problems. The problem of posture directly affects the backbone. Students who have bad habits in a sitting position for many years in a school environment have a great risk to experience structural disturbances of the spine. Objective: The purpose of this research is to know the ergonomic analysis of chair and its relation to alignment vertebra in student class XII. Research methode: The type of this research is survey approach with Cross Sectional Study. Sampling using purposive simple sampling technique. The number of samples meeting the inclusion criteria was 81 people. Intake of anthropometry measurement data of body dimension and dimension of chair using medline. Measurement of vertebral alignment using flexicurve. The obtained data were tested by chi square test through the crosstabulation Result of research: The result of crossing between seat ergonomics and vertebral alignment shows a p value of 0.01. Since p < 0.05 then H0 is rejected, which means there is a relationship between ergonomic chair with alignment vertebra Conclusion: There is a relationship between chair ergonomics and alignment vertebra in students class XII. The Influence Of Brain Vitalization Gymnastic Towards Short Term Memory Among The Children 8-12 Years Old

Background : short term memory has got important role in conscious mind. If in conscious condition we solve problem. We often use this short term memory as a storage of problems and information taken from the long therm memory which are relevant with the problem. The children 8-12 years old have got the strong memory about everything. The like studying to remind everything. They are in the period of learning. In this learning period children is adding knowledge, skills and to accustom good habits. Objectives : this research is aimed to comprehend the influence of brain vitalization gymnastic towards short term memory among children 8-12 years old. Research menthod : this research is held with quantitative method with quasi experimental design pre and post with contor group design. The population in this research is the students of sd n plesan 1 and sd n nguter 2, the number of population is 100 students with 50 students of group treatments and 50 students of group control. Results : the result of wilcoxon test shows < 0,005 where the group treatment has got significant score of short term memory 0,000 showing there is a positive effect of short term memory pre and post toward the short term memory. Penentuan Cluster Pengembangan Agroindustri Pengolahan Minyak Kayu Putih di Kabupaten Buru

Potensi komoditas kayu putih di Pulau Buru merupakan yang terbesar di Indonesia, namun pendapatan industri minyak kayu putih di pulau buru terus menurun dalam 5 tahun terakhir dan masih dikelola secara konvensional. Sehingga penentuan Cluster pengembangan agroindustri diperlukan untuk mengetahui wilayah potensial yang perlu ditingkatkan kinerja industrinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan Cluster pengembangan agroindustri pengolahan minyak kayu putih di Kabupaten Buru, yang dilakukan melalui penentuan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan agroindustri pengolahan minyak kayu putih menggunakan analisis korelasi, dan menentukan Cluster menggunakan analisis Hierarcical Cluster. Hasil analisis menunjukkan teridentifikasinya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan agroindustri pengolahan minyak kayu putih di Kabupaten Buru, yaitu jumlah industri rumah tangga (IRT), indeks aglomerasi, jumlah produksi, nilai investasi, jumlah tenaga kerja, potensi bahan baku, Jarak antara IRT dengan Permukiman, Jumlah Pengangguran, dan Pendapatan Rata-rata Pekerja, Jumlah Penduduk, Kepadatan Penduduk, Jumlah Penduduk Tamat SMA, tingkat pelayanan jalan, rasio kelompok pekerja, rasio lembaga pelatihan, dan rasio koperasi pekerja. Teridentifikasi juga 6 cluster pengembangan agroindustri pengolahan minyak kayu putih, dengan karakteristik yang berbeda-beda.</p

The printing industry is one of the industries in the category of manufacturing that has a very important role in the world economy. A country can survive and will continue to grow if there is strong economic activity in it. Economic activity in the printing industry can be said to be strong if demand will increase rapidly when raw goods have been processed in such a way as finished goods such as paper prints so that it has added value or value for its users. The industrial revolution is a development carried out to advance and develop the industry towards a better direction with the help of digital. The impact of the industrial revolution caused a decline in paper demand in the printing industry (paperless) which caused printing revenue of CV. Sumber Makmur also declined. The role of B2B marketing is considered to be able to help with the problems that are occurring. This study aims to analyze the factors that can influence purchasing decisions using brand image. Implementation of research in October 2017 until August 2018, using primary data from respondents who are consumers of CV. Sumber Makmur Semarang who has made a purchase will examine consumer perceptions about the impact of product quality, product design and competitive prices on a continuousform paper product that will influence brand image and purchasing decisions and use secondary data. Non probability sampling is used for sampling. Data were collected from 136 respondents who were selected using considerations which must have criteria for having purchased continuousform paper prints twice on CV. Sumber Makmur, Semarang. The analytical method is the Maximum Likelihood Test with the AMOS program version 21.0 The results of this study are product quality, product design, and competitive prices affect brand image has a positive relationship. Brand image has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. This means that when independent factors such as product quality, product design and competitive prices increase, purchasing decisions on the CV brand image. Sumber Makmur Semarang also increased significantly. This study concludes that product quality, product design, and competitive prices influence the brand image that influences purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. In addition, the latest digital technology is indeed considered capable of taking over the position of paper in aspects of life, but cannot replace the role of paper as a legitimate written physical media and acknowledged its existence

Komunikasi Bencana COVID-19 Palang Merah Indonesia Berbasis SIBAT dan KSR PERTI di Sukoharjo

At the beginning of 2020, the outbreak of the COVID-19 outbreak shocked the world, even in Indonesia and caused various impacts. In responding to this, PMI Sukoharjo involved the community and students who packaged PMI in the Community Disaster Preparedness (SIBAT) program and the Higher Education Voluntary Corps (KSR PERTI). This research uses social capital theory, haddow and haddow disaster propagation theory, using qualitative methods and case studies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the communication mechanism of PMI disasters and the involvement of both the community and students. Interviews were conducted with the head of the headquarters, the head of the disaster management section, SABAT volunteers, and KSR PERTI by observing, recording, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that PMI Sukoharjo's disaster communication using the SIBAT and KSR PERTI Sector programs is very helpful and can play a role in overcoming the COVID-19 outbreak as the main actors in the community, supervisors, and extension workers in communicating disaster information using mutual aid capital and forming a communication system for the emergency response phase of disaster management is before, when and after a disaster or recovery stage
