    Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Perangkat Keras Komputer

    Tujuan penelitian melakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran yang interaktif berbasis desktop. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas XA Jurusan TKJ.  Teknik pengumpul data dengan wanwancara, angket, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Statistik deskriptif digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian yaitu: Analysis, meliputi Analisis Mata Pelajaran; Analisis Pengguna; Analisis Materi dan Media; serta Analisis Sarana dan Prasarana. Design, meliputi Desain Materi; Desain GBIM; Storyboard; dan Flowchart. Develop, media yang dikembangkan berisi gambar, suara, dan teks. Implement, media diterapkan ke subjek penelitian. Evaluate, media divalidasi ahli materi dan media masuk kategori “Sangat Baik” serta respons subjek penelitian terhadap media tersebut masuk kategori “Sangat Baik.” Berdasarkan hasil validasi dan respons subjek penelitian, maka kesimpulannya adalah media yang dikembangkan valid dan layak  untuk digunakan.Tujuan penelitian melakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran yang interaktif berbasis desktop.     The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Information Processing Learning in History Subjects in Class XI Madrasah Aliyah Al-Muttaqin, Kapuas Hulu Regency for the 2012/2013 academic year. based on a population of only 93 people, the entire population was taken as a sample so that this study was a population study. The data collection tools used were observation guides, questionnaires, interview guides, syllabus and lesson plans. Data processing and data analysis is known. Preparation of the implementation of information processing learning by history teachers is classified as very good with the results obtained by 85.7%. The implementation of information processing learning by history teachers is classified as very good with a result of 80.1%. Evaluation of the implementation of information processing learning by history teachers is classified as good with a result of 74.8. For this reason, information processing learning in history subjects needs to be continuously applied and developed in other materials so that the planned learning objectives can be achieved effectively

    Human Serum Folate Can Be Measured Using Folate Binding Protein Linked To Enzyme-labeled Protein Ligand Binding Assay (Elplba) AS Well AS Elisa

    Background: Folate is an important substance used for purine and pyrimidine nucleotide synthesis. One measurement of folate that already establishes is using ELISA (Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) method. Folate binding protein is a protein that can bind folate, therefore it considered can be used as a tool that can replace antibody dependent ELISA method.Objectives: The aim of this research was to create a method for folate measurement in serum called Enzyme-labeled protein ligand binding assay (ELPLBA) by replacing antibody as used in ELISA method with folate binding protein (FBP) that purified from the whey of milk.Methods: The method is tested using 20 serum samples and compared to ELISA. Folate binding protein was purified from bovine\u27s milk using ammonium sulfate up to 90% saturated, DEAE-cellulose anion exchange chromatography and affinity chromatography. SDS-PAGE and western blot were used to establish the protein band of FBP that has molecular weight of ~25-35 kDa. ELPLBA was arranged with stationary phase using aminohexyl-agarose, and folic acid linked on it using carbodiimide.Results: The result show there was no significant difference of folate concentration between ELPLBA (14.804 ± 2.795) and ELISA method (13.859 ± 3.638), p = 0.363.Conclusion: ELPLBA method show similarity for determination of folate in serum which was the same as standard folate measurement (ELISA)

    This study aims to board online exposure, board tenure, and firm performance to change of director in 50 non-financial indexed companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-2019 period. This research is quantitative research using secondary data in the form of annual reports and financial reports. This study uses Pooled Least Square (PLS) with panel regression data processed through STATA 16. The results of this study found that exposure had a positive effect on the decision to add library members. The term of office simultaneously has a negative effect on the decision to add and remove members of the board of commissioners and the library. The company's performance has a positive effect on the reduction of commissioners. Online exposure and firm performance correlate with director turnover as a corporate governance control mechanism. This research has an implication to practitioners considering that one determining factor of director turnover is their exposures

    The content of heavy metals in the electroplating industry wastewater that is not controlled can damage the environment and has a negative impact on human health. Electroplating wastewater disposal should not throw into the environment because heavy metals are toxic and dangerous. In this research, we are using electrocoagulation method for reduce the content of heavy metals in the electroplating wastewater (Cr, Ni and Fe). Electroplating industrial wastewater is containing heavy metals from the coating structure of electrolyte solution and rinsing results of electroplating method that wastewater contain high heavy metals. Research by electrocoagulation method is applied to determine how much reduction in metal waste electroplating industry. Parameters changed in this research is the current flowing (2,5 ampere and 5 ampere) and the addition of NaOH. In this research, electrocoagulation process use 4,5 L of wastewater. Samples were taken and analyzed at the condition of 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 minutes. Results from this research is reduction content of heavy metals 89,55% Cr, 99,52% Fe and 98,93% Ni. Reduction that achieved based on regulatory environment ministry is Fe and Ni.

    This paper presents “Hello, Hygiene?”, a public health campaign by four final-year undergraduates from the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, Nanyang Technological University. Smartphone hygiene is a newly-identified construct of personal hygiene, emphasising on cleanliness of personal mobile devices to achieve better overall health and well-being.
