Поэтому, возникает вопрос формирования информационной среды в образовательных учреждениях и учреждениях социальной сферы. В статье рассмотрены возможности использования облачных технологий в социальной сфере, обозначены перспективы перехода в будущем к облачной сети и показаны основные преимущества и недостатки их применения. Приведен анализ последних исследований перехода образовательных учреждений и организаций на облачный сервис.В наш час суспільство знаходиться на шляху переходу до інформаційного суспільства. Тому, постає питання формування інформаційного середовища в освітніх установах та установах соціальної сфери. У статті розглянуто можливості використання хмарних технологій у соціальній сфері, окреслені перспективи переходу у майбутньому до хмарної мережі та показані основні переваги і недоліки їх  впровадження.     OTUB1 triggers lung cancer development by inhibiting RAS monoubiquitination

    Activation of the RAS oncogenic pathway, frequently ensuing from mutations in RAS genes, is a common event in human cancer. Recent reports demonstrate that reversible ubiquitination of RAS GTPases dramatically affects their activity, suggesting that enzymes involved in regulating RAS ubiquitination may contribute to malignant transformation. Here, we identified the de-ubiquitinase OTUB1 as a negative regulator of RAS mono- and di-ubiquitination. OTUB1 inhibits RAS ubiquitination independently of its catalytic activity resulting in sequestration of RAS on the plasma membrane. OTUB1 promotes RAS activation and tumorigenesis in wild-type RAS cells. An increase of OTUB1 expression is commonly observed in non-small-cell lung carcinomas harboring wild-type KRAS and is associated with increased levels of ERK1/2 phosphorylation, high Ki67 score, and poorer patient survival. Our results strongly indicate that dysregulation of RAS ubiquitination represents an alternative mechanism of RAS activation during lung cancer development

    We report high-resolution x-ray diffraction, muon-spin-rotation spectroscopic and specific heat measurements in the double spin-chains compound LiCu2O2\rm LiCu_2O_2. The x-ray diffraction results show that the crystal structure of LiCu2O2\rm LiCu_2O_2 ~is orthorhombic down to T=10K. Anisotropic line-broadening of the diffraction peaks is observed, indicating disorder along the spin chains. Muon spin relaxation and specific heat measurements show that LiCu2O2\rm LiCu_2O_2 \~undergoes a phase transition to a magnetic ordered state at T124K\rm T_1\sim24K. The specific heat data exhibits a second λ\rm \lambda-like peak at T222.5K\rm T_2\sim22.5 K, which increases with increasing magnetic field similarly way to that found in spin-ladder compounds.Comment: 6 pages, 6 fifures, to appear in Physica

    Development of bioceramic material for spinal surgery implants

    Highly porous zirconia-based ceramics were prepared. The ceramic samples sintered at 1600°C had porosities from 40% to 43%, with pore size ranges as follows: "big pore" 100-220 pm and "small pore" 0.8-8 pm. This makes the ceramic structure to be very similar to the structure of the natural spinal bone. The level of mechanical properties of the synthesized zirconia-based ceramics is determined by the pore sizes. The values of the compressive strength and the effective Young's modulus are very similar to those characteristics of the natural spinal bone

    The article covers the place and role of the institution of public control in the mechanisms of the interaction of civil society and state. Basing on the sociological surveys conducted in Irkutsk region in 2008-2017, the article grounds the dynamics of formation of public control in the development of civil society in a region. The authors use the mechanisms of public-state partnership to define the concept of "effective public control" over the governmental bodies and municipal authorities. The article shows the tendency of the increasing role of public bodies (civic chambers, public councils) in the decision-making process of the executive branch as well as in the realization of the decisions

    The shortening of a tooth arch is clinically shown by crowding. In the final period of a mixed bite, the place disadvantage for canines is often detected. The problem of elongation of a tooth arch due to distal movement of premolars, the first and second permanent molars on removable appliances is discussed. In practical orthodontia, this way of treatment of the shortened tooth arch traditionally solved only with use of the fixed equipment. The fixed equipment allows to control the made effort to each of the moved teeth. Power source in removable appliances are screws. When designing removable orthodontic appliances the area of the moved teeth and a possibility of force action of the used orthodontic screws on the moved group of teeth is considered. Maintenance of balance between the applied force and the area of roots of the moved teeth allows to reach optimization of process of reorganization of parodentium. The clinical case showing efficiency of removable appliances in a constant occlusion for elongation of a tooth arch is presented, their design is described
