Pengaruh Kemampuan Numerik Dan Sikap Interaktif Siswa Dalam Menerima Pelajaran Bidang Studi Matematika Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas I Semester II SLTP Islam I Tanon Sragen Tahun Ajaran 2003/2004

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan numerik dan sikap interaktif siswa dalam menerima pelajaran bidang studi matematika terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas I semester II SLTP ISLAM I Tanon Sragen Tahun Ajaran 2003/2004. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 35 siswa. Pengmbilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Data di ambil dengan menggunakan metode tes, metode angket dan metode dokumentasi. Uji validitas digunakan rumus korelasi product moment, sedangkan uji reliabilitas digunakan rumus α. Teknik analisis data digunakan analisis regresi dua prediktor. Dari analisa data dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat diperoleh harga sebesar 6,23 > 3,32 pada taraf signifikan 5%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Freg > Ftabel,. Dari analisis data satu variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat pada hipotesis pertama diperoleh harga sebesar 10,372 > 3,32 pada taraf signifikan 5%, hal ini menunjukkn bahwa Freg > Ftabel. Untuk hipotesis kedua diperoleh harga sebesar 1,028 < 3,32 pada taraf signifikan 5%, hal ini menunjukan bahwa Freg < Ftabel. Untuk sumbangan relatif diperoleh harga sebesar 87,41% sedangkan untuk sumbangan efektif diperoleh harga sebesar 3,35%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa prediktor X1 memberikan sumbangan lebih besar dibandingkan dengan prediktor X2. Dari hasil di atas dapat disimpulkan : 1) Ada pengaruh antara kemampuan numerik terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, 2) Tidak ada pengaruh antara sikap interaktif siswa dalam menerima pelajaran bidang studi matematika terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, 3) Ada pengaruh antara kemampuan numerik dan sikap interaktif siswa dalam menerima pelajaran bidang studi matematika terhadap prestasi belajar matematika

PEMBINAAN DAN PELATIHAN TATA KELOLA ADMINISTRASI DAN KEUANGAN PADA BUMDES MULIA JAYA ABADI DESA RESAM LAPIS

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pembinaan dan pelatihan tata kelola administrasi dan keuangan pada BumDes Resam Lapis. Kegiatan ini diusulkan atas permintaan dari Direktur BumDes Mulia Jaya Abadi yaitu Bapak Muhammad Fariz disampaikan pada Focus Group Discusssin (FGD) pada tanggal 28 April 2021 di kantor P3M Polbeng. Kegiatan ini diharapkan akan mendapatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kemampuan mengelola dan mencatat laporan keuangan BumDes bagi pengurus operasionalnya. Target kegiatan ini adalah seluruh pengurus BumDes Mulia Jaya Abadi Resam Lapis. Metode yang digunakan adalah pembinaan dan pelatihan. Luaran kegiatan (Output) adalah terselenggaranya kegiatan pembinaan dan pelatihan tentang tata kelola administrasi dan laporan keuangan BumDes dan unit usahanya, serta sosialisasi hasil program dalam seminar atau media. Dampak (outcome) kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola administrasi dan pencatatan laporan keuangan BumDes Mulia Jaya Abadi Resam Lapis, dan terjalinnya hubungan harmonis antara Polbeng dan masyarakat.Kata Kunci:  Administrasi, Keuangan, BumDes

Peranan pemberdayaan perempuan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Indah Lestari dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga : studi deskriptif Di Desa Cibiru Wetan , Cileunyi, Kabupaten Bandung

Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Indah Lestari merupakan wadah untuk para perempuan yang ada di RW 04 Desa Cibiru Wetan yang memberikan akses serta kesempatan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang didampingi oleh Penyuluh Pertanian Kecamatan Cileunyi. KWT Indah Lestari merupakan salah satu kegiatan strategis dalam rangka ikut berpartisipasi untuk pembangunan dalam upaya pemberdayaan perempuan di bidang pertanian dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan untuk menghasilkan beragam pangan lokal yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai jual dan berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) Program-program yang dilakukan Kelompok Wanita Tani Indah Lestari dalam memberdayakan perempuan di Desa Cibiru Wetan, (2) Usaha-usaha yang dilakukan Kelompok Wanita Indah Lestari dalam memberdayakan perempuan di Desa Cibiru Wetan, (3) Strategi yang dilakukan Kelompok Wanita Indah Lestari dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga di Desa Cibiru Wetan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori pemberdayaan (Roesmidi dan Riza). Asumsi teori ini kemudian dianalogikan dengan pemberdayaan perempuan yang didalamnya terdiri atas pendidikan, ekonomi, psikologi, sosial budaya dan politik. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan memberikan penjelasan tentang pemberdayaan perempuan KWT dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Teknik Pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Program-progam yang dilakukan dalam memberdayakan perempuan adalah program KRPL dengan program: (a) Pelatihan penyemaian dan membuat bibit hidroponik, (b) Menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak luar untuk pengembangan Kelompok Wanita Tani Indah Lestari, (c) Menyediakan dan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan, (d) Penanaman sepanjang jalan antara RW 04 dan RW 06 agar terlihat asri dan hijau, dan (e) Mencari pasar untuk penjualan hasil panen. 2) Usaha yang dilakukan dalam memberdayakan perempuan adalah (a) Pemberdayaan melalui pendidikan, (b) Pemberdayaan melalui ekonomi, (c) Pemberdayaan melalui Psikologi, dan (d) Pemberdayaan melalui Politik. 3) Hasil yang dirasakan setelah adanya KWT Indah Lestari adalah adanya peningkatkan dalam kesejahteraan ekonomi, kesejahteraan sosial, dan kesejahteraan psikologi bagi perempuan di RW 04 khususnya yang telah bergabung dengan KWT Indah Lestari

Relevansi Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi dalam Penempatan Kerja

This study aims to determine the level of relevance of graduates in work placements and determine the relevance factors of graduates in work placements. This type of research is descriptive exploratory, the variables studied include the level of relevance of graduates is the level of job suitability obtained by graduates of the Business Administration Study Program in work placements can be seen from the population in this study are graduates (alumni) from the Business Administration Study Program totaling 369 people while the sample was taken in a proportional random sampling that the samples were taken randomly with a sample of 201 people. The questionnaire method is used to reveal data regarding competence, relevance and type of graduate work. The results in this study are the level of relevance of college graduates in work placements obtained 67.2% percentage related to the field of administration and management and 32.8% non administration and management. This proves that the relevance of college graduates in this case is the Bengkalis State Polytechnic in particular the Business Administration Study Program is already relevant (relevant) with this work placement seen from the job description (job description) in accordance with the fields of administration and management. The relevance factors of graduates with work placements are factors of job profile, competency and education level factors

PENGARUH PELATIHAN PENGEMBANGAN DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION (STUDI KASUS DOSEN POLITEKNIK NEGERI BENGKALIS)

The turnover rate lowering of lecturers was caused by such efforts as the organizational commitment like training and development, compensation done by the management of Bengkalis Polytechnic to deal with problems related to turnover intention.The present research sought to find out and investigate the effect of training and development, compensation and work specification both simultaneously and partially on the turnover intention of the lecturers at Bengkalis Polytechnic to know the function of which independent variable was the most dominant to affect the turnover intention. The method was descriptive; whereas, the population included all 58 lecturers at Bengkalis Polytechnic. Using a saturated sampling technique, all population became the sample. The data were collected using a field study and library research such as observation, interview and questionnaire. To determine the degree of correlation and the effect of an independent variable on the dependent variable, a multiple linear regression model was used. The hypotheses were tested using a statistical analysis. The results show that the multiple correlation coefficient (R) was 0.799 with α > 0.05 and the determination coefficient (R2) was 58.6% meaning that 58.6% of the training and development, compensation and work specification had an effect on the turnover intention of the lecturers at Bengkalis Polytechnic. The Significance effect of the training and development, compensation and work specification on the turnover intention could be indicated that the value of F count was smaller than F table at alpha level t = 5%. The results indicates that F count = 27.854 was bigger than F table = 2.5397 at significance level α smaller than 0.05.  From the calculation, null hypothesis was rejected meaning that training and development, compensation, and work specification had a significant effect on the turnover intention of the lecturers at Bengkalis Polytechnic. Partial test indicates that t – value of training and development variable was 3.670, professional variable was 3.39. This indicated that training and development and compensation had an effect on turnover intention of the lecturers

This activity was proposed after having discussions with the chairman of the Berkah UKM House management, namely Mrs. Evi Susiana, SE., Sy through a Mandiri service meeting around January 2021 and continued with the next meeting on August 5, 2022. Implementasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia menggunakan Model Flipped Classroom Berbasis Pembelajaran Online

Tuntutan inovasi sistem pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di masa pandemi sangat dibutuhkan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan hasil belajar yang maksimal meskipun keterbatasan sistem tatap muka di kelas. Atas dasar itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berbasis Flipped Classroom melalui kerangka pembelajaran online dan respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berbasis Flipped Classroom. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara pada 40 siswa, observasi pembelajaran bahasa Indoenesia dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data yang digunakan melalui proses triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia menggunakan model Flipped Classroom berdampak pada peningkatan hasil belajar yang menunjukkan sebanyak 86,3% siswa masuk pada kategori lulus mencapai KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal), serta respon siswa menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 85% merasa senang mengikuti proses belajar menggunakan Flipped Classroom. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa proses belajar berbasis Flipped Classroom mampu mempercepat pemahaman siswa dalam memahami konstruksi materi dan penerapannya dalam berbahasa Indonesi

PENGARUH KUALITAS AKTIVA PRODUKTIF TERHADAP RETURN ON ASSETS (STUDI PADA BANK UMUM YANG LISTING DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2006-2010 )

Abstract:The Effect of Quality of Productive Assets to Return on Assets (a stu- dy in Commercial Banking that Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Period2006-2010). This research aims to analyze the effect of the variable KAP to- ward ROA. The samples used were 24 commercial banks listed in the Indo- nesia Stock Exchange in the period 2006-2010 were taken by purposive sam- pling. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression with small qua- dratic equations and test hypotheses using t-statistics for testing the partial re- gression coefficients with a significance level of 5%. Analysis of the test results indicate the magnitude of the effect on ROA is KAP 47%, while 53% is influen- ced by other factors not included in our model. Manajemen perpustakaan dalam mendukung gerakan literasi digital di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Madiun

Information and technology developments have changed the culture of manual library services to digital. School libraries have a role in providing digital information to students in schools. This study aimed to determine library management in supporting the digital literacy movement in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2, Madiun City, through an analysis of library planning, implementation, and evaluation activities. The results showed that the library's digital literacy program planning activities were based on class, school culture, and the community. The process of formulating digital literacy program planning used an analysis of the madrasa work plan, previous programs, internal and external factors, analysis of the competence and potential of program implementers, and socialization. The library implementation activities are formulating programs, dividing the implementing team, and creating work instructions by establishing coordination and good relations with program implementers, the head of the library, the implementing team and teachers, the head of the library, and the head of the madrasa. Evaluation activities are in the form of internal evaluation by the head of the library and the head of the madrasa, performance evaluation by the implementing team, evaluation of performance results, and evaluation of program achievement. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2, Madiun City, has developed android-based library access, electronic catalog, and social media. Thus, it concludes that library management has been running quite well in supporting the digital literacy movement in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Madiun City
