The Comparison of Gabapentin and Amitriptilin Effectivity as Pain Therapy in Herniated Nucleus Pulposus

Herniated nucleus pulposus (HNP) is one of peripheral neuropathic pain. Although concensus guidelines for the treatment of neuropathic pain are based on the results of the RCT studies, there are still gaps in the literatures. This study aimed to compare the effectiveness and quality of life of gabapentin and amitriptyline for the treatment of pain in HNP. The method used a quasi experimental with consequtive sampling. This study included 30 patients in the gabapentin group and 26 patients in the amitriptyline group, and each group was evaluated for 1 month. Effectiveness was assessed using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) every 2 weeks then analized by independent and paired sample t test. The results showed that the use of gabapentin and amitriptilin in 4 weeks showed the decrease of pain score measured by visual analog scale 3.70 ± 0.349 and 3.500 ± 0.34 although there was no statistical difference (p value = 0.704). To sum up, effectiveness of gabapentin and amitriptyline in the treatment of neuropathic pain did not have statistical difference

Topological winding and unwinding in a quasi-one-dimensional metastable Bose-Einstein condensate are shown to be manipulated by changing the strength of interaction or the frequency of rotation. Exact diagonalization analysis reveals that quasidegenerate states emerge spontaneously near the transition point, allowing a smooth crossover between topologically distinct states. The present article initiates the idea of certifying sports facilities for compliance with innovations in the field of resource saving. The search for mechanisms to stimulate sports complexes to move to rational models of resource use led to the development of the Green Ball environmental certification program. "Green Ball" is a protocol for environmental auditing of sports facilities, summarizing all the current proposals for environmental management; website for online certification and recommendations; model of effective environmental management. If a sports facility meets these criteria, it needs to be awarded the Green Ball environmental certification mark, which, by analogy with the TRP program, can be Bronze, Silver, and Gold, which is reminiscent of hotel stars and can become a recognizable brand in the sports industry. PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PERMAINAN ULAR TANGGA DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TEKNIK KANCING GEMERINCING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI KERAGAMAN BUDAYA DAERAH JAWA BARAT DI KELAS IV SDN SUKAMANAH KECAMATAN SUMEDANG SELATAN KABUPATEN SUMEDANG

Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang dilakukan pada proses pembelajaran Ilmu pengetahuan Sosial di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sukamanah Kecamatan Sumedang Selatan Kabupaten Sumedang, yang mempelajari tentang indikator pembelajaran mengidentifikasi keragaman budaya daerah sekitar, mengalami permasalahan pada kinerja guru yaitu tidak memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berperan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran untuk menemukan dan memahami keragaman budaya daerah setempat, permasalahan yang timbul pada aktivitas siswa yaitu siswa lebih bersifat pasif dalam proses pembelajaran dikarenakan guru lebih memegang peranan dalam proses pembelajaran, pada hasil belajar persentase ketuntasan hanya mencapai 40 %. Dari permasalahan tersebut dapat mengakibatkan kemampuan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi keragaman budaya daerah mengalami suatu permasalahan. Maka ditentukan suatu tindakan dengan menggunakan media permainan ular tangga dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik kancing gemerincing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, aktivitas siswa serta hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan media permainan ular tangga dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik kancing gemerincing dalam mengidentifikasi keragaman kebudayaan daerah Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam proses penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), dan desain penelitian yang digunakan pada metode penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah desain yang mengacu kepada model spiral Kemmis dan Mc.Taggart. untuk mengumpulkan data proses dan data hasil belajar maka digunakan instrumen dalam bentuk lembar tes, pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara dan catatan lapangan, sedangkan untuk mengukur validitas data yang dihasilkan dilakukan dengan cara member check, triangulasi, Audit Trail,dan Expert Opinion.. Proses pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan sebanyak tiga siklus, pada siklus I, siklus II dan III tahap perencanaan memperoleh persentase 100 % pencapaian indikator penilaian, kinerja guru tahap pelaksanaan persentase pencapaian target siklus I 74%, siklus II 88 % dan siklus III 98 %. Pada aktivitas siswa dalam kelompok belajar persentase pencapain target dengan tafsiran baik pada siklus I 70%, siklus II 85 %, siklus III 95%. Hasil belajar siswa pencapaian target pada siklus I 65% ketuntasan, siklus II 85% ketuntasan, siklus III 95%. Dari paparan data tersebut maka dapat dibuktikan bahwa penggunaan media permainan ular tangga dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik kancing gemerincing. dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mengidentifikasi keragaman budaya daerah Jawa Barat

Pengaruh Right Issue terhadap Risiko dan Return Saham (Studi pada Bursa Efek Indonesia)

Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan penelitian BHT (1993), Alam (1994),Budiarto dan Baridwan (1998), dan Safitri (2000). Yang akan menguji dampakpengumuman right issue terhadap return dan beta (risiko) antara periode sebelumdan setelah pengumuman right issue.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antaraabnormal return pada tanggal pengumuman dengan hari-hari sebelum maupunsetelah pengumuman right issue baik abnormal return tanpa menggunakan betakoreksi maupun abnormal return dengan menggunakan beta koreksi. Hasil inimenunjukkan bahwa sesungguhnya pengumuman right issue tidak memilikikandungan informasi apapun yang dapat mempengaruhi preferensi investorterhadap pengumuman tersebut.Hasil uji beda Cumulative Abnormal Return (CAR) menunjukkan bahwa CARsetelah pengumuman right issue lebih besar dibandingkan dengan sebelumpengumuman. Namun secara statistik baik mengunakan CAR yang telah dikoreksimaupun tanpa koreksi tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan.Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian ini tidak mampu memperkuat dukunganterhadap penelitia-penelitian sebelumnya

The increasing concern for human health and environmental sustainability, has made the companies to innovate their products into environmentally friendly products. Loyalty became the goal of marketing strategies that can be built with satisfaction, trust and price. This research aims to analyze The influence of Satisfaction, Trust and Price of Consumer Loyalty on Green Product (Case in Kandang Village Society of Bengkulu city, which have been using Energy Saving Lighting Products).The data used are primary data, sample collection method used purposive sampling with the number of respondents to 120 people, but only 102 that could be incorporated into the analysis due to lack of completeness of the respondents in its response. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression approach with the help of the program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 16.0. The results of this research found partially from the calculation of the coefficients obtained by the research for satisfaction variable t provide significant value of 0.240, the trust provide significant value for 0000, prices provide significant value for 0000. Because t count on the satisfaction variable value significantly greater than 0.05, which indicates partial satisfaction variables have no effect on consumer loyalty, while for trust and price variables as significant value 0.000 <0.05, which shows in partial trust and influence consumer loyalty energy savingt lighting products. From the calculation of the F test that examines the effect of simultaneously be known F calculated for the variables of satisfaction, trust, loyalty and the price is equal to 26,750 with a significant value of 0.000 ? 0.05 then this indicates that Satisfaction, Trust, and price simultaneously have a positive effect on consumer loyalty. The conclusion of this study are the variable of satisfaction has effect on loyalty consumers, but not significant, while trust and price, have an effect on consumer loyalty

In the process, the good one is the test in the process, during the ongoing process of learning. The purpose of this test is to show and fix the mistakes or errors made by the students. The language test to measure the student learning outcomes should be appropriate to the nature of language teaching conducted. The forms and nature of the test is so bound to the nature of language teaching applied. The Javanese language teaching for children whose mother‟s mother tongue is Javanese will certainly be different from the teaching of Bahasa Indonesia as a second language. It is because the children have mastered the language for communication purposes both representatively and productively. The Differences of the nature and status of the teaching of the languages require different language tests for language learners, especially concerning the scope of material and level of difficulty of the test items. Wujud dan sifat tes sangat terikat sifat pengajaran bahasa yang dikenakan kepada siswa di sekolah yang bersangkutan. Pengajaran bahasa Jawa bagi anak-anak yang berbahasa ibu bahasa jawa tentunya akan berbeda dengan pengajaran bahasa Indonesia yang merupakan bahasa kedua. Hal itu disebabkan anak-anak telah menguasai bahasa untuk keperluan komunikasinya baik bersifat representative maupun produktif. Perbedaan sifat dan kedudukan pengajaran bahasa tersebut menuntut perbedaan tes kebahasaan bagi siswa pembelajar bahasa khususnya yang menyangkut cakupan bahan dan tingkat kesulitan butir- butir tes.
