    Most of the People around the globe are not familiar with internet, the reason for inaccessible internet may vary region to region, somewhere because of geographical hurdles but internet has become one of the vital elements of survival for them. In such a scenario, there are parts of the Globe that doesnrsquot receive internet facility, or governmental restrictions.In some places, such as rural areas and remote regions, cell towers and Internet cables simply donrsquot exit. The connectivity will be achieved with the help of remote database access through wireless medium. Once the data has been sent to outernet server we can access it at anytime and anywhere by offline database (Without internet)

    We study a Multiple Depot Heterogeneous Traveling Salesman Problem (MDHTSP) where the cost of the traveling between any two targets depends on the type of the vehicle. The travel costs are assumed to be symmetric, satisfy the triangle inequality, and are monotonic, i.e., the travel costs between any two targets monotonically increases with the index of the vehicles. Exploiting the monotonic structure of the travel costs, we present a 2-approximation algorithm based on the primal-dual method

    The Schwinger SU(3) construction - I: Multiplicity problem and relation to induced representations

    The Schwinger oscillator operator representation of SU(3) is analysed with particular reference to the problem of multiplicity of irreducible representations. It is shown that with the use of an Sp(2,R)Sp(2,R) unitary representation commuting with the SU(3) representation, the infinity of occurrences of each SU(3) irreducible representation can be handled in complete detail. A natural `generating representation' for SU(3), containing each irreducible representation exactly once, is identified within a subspace of the Schwinger construction; and this is shown to be equivalent to an induced representation of SU(3).Comment: Latex, 25 page

    Heat and mass transfer analysis of radiative and chemical reactive effects on MHD nanofluid over an infinite moving vertical plate

    A comparative study of nanofluid (Cu–H2O) and pure fluid (water) is investigated over a moving upright plate surrounded by a porous surface. The novelty of the study includes the unsteady laminar MHD natural transmission flow of an incompressible fluid, to get thermal conductivity of nanofluid is more than pure fluid. The chemical reaction of this nanofluid with respect to radiation absorption is observed by considering the nanoparticles to attain thermal equilibrium. The present work is validated with the previously published work. The upright plate travels with a constant velocity u0, and the temperature and concentration are considered to be period harmonically independent with a constant mean at the plate. The most excellent appropriate solution to the oscillatory pattern of boundary layer equations for the governing flow is computed utilizing the Perturbation Technique. The impacts of factors on velocity, temperature, and concentration are visually depicted and thoroughly elucidated. The fluid features in the boundary layer regime are explored visually and qualitatively.     Drug Susceptibility in Leishmania Isolates Following Miltefosine Treatment in Cases of Visceral Leishmaniasis and Post Kala-Azar Dermal Leishmaniasis

    Resistance to antimonials has emerged as a major hurdle to the treatment and control of VL and led to the introduction of Miltefosine as first line treatment in the Indian subcontinent. MIL is an oral drug with a long half-life, and it is feared that resistance may emerge rapidly, threatening control efforts under the VL elimination program. There is an urgent need for monitoring treatment efficacy and emergence of drug resistance in the field. In a set of VL/PKDL cases recruited for MIL treatment, we observed comparable drug susceptibility in pre- and post-treatment isolates from cured VL patients while MIL susceptibility was significantly reduced in isolates from VL relapse and PKDL cases. The PKDL isolates showed higher tolerance to MIL as compared to VL isolates. Both VL and PKDL isolates were uniformly susceptible to PMM. MIL transporter genes LdMT/LdRos3 were previously reported as potential resistance markers in strains in which MIL resistance was experimentally induced. The point mutations and the down-regulated expression of these transporters observed in vitro could, however, not be verified in natural populations of parasites. LdMT/LdRos3 genes therefore, do not appear to be suitable markers so far for monitoring drug susceptibility in clinical leishmanial isolates

    The Great Tsunami of 26 December 2004: A description based on tide-gauge data from the Indian subcontinent and surrounding areas

    The Great Tsunami of 26 December 2004 is described using data from seven tide gauges in India and others from surrounding areas in the Indian Ocean. The tsunami struck the Indian east coast around 0330 UTC. The amplitude was 2 m above the tide at Chennai, Paradip, and Colombo. The east coast of India (and of Sri Lanka) was hit shortly after high tide; Tuticorin and Colombo, however, were hit shortly after low tide. The tsunami wave propagated northward along the Indian west coast. All these gauges are to the west of the earthquake zone and the detided sea levels show first a rise in sea level with the arrival of the tsunami, and then a sharp decrease. Spectral and wavelet analysis of the detided series show that the maximum amplitude was at a period of 35-45 minutes, with another maximum around 20 minutes. Along the Indian east coast, however, there is another broad peak between 1-2 hours within the first few hours after the first tsunami wave
