Development of Institution Structure of Agriculture Resources Management at Pesantren
Multirole of pesantren demand are very complex and dynamic in human development and agriculture development. Pesantrens who have noble values, the spiritual capital as well as agricultural resources are expected to drive the development of agriculture. However, the problem complexity that exist bring pesantren to changes overall and continuously to achieve its goals. This study aims to identify the key elements of the development of the institutional structure of agricultural resource management at pesantren, and also strategy formulation as well as institutional model implementation. Analysis of the institutional structure used Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), and prioritizing implementation models strategies used Exponential Comparative Method (ECM). Financing institutions identified as key elements of institutional structures at pesantren has agricultural resources. Pesantren as social institutions have the potential of agricultural resources managed by the cooperative venture or other productive enterprises. The agency is highly dependent on the financial institutions supporting with a particular scheme in order to promote the sustainability of educational activities and business management that grew up in pesantren. Institutional management of agricultural resources is reinforced by economic institutional community based on faith and good deeds that create a balance of material and spiritual well as the interests of the individual and society. Priority implementation strategy including the competency development of HR pesantren, pesantren leadership cadre and the development of vision-mission in accordance with the paradigm of sustainable development
ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMASARAN GYM DAN SWIMMING POOL YHI WHELLNESS HOTEL MELIA PUROSANI YOGYAKARTA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran gym dan
swimming Pool YHI Whellness Hotel Melia Purosani Yogyakarta.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan metode survai dengan teknik pengambilan datanya menggunakan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian member gym dan swimming pool YHI Whellness Hotel Melia Purosani Yogyakarta. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampel non probability purposive sampling, dengan kriteria responden berstatus member tetap minimal member 1 bulan. Sebagian populasi dijadikan subyek penelitian, item pertanyaan angket sebanyak 45 item dinyatakan valid.
Pengambilan data ini menggunakan teknik penyebaran kuesioner pada member tetap. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi pemasaran gym dan swimming pool YHI Whellness Hotel Melia Purosani Yogyakarta secara keseluruhan adalah berkategori baik dengan persentase 53%. Apabila dilihat dari masing-masing faktor dapat diketahui bahwa yang termasuk dalam kategori baik adalah faktor produk (56%), harga (61%), tempat (43%), promosi (56%), proses (59%) dan pelayanan (59%). Sedangkan faktor karyawan termasuk dalam kategori kurang baik yaitu sebesar 47%.

Potret Kebijakan Pengendalian Demam Berdarah Dengue di Kabupaten Indramayu
Dengue haemorrhagic fever (DHF) still becomes health problem in Indramayu district. The objective of this research is to identify the priority elements of DHF controlling policy in Indramayu district according to 35 experts using analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The result of the research provides information that the “main strategy” of DHF controlling is the improvement of healthy living environment; the “main actor” is the Government of Indramayu district; the “main factor” is the environment; the “main objective” is zero DHF in Indramayu district; and the “main criteria” is the quantity and quality of human resources. Based on this data, in order to implement the main strategy effectively, the Government of Indramayu district should increase the interprogram and inter-institu-tional cooperation; provide technological, funding, and facilities of environment health education supports; increase the quality of Puskesmas services and develop the DHF controlling team in all administrative level
Temperature analysis of ZnO/p-Si heterojunction using thermionic emission model
Two ZnO/p-Si heterojunction diode structures are modeled based on thermionic emission in numerical computation environment, and their current-voltage characteristics were validated in Spice with 500 Ω and 5 kΩ load resistance. Both structures are differentiated based on thickness, metal size, and doping concentration. Parameters extracted such as barrier height, ideality factor, activation energy, series resistance, and shunt resistance are studied towards temperature-dependent study from 300 K to 673 K. Structure 1 proved to be exhibiting lower barrier height , series resistance and shunt resistance while structure 2 has lower ideality factor, activation energy, and turn on voltage. Modeling the ideality factor of structure 2 predicts a value of 0.25 at 673 K. Meanwhile, the turn on voltage of structure 2 is shown to achieve 0.8 V at room temperature. Barrier heights for structure 1 are reported to increase from 0.68 eV to 1.17 eV when temperature varies from 300 K to 673 K but series resistance and shunt resistance decreases with temperature

Pedagogi, Andragogi dan Heutagogi sebagai Kontinum di Perguruan Tinggi: Deskripsi dan Model Pengukuran
This study aims to apply the pedagogical, andragogical and heutagogy approaches together in the lecture/learning process. This approach has novelty because there is no empirical evidence regarding the use of the three together in the classroom. This research was conducted in order to investigate the implementation of the three in the classroom using a descriptive quantitative approach by first checking the measurement model of the three. The sample in this study was 316 students voluntarily filling out electronic questionnaires. The collected data will be analyzed using a measurement model to investigate the validity and reliability of the model. Its constructs and indicators. The results of the research using the measurement model show that the three constructs are valid and reliable constructs. The indicators that make up the construct are also valid and reliable indicators. Descriptive statistics show that the lecture process in the midst of a pandemic is dominated by the andragogical approach. The heutagogical approach as the ideal approach used in higher education shows the lowest average response. Further research can be conducted by analyzing the relationship between the approaches as a continuum

Determination of Iron and Zinc Absorption by Local Isolates of Saccharomyces cerevisiae to Produce Iron and Zinc in Organic Form
Iron (Fe) and Zinc (Zn) play important role in health both of live stock and human. Fe and Zn in organic form were claimed increasing their viabilities. They bind to certain amino acid formed as a product of microbial metabolism. The Amount Fe and Zn absorbed may indicated the Fe and Zn organic produced. The aim of the study is to determine the absorption of microelement of Fe and Zn by local isolates of Saccharomyces cerevisiae to produce Fe and Zn in organic forms. S. cerevisae BCC F0205, BCC F0206, and BCC F0214 were treated with Fe or Zn 10 ppm to obtain S. cerevisae which has the highest of total concentration of Fe and Zn. Selected isolate was then treated with Fe or Zn respectively 2.5, 5, 10 ppm and their combination. Fe and Zn absorbed by isolates were measured by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). The results show that S. cerevisae BCC F0205, BCC F0206, and BCC F0214 treated with 10 ppm Fe or Zn contained total concentration of Fe respectively 1.57, 3.07, 2.24 ppm and total concentration of Zn respectively 2.34, 3.20, 3.13 ppm. Then, S. cerevisae BCC F0206 treated with 2.5, 5, 10 ppm Fe or Zn, absorbed Fe 1.45, 0.50, 0.94 ppm and Zn 0.73, 0.38, 0.53 ppm respectively. Furthermore, combination of Fe and Zn (2.5:2.5, 5:5, 10:10 ppm) produce absorption of Fe 3.10, 2.13, 3.67 ppm and Zn 0.11, 0.10, 0.28 ppm per gram S. cerevisae BCC F0206. Percentages of absorption by S. cerevisae are up to 100% for Fe and up to 47.20% for Zn. In conclusion, this study indicated that S. cerevisae BCC F0206 absorb Fe and Zn higher than BCC F0205 and BCC F0214 and there are antagonistic interactions found between Fe and Zn in this research
