diplomové práce "Výběr uchazečů o zaměstnání" Anika Rychlíková Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výběru uchazečů o zaměstnání, a to jak z pohledu personalistiky, tak zejména jeho právní úpravou. Z právního hlediska se nezaměřuje jen na obecnou úpravu právních vztahů před vznikem pracovních vztahů, ale zvláštní pozornost je věnována také dvěma nejzásadnějším právní aspektům výběru uchazečů, kterými jsou úprava rovného zacházení a zákazu diskriminace a ochrany osobních údajů. Cílem této diplomové práce je poskytnout co nejkomplexnější pohled na problematiku výběru uchazečů o zaměstnání, a to ve vzájemném kontextu personalistických zásad a zvyklostí a právní úpravy. Dalším cílem je upozornit na nedostatky účinné právní úpravy a předeslat návrhy na jejich odstranění. Práce je zpracována především metodou popisu a rozboru, dále je také využívána aplikace právních norem v personální praxi. Na základě toho autorka práce hodnotí účinnou právní úpravu, poukazuje na nejproblematičtější ustanovení a navrhuje úpravu de lege ferenda. Formálně je práce rozdělena do pěti kapitol. Účelem první z nich je zasadit proces výběru uchazečů do kontextu ostatních personální činností směřujících k obsazení volného pracovního místa. From the point of view of the legislation, the thesis focuses not only on the general regulation of relations before the relationships under the labour law, but also on the two most essential legal aspects of selection of job seekers that are the right to equality and non-discrimination and the protection of personal data. The main goal of this thesis is to present complex view on the topic of selection of job seekers in the context of personnel management principles and values and the legislation thereof. Another goal is to point out the shortcomings of current legislation and introduce the proposals for its elimination. The thesis uses the method of description and analysis and elaborates on the application of legal norms in the personnel management praxis. On the basis of such methods the author evaluates effective legislation, points out the most problematic provisions and suggests their alternations de lege ferenda. Hlavním tématem diplomové práce jsou cenové kalkulace zakázkové výroby ve společnosti KPB INTRA s.r.o. Bučovice. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou definovány teoretické poznatky vycházející z odborné literatury týkající se nákladů a kalkulací včetně jejich výpočtů. Praktická část se poté zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu zpracování zakázkových kalkulací ve vybraném podniku. Závěrem je provedeno kritické zhodnocení získaných výsledků provedené analýzy a jsou navrženy varianty pro zpřesnění a zlepšení používané metodiky.The main objective of the thesis is price calculation of a custom production in company KPB INTRA s.r.o. Bučovice. The thesis consist of two parts, first is theoretical part and second is practical part. Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for its Improvement

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení finanční situaci vybrané společnosti AXIVA CZ s. r. o. Kyjov za období 2014 – 2018. Práce je rozdělena celkem do čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole jsou popsány cíle a metody zpracování. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na teoretickou část včetně popsaných konkrétních ukazatelů. Ty jsou dále využity v následující části, kde se nachází analýza současného stavu. V poslední kapitole je na základě vyhodnocení výsledků navrhnuto konkrétní opatření ke zlepšení finanční situace vybrané společnosti.This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the selected company AXIVA CZ s. r. o. Kyjov for the period 2014 – 2018. The thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter are described objectives and processing methods. The second chapter focuses on the theoretical part including described specific ones indicators. These are used in the next chapter, where is analysis of the current situation. In the last chapter is on the base of results propose measures to improve the financial situation of the selected company.

ABSTRACT: This thesis is focused on the reading literacy issues of pupils with other mother tongue in primary education. The aim of this work is to analyse and describe the contemporary state of reading literacy skills of pupils with other mother tongue in inclusive education context. The foreigners children have to overcome the social and cultural differences as well as the language barrier. In order to be successfully included into the education system, and consequently into our society, the pupils need to learn Czech language at the best level they are able to. The structure of this work is divided into two parts - the theoretical and practical one. There were quantitative and qualitative methods used in the research. The individual aims of this work were analysed, processed and discussed based on the results of the two research phases and description of good practice examples from Finland. Výuka cizích jazyků ve waldorfské škole v teorii a praxi

This thesis deals with teaching foreign languages at Waldorf schools. It focuses on language lessons at the primary level. The theoretical part introduces the basic principles of Waldorf pedagogy and its language concept from the point of anthroposophy. The practical part describes the specific didactics aproach in foreign language teaching. Selected aspects are compared during observations and interviews with Waldorf school teachers of grades 1 to 5. In the final part the conclusions are made which could serve as inspiration for foreign language teaching at traditional elementary schools
