Study of the doubly charmed tetraquark T+cc

    Get PDF
Quantum chromodynamics, the theory of the strong force, describes interactions of coloured quarks and gluons and the formation of hadronic matter. Conventional hadronic matter consists of baryons and mesons made of three quarks and quark-antiquark pairs, respectively. Particles with an alternative quark content are known as exotic states. Here a study is reported of an exotic narrow state in the D0D0π+ mass spectrum just below the D*+D0 mass threshold produced in proton-proton collisions collected with the LHCb detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The state is consistent with the ground isoscalar T+cc tetraquark with a quark content of ccu⎯⎯⎯d⎯⎯⎯ and spin-parity quantum numbers JP = 1+. Study of the DD mass spectra disfavours interpretation of the resonance as the isovector state. The decay structure via intermediate off-shell D*+ mesons is consistent with the observed D0π+ mass distribution. To analyse the mass of the resonance and its coupling to the D*D system, a dedicated model is developed under the assumption of an isoscalar axial-vector T+cc state decaying to the D*D channel. Using this model, resonance parameters including the pole position, scattering length, effective range and compositeness are determined to reveal important information about the nature of the T+cc state. In addition, an unexpected dependence of the production rate on track multiplicity is observed

110 healthy apes of the different age hamadryads have been examined. The aim is to determine the phenotypical and functional special features of the peripheric blood mononucleares and cells of the lymph nodes of the apes of the hamadryds in comparative aspect in the order of the Primates (apes, man). It has been determined that the T- and B-lymphocytes of the apes express the majority of the surface antigens which recognize the monoclonal antibodies (MoAB) against the man's leucocytic antigens and that the part of MoAB possessing the agonistic activity for lymphocytes of the apes regulates their activation and differentiation processes, i.e. they recognize their functional homologues among apes. The specified crossed reactivity of the lymphocytes among apes with all the studied MoAB is very important for understanding prodesses of the standard differentiation of the lymphoid cells among Primates including man, and also for development of the immunocorrection and immunotherapy methods of different pathological man's states.Available from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio

Using the mice of the inbred lines, the genetic determination of the metabolizing activity of the cytochrome P-450 system has been confirmed, the homology of its oxidating phenotypes, established earlier for the human population, has been proved. It has been established, that inspecific supression of activity of the cytochrome P-450 system of the liver with the effect of the medium factors also depends on the phenotype of oxidation. The functional activity of the liver monooxigenases influences on the expressiveness of the anaphylactic shock. The possibility of reducing the dose of the promedicines of the fluorafur without loss of the antitumor activity due to the biotransformation induction has been shown. In the course of the screening investigations, the direction of the development of preparators-inductors of cytochromt P-450 has been determined at the modification of structures N-phenylpyrasol and adamanthane.Available from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio

The purpose of the work: to examine the variations of the degree of the blood serum glycoproteins glycosilating at the different physiological and pathological states and to evaluate the functional role of the glycan chains of these proteins. It has been established, that the degree of glycosilating of the sum glycoproteins and transferrine of the premature children and children with hypotrophy is being increased. The law variation of the structure of the blood orosomucoid glycan chains has been proved. It has been established, that growth-stimulating and antioxidant activity of transferrine in vitro depends on the degree of the its sialating. The presentation about the relative independence of regulating of metabolism of the glycan and polypeptide chains of glycoproteins has been formulated. Developed and introduced in operation of the Institute has been electrophoretic method of determination of the content and degree of glycosilating of the blood serum transferrine. The obtained data can be used for the justification of selection of the additional prognostic tests at the evaluation of heaviness of hypotrophy and prematurely born children.Available from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio

THE INFLUENCE OF THE NATURAL AND ANTHROPOGENOUS PHYSICAL FACTORS ON THE ORGANISM DEVELOPMENT

The influence of the natural factors of the outside medium on the state of the ferment status of leucocytes of 346 children from the period of the birth to 13 years old, and of 287 grown-up at the age of 18 to 62 years has been investigated. The factors of the outside medium change the ontogenetic constants for the cytochemical indicators by 10 to 20%. The reaction of organism to the outside natural factors is being determined by its age, sex and the health state. At the physiologically processing pregnancy, the effect of the outside medium factors is more important in the second half of the pregnancy. The reaction of the organism to the outside stimuli (phisical effects, the effect of the medicinal preparations) depends on the initial state of the ferment status and can be predicted by the probe in vitro. Unfavourable influence of the physical factors of the outside medium can be decreased with the aid of the cofactors and substrates (FMN, lipoic acid, limotar). The computer program has been created for the evaluation of the individual stability of the organism to the natural physical factors. The mathematical algorithms, lying in the base of the program, allow to create the normatives of the cytochemical analyses for each day of the calendar year.Available from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio

The purpose of the work: to study the pharmacological activity of the derivatives of 1,4-benzodiasepine; to reveal its selective anxyolytic action, depending on the chemical structure and the mechanisms of interaction of the active compounds with GAMC-benzodiasepine receptor complex. The new compound BD-1158, being able to cause anxyolytic tranquil-activatink effect in the range of 1 to 5 mg/kg doses, not accompanied with the sedation, sleeping and myorelaxing action, has been studied morphologically. It has been established, that introduction of atom C*001 into the phenyl group in position C*005 of the hydasepam molecule increase the pharmacological efficiency of the compounds, but decreases the degree of the anxyoslectivity. The replacement of hydrasine group with the metoxygroup in positions N*001 increase the degree of the anxyoselectivity of these compounds.Available from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
