ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA DALAM PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIKA PADA SOAL BERBASIS LITERASI NUMERASI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam pemecahan masalah matematrika pada soal berbasis literasi numerasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan subyek peneltiian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Nurul Iman. Untuk menguji kredibilitas data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi sumber dari ke tiga sumber diatas. Teknik analisis datanya dilakukan dengan Reduksi data dilakukan untuk menyeleksi data yang hanya diperlukan untuk analisis data agar lebih mudah, penyajian data meliputi pengklasifikasian dan identifikasi data yaitu menuliskan data yang terorganisir dan terkategori, kemudian peneliti mencoba untuk menarik kesimpulan berdasarkan tema dengan tujuan untuk menemukan makna dari data yang telah dikumpulkan. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Siswa berkemampuan matematika tinggi dapat memenuhi empat indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam memecahkan masalah soal berbasis literasi numerasi, yaitu mampu merumuskan pokok-pokok permasalahan dan mengungkapkan fakta yang ada, mampu mendeteksi bias dan menentukan konsep untuk menyelesaikan soal, mampu mengerjakan soal sesuai rencana, mampu memeriksa kembali jawaban, menggunakan cara lain, dan menarik kesimpulan. (2) Siswa berkemampuan matematika sedang dapat memenuhi 2 indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam memecahkan masalah soal berbasis literasi numerasi, yaitu mampu merumuskan pokok-pokok permasalahan dan mengungkapkan fakta yang ada, mampu menyelesaikan soal dan mampu mengerjakan soal sesuai rencana
An in silico study on Antidiabetic activity DPP-IV inhibitorsand bioactive compounds Boesenbergia pandurata Roxb
Diabetes type 2 is a disease caused by a metabolic disorder. One of treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus is focused on incretin hormone. Glucagon like peptide – 1 (GLP-1) is a insulintropic agent and plays a role in regulation of blood glucose. GLP-1 interacts with GLP-1R so the blood sugar level increases. DPP – IV is inhibitor are important biological target related for the treatmen of type 2 diabetes mellitus. DPP-IV inhibitor from drug synthetic have some side effect therefore develop natural DPP-IV inhibitor by in silico approaches. This research is study molecular interaction between DPP – IV inhibitor drug synthetic on the market was sitagliptin, vildagliptin, saxagliptin, anagliptin and alogliptin with compare bioactive ligan from Boesenbergia pandurata Roxb such as alipinetin, pinocembrin, pinostrobin, cardamonin, panduratin. The metodology used in the research is molecular docking using docking software. The results showed that DPP – IV inhibitor with vildagliptin had the best binding energy 15.49 Kcal/mol and torsional energy 19.69. Based on the analysis of docking in silico DPP-IV inhibitors with active compound Boesenbergia pandurata Roxb has binding energy 2.39 Kcal/mol and torsional energy 5.5 and can be used as an antidiabetic drug candidate
Sintesis Nanopartikel Bovine Serum Albumin Kombinasi Cisplatin dan Asam Folat Sebagai Kandidat Antikanker
Kanker adalah penyakit tidak menular yang menyebabkan morbiditas dan mortalitas di seluruh wilayah dunia. Salah satu pengobatan kanker adalah dengan menggunakan obat kemoterapi cisplatin. Namun cisplatin memiliki efek samping yang bersifat toksik jika dikonsumsi dalam dosis dan waktu tertentu. Kombinasi nanopartikel bovine serum albumin (BSA) yang mengandung cisplatin dikembangkan dengan modifikasi ikatan menggunakan asam folat sebagai solusi alternatif meminimalisir efek toksik yang dihasilkan dan mengoptimalkan sistem pengiriman obat. Tujuan penelitian adalah sintesis kombinasi nanopartikel BSA yang mengandung cisplatin dan modifikasi ikatan menggunakan asam folat sebagai kandidat antikanker. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui sintesis dengan metode desolvasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nanopartikel BSA yang dikombinasi dengan cisplatin dan asam folat telah berhasil disintesis. Analisis FT-IR menunjukkan bahwa ada gugus fungsi O-H alkohol, C-H, C-C, NO2 yang berperan dalam sintesis nanopartikel. Analisis XRD menunjukkan adanya pergeseran peak dari NP-BSA 31,69 menjadi As-CP-NP-BSA 34,45; ukuran nanopartikel NP-BSA 2,38 nm dan As-CP-NP-BSA 2,62 nm sedangkan analisis SEM-EDX diketahui ada unsur C, O, Mg, Cl dan Pt
PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN PEMBELAJARAN MIND MAPPING TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIKA SISWA SMP.NEGERI 16 KUPANG
The aim of this study was to develop valid mathematics learning media, practical, and effective categories with mind mapping learning method. This learning media was developed to improve students understanding concept in mathematics at SMP N 16 Kupang City. This study was Reaserch and Development (R&D). Products here were lesson plan (LP) and students’ worksheet (SW). The design of this study was ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement,andEvaluate). The instrument here was validation sheet, students’ responsive questionary, and concept understanding test sheet. The result in term of valid category, this learning media was valid and the validation score for the first learning media was 3.42 and the second learning media 3,58. In term of practical category, this learning media was practical, so it can be used, and the average score of students’ responsive questionary was 84. In term of effectiveness, this learning media was very effective with score of 80%. Therefore, the development of learning media with mind mapping method to improve students concept understanding in mathematics for students at SMPN 16 Kupang city in this study was valid, practical, and effective, so it can be implemented in the learning process. 
ANALISIS BERPIKIR KRITIS MATEMATIS DALAM PEMECAHAN MASALAH DI SMK NEGERI 4 KUPANG
This study aims to analyze the ability to think critically mathematically in solving problems at class IX at SMK Negeri 4 Kupang. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used was a written test with a total of three description questions and interviews. The subjects in this study were three students who were selected from 30 students in class IX at SMK Negeri 4 Kupang. Among them are students with high critical thinking skills, students with moderate critical thinking skills and students with low critical thinking skills to be interviewed regarding the answers they have written and explore critical thinking from the subject. In analyzing the data there are several parts, namely data reduction, data display, and consultation drawing/verification. Data reduction (Data reduction), Data presentation (Data display). The results of this study indicate that students who have high abilities (R1) fulfill the six indicators of critical thinking. Students who have moderate abilities (R3) who meet several indicators of the six indicators of critical thinking. Among them, a) Focus, b) Reason, c) Inference, d) Situation, e) Clarity. Students who have low abilities (R28) only fulfill a few critical thinking indicators, including, a) Focus, b) Situation, c) Clarity
ANALISIS PROSES BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA DALAM PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIKA PADA POKOK BAHASAN POLA DAN BARISAN BILANGAN
This study aims to analyze how students’ critical thingking processes in solving mathematical problems on the subject of patterms and sequences of numbers of students at SMP N 3 Fatuleu Tengah Satap. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Class VIII at SMP N 3 Fatuleu Tengah Satap, in solving patern and number sequence material questions the instrument provided in this study were 1) Critical Thingking test sheets, 2) Interviews, 3) Documentation. Documentation data analysis in this study,namely, 1) Data reducation, 2) presentation of data, 3) drawing conclusion/verivication based on data analysis, it can be concluded that 3 students with high mathematical abilities can go thourgh 4indicators and stages of the critical thingking process consisting of clarification (understand the problem), analysis (analysis the problem). Completion strategies (solving problems), and inference (making conclusions) on medium mathematical abilities students only go through the clarification and analysis stages but do not fulfill the strategy and inference stages and students with low mathematical abilities, namely students who interprect critical thingking on the answer sheet but are incomplete in answering
PENINGKATAN PRSTASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA DENGAN PENDEKATAN PEMBELAJARAN AKTIF MENGGUNAKAN STRATEGI TUTOR SEBAYA
This research is intended to find out how much student’s achievements are by applying peer tutoring strategies in mathematics in class VIIG MTs N Kota Kupang City. The study used was a qualitative study with the learning strategy applied was a Peer Tutoring Strategy. The research subjects were Grade VIIG students of MTs N Kota Kupang City in the 2019/2020 academic year totaling 31 students the observed and measured variable in the student’s mathematics learning achievement. The results of the study explained that increasing student mathematics leraning achievement in the learning process that is with peer tutoring strategies learning with peer tutors is learning done with student peers. 
Analisis Kesalahan Matematis Siswa Dengan Menggunakan Graded Response Models (GRM) Di SMP Negeri 5 Kupang
This qualitative descriptive study aims to determine the mathematical errors made by students using Graded Response Models on the triangle and square materials at class VII-C SMP Negeri 5 Kupang 2022/2023. The subject of this research is class VII-C SMP Negeri 5 Kupang, while the object is the students' mathematical errors using Graded Response Models (GRM). Data were analyzed based on the test results, interview results, and documentation and using Graded Response Models (GRM). The study shows that the mathematical errors of the students in class VII-C SMP Negeri 5 Kupang are in the high, medium, and low categories. High ability students consist of 4 students, medium ability students (7 students), and low ability students (4 students)
SINTESIS DAN KARAKTERISASI GRAPHENE OXIDE (GO) DARI TEMPURUNG KELAPA DAN APLIKASINYA SEBAGAI KATALIS NANOKOMPOSIT GO-Fe3O4 UNTUK DEGRADASI KLORAMFENIKOL SECARA FENTON-LIKE PROCESS
Telah dilakukan sintesis dan karakterisasi nanokomposit graphene oxide dari
tempurung kelapa (GO)-Fe3O4 untuk degradasi kloramfenikol secara Fenton-like
process. Graphene oxide dapat dibuat dengan menggunakan metode Hummer’s dan
dilakukan sintesis nanokomposit dengan Fe3O4 kemudian dilakukan karakterisasi
dengan XRD, FTIR, SEM dan Raman spektroskopi. Nanokomposit GO-Fe3O4
digunakan untuk mendegradasi kloramfenikol (CAP) menggunakan Fenton-like
process. Degradasi dilakukan memnggunakan variasi pH, massa katalis, suhu dan
waktu. Hasil optimasi parameter degradasi menunjukkan bahwa degradasi CAP
terjadi pada pH 3, dengan massa katalis 0,5 g/L, selama 90 menit dan pada suhu
30°C. Membandingkan dengan nanopartikel Fe3O4, tingkat degradasi
nanokomposit GO-Fe3O4 memiliki reusabilitas yang sangat baik dan dapat dengan
mudah dipisahkan dari larutan dengan medan magne
