Nilai Kerukunan Umat Beragama dalam Tradisi Merti Bumi Tunggularum Kabupaten Sleman

Indonesia is known for its variety of tradition. The ritual of Merti Bumi Tunggularum is among the important traditions which has not been explored in studies. This study explores the origin of Merti Bumi tradition, especially related to the community values of religious harmony. This study employs a qualitative-descriptive approach. The results of this study highlight that: (1) The tradition of Merti Bumi Tunggularum is referred to the respected figure of Kyai Tunggul Wulung, in which his death is commemorated through the ritual of annual Haul held in the community in the month of Sapar 21st. This annual haul has been developed into various traditions, including the Carnival of the Merti Bumi and some other related ceremonies. (2) The ritual of Merti Bumi reflects community’s value of religious harmony as it involves tolerance, equality and mutual cooperation among people from various religious backgrounds in the society.[Indonesia dikenal dengan keragaman tradisinya. Ritual Merti Bumi Tunggularum adalah salah satu tradisi berharga yang belum dieksplorasi dalam studi ilmiah. Penelitian ini menelusuri awal mula tradisi Merti Bumi, terutama yang beekenaan dengan nilai-nilai kerukunan umat beragama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa: (1) Tradisi Merti Bumi Tunggularum merunut pada tokoh Kyai Tunggul Wulung yang sangat dihormati, yang kematiannya diperingati melalui ritual Haul tahunan yang diadakan pada bulan Sapar ke 21. Peringatan ini telah dikembangkan menjadi berbagai tradisi, termasuk upacara Merti Bumi dan upacara lainnya yang berkaitan. (2) Ritual Merti Bumi mencerminkan nilai kerukunan beragama masyarakat karena memegang teguh toleransi, kesetaraan, dan gotong royong timbal balik pada semua lapisan masyarakat dengan berbagai latar belakang agama yang berbeda-beda.

PENGGUNAAN MEDIA KARET DALAM PEMBELAJARAN LOMPAT TINGGI PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

Setiap cabang olah raga memerlukan keterampilan, keberanian, kesenangan dan percaya diri tertentu dalam melakukan agar hasilnya bisa maksimal. Demikian juga halnya dengan cabang olah raga lompat tinggi. Namun kenyataannya tidak  semua murid masih memperoleh hasil yang kurang baik dalam melakukan lompat tinggi, seperti penulis amati pada siswa kelas IV SDN Majasuka I. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran lompat tinggi mengalami masalah yang harus dicari solusinya. Guru  menerapkan  permainan  karet gelang  dalam  pembelajaran  lompat  jauh  gaya  jongkok  agar  siswa  dapat bermain dan terbiasa saat melakukan tolakan dalam proses lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas IV SDN Majasuka I. hasil penelitian menunjukkan media karet dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam melakukan lompat jauh

Sufisme Perkotaan dan Nalar Beragama Inklusif

Social conflicts rises frequently because of religious crisis that preceded religious truth claims over the interpretation and strength of religious exclusiveness. This spiritual crisis made uneasy by religious leaders that led to the various assemblies of dhikr or city Sufism, one panel of Jamaat Muji Prophet (Jamuro). This descriptive qualitative study was conducted using deep interviews, relevant documentations and observation This research aimed to determine (1) how the background standing, (2) public response and (3) the role played by the Assembly Jamaat Muji Prophet (Jamuro) in deradicalization efforts of religious movements. This research used qualitative as well as descriptive approaches. Data was obtained by deep interview, observation, and relevant documentations. The results of this study are: first, Jamuro founded in 2004 in Surakarta by Islamic theologians, kyai, habib, and Islamic figures from Nahdliyin to preserve the tradition of clerical predecessors in preaching . This movement aimed to continue Islamic propaganda tradition by earlier ulamas. The diversity of the radical movement in Surakarta contributed to the birth of Jamuro in hopes of reviving spirituality in town disappearing and the number of radical Islamic movements. (2) Most of communities accepted Majlis Jamuro, so that it derived others, like Jimat (Jamaah Iman Manteb Ati Tentrem) and Tomat (Tobat Maksiat). Expanding its range not only in the former residency of Surakarta and its surroundings, even Semarang. (3) Jamuro in the context of de-radicalization seen in its efforts to fortify themselves from the many familiar and radical Islamic movements through Tausyiah which will hopefully prevent jama'ahnya to commit violence in the name of religion

Analisis Teori Pilihan Rasional Terhadap Transformasi Madrasah

Madrasa transformation from time to time is based on rational choice which decisioned by leaders, managers, and society. Within the perspective of RCT, that rational choice prefer to the economic concept of making profis and inhibiting loss. As the transformation of the earlier educational institution, Madrasa Nizhamiyah depicts rational choice from its historical background, implemented educational practices, qualifiation of its graduates, andsociety responses towards it. Rational choice which generally bases madrasa transformation in Indonesia is heterogeneous. It shows from non-cooperative action with the government (madrasa in the era of colonization); cooperative action with the government (madrasa in the era of the old order); cooperative action with society needs and working world (madrasa in the era of the new order) and the inclusive-predictive action with the world development (madrasa in the era of reformation and globalization)

Sumber Pendidikan Islam Dalam Perspektif Al-Qur’an: Tafsir Tarbawi Term Tarbiyyah dan Ta’lim

Artikel ini bertujuan memformulasikan sumber pendidikan Islam melalui implementasi metode tafsir tarbawi tematis yang ditujukan pada ayat-ayat yang memuat term Rabb dan derivasinya sebagai representasi pendidikan Islam dalam konteks tarbiyyah; dan ayat-ayat yang memuat term „Allama dan derivasinya sebagai representasi pendidikan Islam dalam konteks ta‟lim. Ada tiga temuan artikel ini. Pertama, dari 977 term Rabb dan derivasinya dalam Al-Qur‟an, 972 term menunjuk Allah Swt sebagai sumber pendidikan; dan 5 term menunjuk manusia sebagai sumber pendidikan. Sedangkan dari 41 term „Allama dan derivasinya, 24 ayat menunjuk Allah Swt sebagai sumber pendidikan; dan 17 term menunjuk makhluk selain Allah Swt sebagai sumber pendidikan, terutama manusia. Kedua, sumber pendidikan Islam menurut perspektif Al-Qur‟an dalam konteks tarbiyyah dan ta‟lim adalah Allah Swt dan manusia. Ketiga, Allah Swt dan manusia sebagai sumber pendidikan Islam, direalisasikan melalui empat sumber ilmu pengetahuan, yaitu sumber wahyu (Al-Qur‟an dan al-Sunnah), intuisi (ilham dan inspirasi), akal (ijtihad dan penalaran), dan alat indera (terutama pendengaran dan penglihatan). 

Indeks Kualitas Pelayanan Pernikahan di Jawa Tengah

This study aims to reveal how the wedding service quality index in Central Java, how the gap realities andexpectations of society towards services, and analyze the attributes of what priority the improvement inservice wedding in Central Java. The approach used in this study is quantitative. Testing the validity andreliability of the instrument showed some fall and after a further test entirely valid and reliable. Thenumber of samples involved in the study is 1000 obtained with quota purposive random samplingmethod. The study states: 1) Quality Index marriage services in Central Java at 79.08 categorized asgood; 2) All dimensions of service quality both tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance andempathy all is negative, meaning that all of society not as expected 3) gapnya biggest attribute is thattangible aspects of priority improvements on these aspects, without neglecting the other aspect

Implementasi Program Pendampingan Desa dalam Bidang Pertanian di Desa Rimba Besar Kecamatan Semidang Alas Maras Kabupaten Seluma

This study reviews the implementation of the Village Assistance Program in Agriculture in Rimba Besar Village, Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Research conducted by describing a situation or event in the field based on events that have occurred. This study aims to find out what are the village assistance programs in agriculture in Rimba Besar Village, Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency. This problem can be seen from the general picture that the implementation is still not optimal, in terms of the distribution of rice seeds for food crops, usually the distribution of seeds is carried out every 1 year 2 times in 2020 the distribution of rice seeds but what happens in 2021 the distribution of rice seeds is no longer running, and also using rice milling facilities, which are free of charge for rice milling, only for machine maintenance, but the reality is that the community is still charged for the rice milling. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the village mentoring program has been going well, based on the indicators of the implementation of the village assistance program according to M.S Grindlel 1) the resources involved, 2) the benefits obtained 3) the changes achieved.
