Lana burutzeko lehen pauso gisa, autoestimari buruzko errebisio teorikoa egin da, bereziki Haur Hezkuntzan beronen lanketan oinarrituaz, bertako marko teorikoa erabili delarik gero Urtxintxa Proiektua aztertzeko. Azterketa bi esparrutan burutu da, alde batetik, Urtxintxa Proiektuko dokumentu edo euskarri ofizialak eta bestetik, teoria eta praktikaren arteko aldea ikusteko asmoarekin, proiektu hau erabiltzen duten zenbait irakasleri galdesorta bat pasa zaie. Oro har, azterketatik ondorioztatu ahal izan dugu, Urtxintxa proiektuak badituela autoestima lantzeko hainbat gako nahiz eta oraindik zenbait puntu hobe ditzakeen.[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo es investigar si la autoestima se trabaja en el proyecto Urtxintxa llevado a cabo en Educación Infantil en la comunidad de ikastolas, y si lo hace, de que manera lo trabaja. Primeramente se recopiló información referida a la autoestima en Educación Infantil. Basándonos en este marco teórico por un lado, hemos analizado los documentos oficiales del proyecto. Por otro lado, hemos realizado una comparación entre la teoría y la práctica que unen Urtxintxa. Para ello, hemos tranferido una encuesta a diferentes profesores que trabajan con este proyecto. De todo el trabajo, deducimos que Urtxintxa trabaja en diferentes medidas la autoestima pero que aún quedan varias claves en las que profundizar.[EN] The purpose of this paper is to analyze how and to what extent is self-esteem developed in the Urtxintxa program within the Local Ikastolas regarding Preschool. The first step for the proper development of the project has been the theoretical review of the self-esteem term, focusing on the preschool education’s own analysis. This framework will serve on the analysis of the Urtxintxa project. There have been two different sources used in the analysis for the sole purpose of seeing the difference between the theoretical and practical frameworks. On the one hand, the official documents of the Urtxintxa project and on the other hand, questionnaires from actual Urtxintxa users. In short, Urtxintxa project shows several gaps regarding self-esteem, hence, there is a chance for improvement in certain aspects

El sector de las energías renovables ha experimentado un notable crecimiento en años recientes, revelándose como parte esencial del proceso de cambio hacia un modelo de crecimiento económico sostenible. Como en otros sectores de la economía, el sector de las renovables debe preocuparse por planifi car, gestionar y controlar sus procesos de creación de valor de un modo sostenible (en sus tres vertientes: económica, medioambiental y social), precisando nuevas herramientas de análisis y gestión como la que presentamos en este trabajo. Por otro lado, el sector de las renovables, como cualquier otro, no puede obviar su interrelación con el resto de los sectores del sistema económico. De ahí la necesidad de analizar su potencial de creación de valor bajo el marco de un modelo de creación de valor sostenible para el conjunto de la economía de una comunidad, país o región, en el que se pongan de manifiesto las interrelaciones que existen tanto con otros sectores de actividad como con los diversos elementos del entorno natural y social, entre los que el paisaje ocupa un lugar destacado, objeto además de una creciente atención. The renewable energies sector has experienced a remarkable growth in last years, becoming an essential part of the shift towards a sustainable model of economic development. As in other sectors of the economy, the renewable energies one must be concerned about planning, managing and controlling its value creation processes in a sustainable manner (regarding the three sides of the Sustainability concept: economic, environmental and social), and it needs new analysis and management tools as these presented in this paper. On the other hand, the renewable energies sector, as any other, cannot deny its interrelation with the rest of sectors of the economic system. This is why it is imperative to analyse its value creation potential under the framework of a sustainable value creation model for the whole economy of a community, country or region, highlighting the interrelations with other sectors of activity and with the diverse elements of the environmental and social context, among which landscape is in a prominent position and object of a growing attention

Reacción del mercado español de valores a la aprobación de la directiva sobre responsabilidad ambiental

La aprobación de la Directiva Europea sobre Responsabilidad Ambiental ha supuesto un impulso decisivo para promover la adopción de compromisos medioambientales por parte de las empresas europeas, dando fuerza al principio de que “quien contamina, paga”. Aunque la efectividad de la norma no será total hasta que se complete su transposición a la legislación de cada Estado Miembro, se ha considerado de interés analizar si el mercado de capitales español ha reaccionado de algún modo a la aprobación de la Directiva en marzo de 2004. Los resultados no prueban que los inversores españoles consideren relevantes las cuestiones medioambientales en sus decisiones de inversión.The approval of the European Directive on Environmental Liability has meant a decisive step to promote the commitment of European companies with the environment, enhancing the “polluters pay” principle. Although the effectiveness of the norm will not be complete until its transposition into the regulatory framework of each Member Estate, it has been considered of interest to analyse whether the Spanish capital market has reacted in some way to the approval of the Directive in march 2004. The results do not prove that Spanish investors are considering environmental issues to be relevant when making investment decisions

Assessing Sustainability-Related Systematic Reputational Risk through Voting Results in Corporate Meetings: A Cross-Industry Analysis

[Abstract]: This research uses Sharpe’s single-index model to analyze voting results in corporate meetings, thus assessing whether voting results at the corporate level are influenced by aggregated voting results at the industry level. We use a sample of votes regarding managerial proposals concerning executive election and compensation. The companies involved are included in the five most represented industries in NASDAQ, and the analysis focuses on the 2003–2017 period. The votes were disclosed by institutional investors who are especially concerned with corporate governance and sustainability issues, so we consider that they reflect sustainability-driven decisions. Based on previous research linking voting results to reputational consequences, we assess the systematic component of sustainability-related reputational risk within these five industries, finding significant differences among them. Thus, although the systematic component of sustainability-related reputational risk appears to be strong for financial and technological companies, it is weak for healthcare, consumer services, and capital goods companies. Implications for researchers and practitioners are reported
