In Artistic Gymnastics, the performance is determined by the execution of a series of movements based on a model established and gathered in the Code of Punctuation Therefore, the aim of this research is to study if the number and level of difficulty composing all diagonals executed in floor exercise predicts and influences in a positive way the final punctuation of the gymnast. For this, a descriptive study was conducted with an observation method, in which 16 floor exercises of 16 gymnasts qualified for the individual final of floor were analyzed in Artistic Gymnastics in the Olympic Games of Peking 2008. The study conclude that the number of difficulties composing all diagonals executed in a floor exercise neither predicts nor influences in a positive way the final score of the gymnast. The results shows that the difficulty level does not predict either nor influences in a positive way the final score of the gymnast, except in case of the Level E.peerReviewe

Greenlight Photoselective Vaporisation of the Prostate in 133 High Surgical Risk Patients: A 5-Year Outcome Study

ABSTRACT Greenlight photoselective vaporisation of the prostate (GPVP) is progressively becoming an established treatment in patients with LUTS because it is a minimally invasive technique that achieves efficient haemostasis, making it the ideal technique for patients at high surgical risk. Material and Methods: To study of 133 patients with an ASA surgical risk score of 3 or 4, undergoing GPVP, with an analysis of perioperative outcome, IPSS, Qmax, IIEF-5 and complications during a five-year follow-up. Results: At 5 years the mean annual improvement in IPSS was stable, and at 5 years there was a 15.2 point improvement versus the preoperative score (p < 0.05). The Qmax showed an improvement of 14.9 ml/sec and was maintained at five years after surgery (p < 0.05). No patients were transfused or suffered urinary incontinence. 2.25% suffered major complications and there were no deaths. 3.1% of patients suffered de novo urgency. In the 5-year follow-up, five patients had to be reoperated. The quality of sexual health assessed by IIEF-5 before the procedure was scored at 14 points; the 5-year follow-up covering the preoperative period and all revisions did not show any worsening in the IIEF-5 score (p > 0.05). Conclusions: Due to its physical characteristics, in our opinion GPVP is now the treatment of choice in patients at high surgical risk. In our series, the risk of major/minor complications and transfusions was much lower than the same risks in conventional techniques. The objective results (Qmax and quality of life questionnaire) are equivalent to conventional techniques and persist over a 5-year follow-up

Ethics Of English On Business Presentation

Business presentation is needed by persons to inform or persuade audience about certain topics. Through the presentation, information are clearly received by audience. So it needs many aspects to do, such as chronological order of presentation; clear language; good attitude and behavior; and polite ethics. Ethics is the standards one uses to determine right from wrong in terms of thought and behavior. It is one of major components of successful presentation. To do that, ones could adopt ethics from their own culture or culture where they are right now, i.e. in abroad. This paper here intends to show ethic of English business presentation and ethic of presentation to public in order to persuade audience to use the product/ program. It means that it is not to use on presentation of national or International seminar because the rule is not so detailed and complicated The business presentation based on the result of research and good communication is necessary to present objective information, therefore public will get clear and objective understanding. In fact, showing strengths on the own products and showing the weaknesses of others are prohibited to save the existence of brands

DNA sequences within glioma-derived extracellular vesicles can cross the intact blood-brain barrier and be detected in peripheral blood of patients

Tumor-cell-secreted extracellular vesicles (EVs) can cross the disrupted bloodbrain barrier (BBB) into the bloodstream. However, in certain gliomas, the BBB remains intact, which might limit EVs release. To evaluate the ability of tumor-derived EVs to cross the BBB, we used an orthotopic xenotransplant mouse model of human glioma-cancer stem cells featuring an intact BBB. We demonstrated that all types of tumor cells-derived EVs−apoptotic bodies, shedding microvesicles and exosomes− cross the intact BBB and can be detected in the peripheral blood, which provides a minimally invasive method for their detection compared to liquid biopsies obtained from cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Furthermore, these EVs can be readily distinguished from total murine EVs, since they carry human-specific DNA sequences relevant for GBM biology. In a small cohort of glioma patients, we finally demonstrated that peripheral blood EVs cargo can be successfully used to detect the presence of IDH1G395A, an essential biomarker in the current management of human gliomaWe are grateful for the financial support from the ‘Fondo de Investigaciones Sanitarias’ (FIS) (PI10/01069 and PI14/00077) and the ‘Miguel Servet Program’ (CP11/00147) from the ‘Instituto de Salud Carlos III’ (AAS), RTC-2015-3846-1 from Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad and FEDER fund
