    Analysis and Simulation of the Leg of an Hexapod Robot for Remote Exploration

    The locomotion system is determined by the terrain conditions. The aim of this paper is to introduce the characteristics and simulation of a hexapod legged robot that can be easily used for exploration of abrupt and harsh terrains, Jike the Rio Tinto environment. A walking robot seems like the best option for this kind of terrain. Some of the advantages are that they do not need continuous terrain, they have less problems with sliding and they also have greater capacity to overcome obstacles as they produce Jess harm to the environment that the scientist wants to explore on the contrary when faced with mechanical design they present a design challenge, also in the static and dynamic analysis problem of a legged robot, there is a high complexity that has to be taken into account. This paper shows how to easily cope with the analysis of hexapod robot movement based on a design developed by the Center of Astrobiology INTA-CSIC for operation in RioTinto (Huelva - Spain)

    La finalidad del presente trabajo, tiene como objetivo mostrar como poco a poco se abren campos a las mujeres, mismos que en tiempos anteriores eran exclusivamente para caballeros; un hecho importante ha sido la incursión de las tecnologías en diferentes áreas del conocimiento, esto ha permitido que si incremente su participación y aprovechando esta oportunidad también se enriquece con la adquisición de nuevas o mejoras en las competencias dentro de las Instituciones Educativas, en específico en la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México (UAEM), lo más interesante es la participación del género femenino en el manejo de las herramientas tecnológicas para la transmisión de conocimientos en las modalidades no presenciales, es decir a distancia o como se conoce el e-learning, usando una plataforma propia de la UAEM, llamada SEDUCA (Servicios Educativos) y que estos servicios iniciaron a partir del año 2006. El sistema especializado en tutoría llamado (SISTEMA DE TUTORIA) SITA, el incremento de mujeres utilizando la herramienta de internet en nuestro país se ha incrementado sustancialmente, en este entorno educativo el manejo de tecnologías, herramientas y plataformas se esta convirtiendo en ayudas para el hacer diario del docente, incrementando sus competencias

    Es una investigación con diseño cuasi experimental, de campo, transversal, comparativo entre trece grupos de estudiantes universitarios de administración y contabilidad, pertenecientes a nivel académico de licenciatura y maestría con análisis estadístico de tipo descriptivo e inferencial. Población compuesta por 5,793 estudiantes de facultades oficial de administración y contabilidad pertenecientes a nivel académico de licenciatura y maestría Con una muestra aleatoria de 2,091: licenciatura, edad promedio 21.4 años, género femenino 59% y estado civil solteros 67%. 2) maestría edad promedio 27.4 años, género femenino 46% y estado civil solteros 52% Material: Cuestionario de Valores y antivalores VALANTI y Test de Valores de Allport Resultados: Existe diferencia significativa de valores entre estudiantes que estudian en diferentes niveles académicos en: Valor Económico, Valor Social y Valor de la Verdad. Observándose que los alumnos entre mayor nivel educativo se encuentran más comprometidos socialmente y se encuentran más apegados a la verdad, reflejo de su práctica ética profesional

    Human missions to Mars is one of the main objectives for scientific space international community and major goals on physiological and biomechanical space research is reduction of muscle atrophy (Fitts, 2000; Zange, 1997). MARES (Muscular Atrophy Research and Exercise System) system is an ergometer to be flown and installed in the International Space Station in the year 2007. This system will allow neuromuscular and gravitational physiology research on orbit. MARES consists of a control electronics that drives a motor, to which a subject .is connected by means of a restraining system named HRS (Human Restraint System). This ergometer can be programmed to work in 14 different modes (Isometric, Isotonic, Isokinetic, Spring, Friction, Additional Moment of Inertia/Mass, Pseudogravitational, Position Control, Velocity Control, Torque/Force Control, Power Control, Physical Elements, Extended Torque/Force Control, Quick Release). All of this modes are available for 11 movements, corresponding to main body joints and movements

    Mechanistic and Crystallographic Studies of Azoreductase AzoA from Bacillus wakoensis A01

    The azoreductase AzoA from the alkali-tolerant Bacillus wakoensis A01 has been studied to reveal its structural and mechanistic details. For this, a recombinant expression system was developed which yields impressive amounts of fully active enzyme. The purified holo enzyme is remarkably solvent-tolerant and thermostable with an apparent melting temperature of 71 °C. The dimeric enzyme contains FMN as a prosthetic group and is strictly NADH dependent. While AzoA shows a negligible ability to use molecular oxygen as an electron acceptor, it is efficient in reducing various azo dyes and quinones. The kinetic and catalytic mechanism has been studied in detail using steady state kinetic analyses and stopped-flow studies. The data show that AzoA performs quinone and azo dye reductions via a two-electron transfer. Moreover, quinones were shown to be much better substrates (kcat values of 100-400 s-1 for several naphtoquinones) when compared with azo dyes. This suggests that the physiological role of AzoA and sequence-related microbial reductases is linked to quinone reductions and that they can better be annotated as quinone reductases. The structure of AzoA has been determined in complex with FMN at 1.8 Å resolution. AzoA displays unique features in the active site providing clues for explaining its catalytic and thermostability features. An uncommon loop, when compared with sequence-related reductases, forms an active site lid with Trp60 acting as an anchor. Several Trp60 mutants have been analyzed disclosing an important role of this residue in the stability of AzoA, while they retained activity. Structural details are discussed in relation to other azo and quinone reductases. This study provides new insights into the molecular functioning of AzoA and sequence-related reductases

The demonstrated property consists of which the logarithmic spiral is a autoisoptic curve, that is to say that if from a point P anyone of the spiral tangent straight lines draw up to the previous arc, these form a constant angle α. This demonstration is novel and in addition we get to contribute a method to calculate the angle α given the equation of the spiral

    AbstractMore and more companies nowadays are opting to broaden their horizons in order to offer their products or services abroad. The need for the export arises from the current economic situation, not only in the Andalusian region but also throughout the rest of Spain. While domestic demand is at a standstill, foreign trade is often the best or the only alternative to safeguard the financial survival of the company. The trading of a product beyond national borders implies requirements or demands in which risks and costs occur. This paper is focused on an important challenge, the transport, particularly the freight transport by rail. Railway transport presents interesting advantages, but also some constraints in reaching every place and potential customer. At this point, its combination or intermodality with the road system has a great value, since the road is the nexus between companies and intermodal chains where the trade takes place. This paper defines the options for the railway transport of freights from the south of Spain to Europe, and studies one particular case, to be used as a guidance for companies interested in exports

    La evasión tributaria es una actividad ilícita y habitualmente está contemplado como delito o como infracción administrativa en la mayoría de los ordenamientos jurídicos y el desarrollo económico es un término relacionado a la capacidad productiva de una nación. La investigación que se presenta tiene como propósito conocer la evasión tributaria y su influencia en el desarrollo económico de las pequeñas y medianas empresas en el distrito de Huaura 2020. Se utilizó las dimensiones de conciencia tributaria, facturación de tributos, infracciones tributarias y delitos tributarios para la variable evasión tributaria y las dimensiones del crecimiento económico y desarrollo de capacidad para la variable del desarrollo económico. La metodología empleada corresponde a una tesis aplicada, nivel descriptivo y método científico. Se utilizó la técnica la ficha de observación y su instrumento la guía de observación. La conclusión refiere sobre la hipótesis general se afirma que la evasión tributaria influye en el desarrollo económico de las pequeñas y medianas empresas en el distrito de Huaura 2020.Tax evasion is an illegal activity and is usually considered a crime or an administrative offense in most legal systems and economic development is a term related to the productive capacity of a nation. The purpose of the research presented is to know tax evasion and its influence on the economic development of small and medium-sized companies in the district of Huaura 2020. The dimensions of tax awareness, tax billing, tax offenses and tax crimes were used to the tax evasion variable and the dimensions of economic growth and capacity development for the economic development variable. The methodology used corresponds to an applied thesis, descriptive level and scientific method. The observation sheet technique was used and its instrument the observation guide. The conclusion refers to the general hypothesis, it is stated that tax evasion influences the economic development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the district of Huaura 2020

    A walking machine is a wheeled rover alternative, well suited for work in an unstructured environment and specially in abrupt terrain. They have some drawback like speed and power consumption, but they can achieve complex movements and protrude very little the environment they are working on. The locomotion system is determined by the terrain conditions and, in our case, this legged design has been chosen based in a working area like Rio Tinto in the South of Spain, which is a river area with abrupt terrain. A walking robot with so many degrees of freedom can be a challenge when dealing with the analysis and simulations of the legs. This paper shows how to deal with the kinematical analysis of the equations of a hexapod robot based on a design developed by the Center of Astrobiology INTA-CSIC following the classical formulation of equation

    Guía de buenas prácticas de desarrollo de aplicaciones web seguras aplicado al sistema control de nuevos aspirantes Empresa Grupo LAAR

    Se elaboró una guía de buenas prácticas para desarrollar aplicaciones web y reducir vulnerabilidades de manejo de sesiones e intérprete de inyección en el Sistema de Control de Nuevos Aspirantes en Empresa GRUPO LAAR de la ciudad Quito. Se aplicó el método científico para elaborar la guía denominada Guía Segura de Aplicaciones Web (GSAW), que contiene principios y pilares de seguridad; se analizó metodologías de riesgos CORAS, PTA y ATAM en la elaboración, con el método experimental se desarrolló dos escenarios de pruebas, el Primero no contiene la guía (GSAW) y el otro si contiene la guía, en ellos se analizó vulnerabilidades existentes con la herramienta OWASP ZAP y el método de puntuación de riesgos DREAD. Con estadística descriptiva se obtuvo los siguientes resultados: en escenario 1 existieron vulnerabilidades de Inyección de Código con riesgo 10, Inyección SQL con riesgo 13, Validación de Sesiones con riesgo 9 y Autenticación de Sesiones con riesgo 10 observándose que la severidad de riesgo es alta y mientras que escenario 2 se detectó solo la vulnerabilidad de Inyección SQL con riesgo 5 con una severidad de riesgo baja. Al implementar la guía (GSAW) en el Sistema de Control de Nuevos Aspirantes en Empresa se logró disminuir vulnerabilidades en el manejo de sesiones e intérprete de inyección. Se recomienda la utilización de la guía GSAW en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web
