MULTICULTURALISM AND SUBCULTURAL IN INDONESIA GENERAL ELECTION 2019

The issue of multiculturalism and subcultural are developing in the even of Indonesian election in 2019 such as democracy, equality in the fields of law, social, political, and cultural, human rights, honesty, justice, political choice, and unfair legal enforcement, so that people tend to split. The problem of this research is what are the cultural perceptions of the Jakarta multicultural community toward the events of the 2019 Election?The case studied was 2019 Elecion and primary data was obtained through interview with 8 informants from Javanese, Batak, Sundanese, Bugis, Chinese, and Betawi subculturs, then confirm by intercultural communication experts, Alo Liliweri. Data were analyzing using Miles and Hubermans models.The result showed that the cultural perception of Jakarta multicultural community was based on subcultural perception, in which Javanese, Batak, and Chinese subcultures tended to support Jokowi, while the Sunda, Betawi, and Bugis subcultures tended to support Prabowo. Nonverbal behavior of subcultural member s regarding 2019 election is oriented towards Dominant Cultures or Indonesian National Culture as parta of Eastern Culture, and also influenced by their family background, profession and personal character.

Strategi Humas PT. Suryacipta Swadaya Untuk Meningkatkan dan Mempertahankan Citra Terhadap Warga Desa Kutanegara–Karawang Timur

The development of industry in Indonesia is very rapid, including the Suryacipta industrial area which is located in the East Karawang-West Java area. Area expansion has always been on the company's agenda in business development efforts, but it have the possibility of causing environmental problems that will affect the demographics of the people around the area. Therefore, the company must try to improve its image by carrying out environmental and other social responsibility programs. The purpose of this study was to determine the public relations strategy of PT. Suryacipta Swadaya in increase and maintaining its image, the obstacles faced, and solutions to solve it. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods, data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The results of the study that PT. Suryacipta Swadaya in general still has a positive image of the people of Kutanegara village by carrying out several public relations strategies that refer to the public relations strategy according to Anwar Arifin. But behind it still leaves environmental and social problems that do not appear on the surface which can potentially become conflicts in the community and can disrupt the stability of industrial areas. Even though, a positive image can be maintained because the majority of people get the economic benefits of the existence of the industrial area. The suggestions given in this research for PT. GAYA KOMUNIKASI CAPRES JOKO WIDODO DAN PRABOWO SUBIANTO PADA PILPRES 2014

Style of communication sometimes can be more important than the content (content) ofcommunication. Many people who understand the content well, but not until the communicationmessage is received or not others because of the inability to convey the message properly. In thecontext of the organization of the state, in order to create a quality relationships between cabinetand people in general to the president, the president needs to develop specific communicationstyles that are part of the character of his personality so that it can contribute to the effectivenessof his administration. The issue to be observed is how the communication style tendencies Jokowiand Prabowo as a presidential candidate in the 2014 presidential election and the communicationstyle based on whether they can be examined personality traits. Norton suggests ten style ofcommunication that is dominant, dramatic, animated expressive, open, argumentative, relaxed,friendly, precise and leaving an impression. Tubbs and Moss mentions six communication stylethat is the controlling style, the equalitarian style, the structuring style, the dynamic style, and thewithdrawal style. ANALYSIS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND WORK MOTIVATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES AND ZAKAT COLLECTION UNITS

This research is a causal quantitative research. The subjects of the study were employees and zakat collection units (UPZ) of Baznas Padang Pariaman Regency and the objects were transformational leadership, work motivation and performance. The population in this study is 75 employees and zakat collection units (UPZ) of Baznas Padang Pariaman Regency. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that: First, transformational leadership and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance with an influence of 72.8% Second transformational leadership has a positive effect on work motivation, contribution of influence by 70.0%, third transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance with an influence relationship of 61.7%, fourth Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance with an influence relationship by 34.2%

KONTRIBUSI PANJANG TUNGKAI, KESEIMBANGAN DAN DAYA LEDAK TUNGKAI TERHADAPKECEPATAN LARI 50 METER PADA MURIDSD INPRES KASSI-KASSI 1 MAKASSAR

ABSTRAK Riswandi. 2019 “Kontribusi Panjang Tungkai, Keseimbangan dan Daya Ledak Tungkai terhadap Kecepatan Lari 50 Meter pada Murid SD Inpres Kassi-Kassi I Makassar”. Skripsi, Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Makassar Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kontribusi panjang tungkai, keseimbangan dan daya ledak tungkai terhadap kecepatan lari 50 meter pada murid SD Inpres Kassi-Kassi I Makassar. Populasi terjangkau penelitian ini adalah seluruh murid putra kelasVI yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh, artinya seluruh populasi terjangkau dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SPSS versi 21 dengan taraf signifikan 95% atau α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Ada kontribusi yang signifikan panjang tungkai terhadap kecepatan lari 50 meter pada murid SD Inpres Kassi-Kassi I Makassar, terbukti rhitung (ro) = 0,663 atau kontribusinya sebesar 66,30%. 2) Ada kontribusi yang signifikan keseimbangan terhadap kecepatan lari 50 meter pada murid SD Inpres Kassi-Kassi I Makassar, terbukti rhitung (ro) = 0,484 atau kontribusinya sebesar 48,40%. 3) Ada kontribusi yang signifikan daya ledak tungkai terhadap kecepatan lari 50 meter pada murid SD Inpres Kassi-Kassi I Makassar, terbukti rhitung (ro) = 0,805 atau kontribusinya sebesar 80,50%. 4) Ada kontribusi yang signifikan panjang tungkai, keseimbangan dan daya ledak tungkai secara bersama-sama terhadap kecepatan lari 50 meter pada murid SD Inpres Kassi-Kassi I, terbukti Rhitung (Ro) = 0,860 atau kontribusinya sebesar 86,00%

Faktor-faktor yang Berpengaruh terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak UMKM yang Terdaftar di KPP Pratama Makassar Utara

Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R square sebesar 0,311 yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM yang terdaftar di KPP Pratama Makassar Utara dipengaruhi oleh variabel sikap wajib pajak, norma subjektif, kewajiban moral, kontrol perilaku yang dipersepsikan, 31,1% dan sisanya 68,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM, norma subjektif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM, kewajiban moral berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM dan kontrol perilaku yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM. Kontrol perilaku yang dipersepsikan merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh dengan nilai B sebasar 4,645 yang paling tinggi diantara variabel yang lain. Analysis of Human Resource Management of Educators in Public Elementary Schools

The problem in this study is the importance of human resource management in improving the professionalism of educators. This study aims to analyze in depth the human resource management of educators carried out in public elementary schools with a research focus on human resource management of educators. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques were interview, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed referring to Miles and Huberman with the following steps data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion making. Data validity uses source and technique triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of human resource management of teaching staff in public elementary schools has been well implemented as seen from management activities, namely (1) planning in the form of staffing plans and short, medium and long term programs. (2) organizing is done through recruitment, orientation, placement and assignment. (3) actuating is done by means of training and development, performance appraisal, and career planning. The Development of a Computer Based Education Management Information System (MIS) Model in Elementary School Bandar Lampung

The general objective of the research is to develop a model of  a computer-based education management information systems (MIS) in Elementary schools   and the specific objectives were to (1) develop a prototype model of an education MIS computer-based; and (2) to develop the procedure Manual of a computer-based education MIS models. The design of the research was research and development proposed by Borg and Gall. The samples were elementary schools in the city of Bandar Lampung. The research procedure were (1) determining the location of the research, (2) collecting data, (3) designing the initial product and validating to the experts, (4) conducting a seminar in the forum group discussion (FGD), and (5) revising the first design. FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGANGGURAN DI SUMATERA BARAT PASCA KRISIS EKONOMI PADA TAHUN 2000-2010

Skripsi ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengangguran pasca krisis ekonomi di Sumatera Barat periode 2000 hingga 2010. Adapun variabel-variabel yang dianalisis adalah Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (Yd), Pertumbuhan Penduduk (Jp), Investasi Swasta (Is), dan Upah Minimum Regional (w). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis bagaimana hubungan variabel Yd, Jp, Is, dan w serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kebijakan apa saja yang sudah dilakukan Pemerintah dan memberikan langkah kebijakan untuk mengatasi masalah pengangguran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable pertumbuhan ekonomi dan upah minimum regional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengangguran, sedangkan variable lainnya yaitu pertumbuhan penduduk dan investasi swasta memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap pengangguran di sumatera barat. Oleh sebab itu, pemerintah daerah Sumbar perlu meningkatkan Kesempatan kerja melalui upaya peningkatan lapangan usaha dan keterampilan pekerja, penanaman modal disektor industri hendaknya bersifat padat karya. Dengan pengoptimalan sumber-sumber daya manusia yang tersedia dengan tingkat pendidikan yang bervariatif dan dapat dilatih sesuai dengan keinginan pasar kerja, maka selain akan meningkatkan pendapatan daerah juga akan berdampak pada pengurangan jumlah pengangguran. Selain itu, keamanan berinvestasi baik ditinjau dari pihak masyarakat maupun pemerintah di daerah juga menjadi penentu mau atau tidaknya investor melakukan investasi dengan menjaga isu-isu tentang daerah baik isu social, ekonomi maupun politik yang akan mempengaruhi perkembangan investasi di daerah tersebut
