El homicidio piadoso y su vulneración a la dignidad humana en el ordenamiento jurídico penal peruano, 2021

La investigación titulada “EL HOMICIDIO PIADOSO Y SU VULNERACIÓN A LA DIGNIDAD HUMANA EN EL ORDENAMIENTO JURÍDICO PENAL PERUANO, 2021”, planteó como objetivo general determinar como el homicidio piadoso vulnera la dignidad humana del enfermo incurable en el ordenamiento jurídico penal peruano, 2021. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cualitativo, de tipo básica con un corte transversal y diseño fenomenológico. El instrumento que se utilizó para la recolección de datos correspondió a la entrevista, la cual fue aplicada en 19 entrevistados en sus instituciones correspondientes. Los resultados indican que el homicidio piadoso no vulnera la dignidad del enfermo incurable en el ordenamiento jurídico penal peruano, ya que la razón fundamental de la tipificación es brindar una muerte digna a una persona que padece con su situación. Se concluye que, el homicidio piadoso no vulnera la dignidad del enfermo incurable en el ordenamiento jurídico penal peruano, debido a que la finalidad de dicha tipificación corresponde a la protección de la vida de los enfermos incurables, para quienes la Ley General de Salud establecen otros medios para que se les respete la dignidad, tales como tratamientos para aliviar los dolores causados por la enfermedad incurable.The investigation entitled "THE PIOUS HOMICIDE AND ITS VULNERATION TO HUMAN DIGNITY IN THE PERUVIAN CRIMINAL LEGAL ORDER, 2021", raised as a general objective to determine how pious homicide violates the human dignity of the incurable patient in the Peruvian criminal legal system, 2021. The research was developed under a qualitative approach, of a basic type with a cross-sectional and phenomenological design. The instrument used for data collection corresponded to the interview, which was applied to 19 interviewees in their corresponding institutions. The results indicate that pious homicide does not violate the dignity of the incurable patient in the Peruvian criminal legal system, since the fundamental reason for the classification is to provide a dignified death to a person who suffers from their situation. It is concluded that pious homicide does not violate the dignity of the incurable patient in the Peruvian criminal legal system, because the purpose of said classification corresponds to the protection of the life of incurable patients, for whom the General Health Law establishes other means of respecting their dignity, such as treatments to alleviate pain caused by incurable disease

Integral Neutron Multiplicity Measurements from Cosmic Ray Interactions in Lead

Sixty element 3He neutron multiplicity detector systems were designed, constructed and tested for use in cosmic ray experiments with a 30-cm cube lead target. A series of measurements were performed for the cosmic ray configuration at ground level (3 meters water equivalent, mwe), in the St. Petersburg metro tunnel (185 mwe), and in the Pyhäsalmi mine in Finland (583 and 1185 mwe). Anomalous coincidence events with charged cosmic ray particles at sea level produced events with 100-120 neutrons due possibly to the total disintegration of the Pb nucleus. These events were also detected at 185 mwe, but the particles causing such disintegration are currently unidentified. We present examples of preliminary data from the various measurements and discuss future plans for underground experiments including possible searches for Weakly Interacting Massive Particles (WIMP, dark matter)
