    ABSTRAKJerman merupakan negara Barat dengan populasi Muslim terbanyak di Eropa dengan total 4.8 juta jiwa dan memiliki pengalaman menerima imigran dari negara-negara Islam selama 60 tahun, saat ini sekitar 19 persen dari populasi (15,3 juta orang) tinggal di Jerman memiliki latar belakang migrasi, berdasarkan garis keturunan, integrasi dan kewarganegaraan serta kebijakan Jerman terhadap imigran Muslim sudah sangat eksklusif dan terbatas. Sejak serangan bom di Paris, media berperan sangat besar dalam membangun Islamophobia di negara-negara Barat khususnya Jerman. Media menggambarkan Muslim sebagai teroris, pembunuh, orang gila, kriminal, bahkan pemicu perang, hampir 80 persen media di Jerman memberitakan hal-hal negatif tentang Islam, seperti memuat gambar atau ilustrasi yang tidak simpatik terhadap Islam. Islamophobia yang kini terjadi di Jerman berkaitan erat dengan media dan gagalnya politik multikulturalisme. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh konflik yang terjadi akibat Islamophobia di Jerman yang dipengaruhi oleh media dan gagalnya multikulturalisme serta mengetahui kebijakan apa saja yang diambil oleh pemerintah untuk mengurangi dan meminimalisir Islamophobia di Jerman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini bersifat kajian pustaka, dimana seluruh data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, yang meliputi buku, buku elektronik, skripsi, thesis, artikel, jurnal dan berbagai berita yang memiliki hubungan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwasanya konflik yang terjadi akibat Islamophobia yang dipengaruhi oleh media dan gagalnya multikulturalisme memunculkan konflik tersendiri, diawali oleh munculnya gerakan anti Islam, kemudian penyerangan di ruang publik, dan perusakan tempat ibadah, serta menjadi alat propaganda elit politik di Jerman. Kebijakan meminimalisir dan mengurangi, sejatinya sudah ada namun dalam implementasinya oleh pemerintah Jerman masih lemah. Pada akhirnya konflik yang terjadi akibat Islamophobia menimbulkan berbagai macam konflik seperti muncul gerakan anti-Islam, penyerangan di ruang publik, dan diskriminasi dalam pekerjaan. Namun pemerintah Jerman sejauh ini telah mengeluarkan kebijakan yang diharapkan dapat meminimalisir fenomena Islamophobia di Jerman.Kata Kunci: Jerman, Islamophobia, Media, Politik Multikulturalisme

    batu saluran kemih adalah suatu kondisi patologis yang masih menjadi masalah apabila terjadi kekambuhan. kondisi ini sering muncul pada usia produktif.salah satu cara untuk mengurangi angka kekambuhan batu saluran kemih adalah dengan melakukan analisa batu. analisis batu dapat dilakukan untuk menentukan tipe dan komposisi yang kongkrit dari batuyang diidentifikasi sehingga kekambuhan dapat dicegah. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil analisis batu saluran kemih di banda aceh. pada penelitian retrospektif ini diperoleh 21 pasien yang memeriksakan batu saluran kemih untuk dianalisis selama periode 2010-2011 di kota banda aceh. dari hasil penelitian ditemukan kalsium oksalat + brusite menunjukkan angka paling tinggi sebesar 42,9%, sedangkan untuk jenis batu kalsium oksalat + asam urat didapatkan 26,8%, untuk batu kalsium oksalat, dan kalsium oksalat + strufit + brushite didapatkan 14,3%kata kunci : batu saluran kemih, komposisi batu, analisis bat

    Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh skema moral, yaitu identitas sosial, egoistik, legislatif, dan religius terhadap korupsi pada pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah daerah. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai pengadaan barang/jasa, yaitu Pengguna Anggaran (PA), Kuasa Pengguna Anggaran (KPA), Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK), pejabat pengadaan, dan Panitia/Pejabat Penerima Hasil Pekerjaan pada 152 SKPD di wilayah D.I. Yogyakarta. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa identitas sosial dan egoistik  berpengaruh terhadap korupsi pada pengadaan barang/jasa. Skema moral legislatif dan religius berpengaruh negatif terhadap korupsi pada pengadaan barang/jasa. Kontribusi utama pada penelitian ini adalah memberikan perbaikan etika untuk setiap pegawai pengadaan barang/jasa dan pemahaman atas faktor-faktor etis yang mempengaruhi korupsi pada pengadaan barang/jasa, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk perbaikan perilaku moral pegawai pengadaan barang/jasa

    Scavenger is a worker who sort the waste and has a high risk for disease and accident. It was caused by the waste in the garbage which mixed between organic waste and anorganic waste. However, they aren\u27t aware about that. One of the procedure to avoid that risk is using the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).The aim of this study is to know perception of scavengers about occupational health and safety, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The type of this study is descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, focus group discussions and observation. Sample of this study are 10 scavengers and divided into 2 groups : 4 scavengers for in-depth interview and 6 scavengers for focus group discussion. This study showed that the perception of scavengers about the risk of disease at working was bad, they only knew that weary and dizzy was caused by tired after working. Meanwhile, the perception of accident risk at working was good because they knew that the risk of injuries was caused by sharp object such as glass, knife or thorns and moving equipment such as bulldozer or trucks carrying waste. They only used gloves, safety shoes like booth and hat to reduced the risk and they didn\u27t use the mask because they thought that it interfered their inhalation

    An Exploration on Students’ Learning Speaking Strategies (a Case Study at Tarbiyah Faculty of UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh)

    This research is intended to find out the strategies used by the students to overcome their problems in speaking English. In conducting this research, the author used qualitative descriptive method. The participants in this study were the students of semester VII majoring in English Language Education academic year 2017/2018 at UIN Ar-Araniry. 70 participants were chosen to answer 10 questions of questionnaire and 8 participants were selected to answer 3 questions of interview. The Questionnaires were administered to answered the first research question of this study; that is about the about the problems experienced by students in speaking English, while the interview was used to answered the second research question of this study; that is about the strategy used by the student in mastering English speaking. Based on the data obtained from these instruments, the writer concludes that the participant encountered several problems including internal and external problems in speaking English. The internal factors are lack or inappropriate use of vocabularies, lack of confidence, pronunciation mistakes, having no idea, the influence of mother tongue and making grammatical mistakes while speaking English. The external factors include less sufficient support from surrounding, lack of the opportunities speaking in class and strategies used by the lectures in teaching speaking. Several sources were used to improve speaking ability, for an example, Dictionary, Video or Movies, Novels and Music. Moreover, some strategies were applied to overcome the English problems such as Practicing with friends, listening the English audio and joining speaking club

    Comparison of Logistic Regression Model and MARS Using Multicollinearity Data Simulation

    There are several statistical methods used to model the effect of predictor variables on categorical response variables, namely logistic regression and Multivariate Adaptive Regression Splines (MARS). However, neither MARS nor logistic regression allows multicollinearity on any predictor variables. This study applies the use of both methods to the simulation data with principal component analysis as an improvement in multicollinearity to find out which regression has better performance. The result of the analysis shows that MARS is very powerful in modeling research simulation data. Besides, based on the criteria of the number of significant major components, accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity values, MARS has more appropriate performance than logistic regression

    This research focuses on the analysis of factors affecting level sastisfaction of Slack application usage in supporting the management of digital division of service division of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. This research was conducted in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, a state-owned company engaged in telecommunication services and network services in the territory of Indonesia. Its status as a State-owned Company whose shares are traded on the stock exchange, the majority shareholder of the Company is the Government of the Republic of Indonesia while the rest is controlled by the public. The research model consists of four dimensions of “Satisfaction Level of Slack Application by Affected Factors on Support Scheduling Agenda”, namely: Qualities of Application, Qualities of Information, Human Resources, and Management Supporting. Slack is a cloud-based set of team collaboration tools and services, founded by Stewart Butterfield. Slack began as an internal tool used by their company. The name is an acronym for ”Searchable Log of All Conversation and Knowledge”. Quantitative method is used in this research with descriptive analysis to oversee the perception of employees digital service division of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. at their Head Office. The research method was using random sampling. Data were gathered through questionnaires on April 21st – 30th 2017.
