Immunology Aspects in Tension-Type Headache Chronicity

Tension-Type Headache (TTH) headache is a type of primary headache which mostly complained by patients. The pain often ignored due to low mortality rates. Inadequate management makes the pain becoming chronic and causing a high disability rate. Many factors involved in transforming infrequent tension-type headache to chronic tension-type headache. A deeper understanding of the immune system's role in the pathophysiological process and modulation of chronic pain could be a potential target for developing therapies in managing chronic pain.Keywords: chronic tension-type headache, immunology aspect, pathophysiolog

SUNCT, NYERI TRIGEMINAL YANG JARANG

Short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache attacks with conjunctival injection and tearing (SUNCT) are a subset of short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache attacks. SUNCT is a condition that is rarely encountered and is characterized by typical moderate to severe neuralgia pain located in the first division area of the trigeminal nerve that can be felt in any part of the head. SUNCT can be primary and secondary. Typical SUNCT symptoms include severe unilateral headache with autonomic symptoms with bilateral conjunctival injection and lacrimation with an attack frequency more than 60 times per day (range 3 to 200) which can occur spontaneously or be triggered by a mechanical stimulus in an area that is innervated by the trigeminal nerve , and without a refractory period thereafter. The current treatment is still diverse, including therapy with anti-epileptic drugs, interventional therapy, or invasive procedures. The diagnosis and management of complex therapies in patients with SUNCT still need further understanding.Short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache attacks with conjunctival injection and tearing (SUNCT) merupakan salah satu sub bagian dari short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache attacks. SUNCT sendiri merupakan suatu kondisi yang jarang ditemui dan ditandai dengan nyeri neuralgia tipikal sedang sampai hebat yang berlokasi pada area divisi pertama dari nervus trigeminus yang dapat dirasakan di bagian kepala mana saja. SUNCT bersifat primer dan sekunder. Gejala khas berupa nyeri kepala hebat unilateral dengan gejala otonom dengan injeksi konjungtiva bilateral dan lakrimasi dengan frekuensi serangan lebih dari 60 kali per hari (range 3 sampai 200), di mana serangan ini dapat terjadi secara spontan atau dipicu oleh stimulus mekanik pada daerah yang dipersarafi oleh nervus trigeminus dan tanpa periode refraktori setelahnya. Tatalaksana yang diberikan saat ini masih beragam yaitu pemberian obat anti epilepsi, terapi intervensional, ataupun prosedur invasif. Dibutuhkan pemahaman lanjut dalam diagnosis dan manajemen terapi yang kompleks dalam mentatalaksana pasien dengan SUNCT

Analisis Penyajian Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Bengkulu Tahun 2022

Each Government Agency Work Unit carries out accounting for economic transactions that occur within the managed budget, to produce financial reports that provide information that is accurate, relevant, and can be understood by stakeholders, such as the general public, financial institutions, and other stakeholders, with implement the principles that must be applied in presenting government financial reports, such as the principle of compliance, the principle of exact amount, the principle of consistency, and the principle of full disclosure, guided by Government Accounting Standards. This study aims to analyze the conformity of financial reports at Bengkulu District Prosecutor's Office with Government Accounting Standards Number 71 of 2010. Collecting data regarding the presentation of reports using descriptive comparatives in the form of case studies at Bengkulu District Prosecutor's Office. Writing uses interview techniques and documentation techniques to collect the necessary data. The results of the research show that Bengkulu District Prosecutor's Office. for Fiscal Year 2022 has carried out the process of presenting financial reports in accordance with Government Accounting Standards Number 71 of 2010 and has been presented and used by financial report user groups in decision making. This research is expected to have an important impact on the Bengkulu District Prosecutor's Office in improving the presentation of financial reports

Pengaruh Variasi Temperatur Hidrotermal terhadap Struktur dan Sifat Kapasitif Carbon Nanotube (CNT) dengan Prekursor Ferrocene untuk Aplikasi Superkapasitor

Carbon nanotubes (CNT) merupakan material yang sangat banyak sekali diaplikasikan di bidang elektronik karena memiliki sifat kelistrikan yang sangat baik. Namun proses sintesis pada material ini secara umum masih menggunakan energi yang besar, maka dari itu digunakan metode hidrotermal yang lebih sedikit membutuhkan energi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh temperatur hidrotermal terhadap struktur dan sifat kapasitif. Dalam penelitian ini variasi yang digunakan yaitu 120oC, 140oC, 160oC dan 180oC. Senyawa yang terbentuk berdasar pengujian X–Rays Diffraction (XRD) adalah CNT, nanopartikel FeS dan Fe3C. Pengujian Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) menunjukkan gugus reaksi oksidasi yaitu O–H, C–O dan C=O. Pengujian Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) menunjukkan morfologi permukaan dari CNT dengan ciri khas seperti helaian benang yang panjang tidak beraturan. Pengujian Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) menunjukkan bahwa material CNT belum maksimal dalam proses pengisian – pengosongan. Hal ini disebakan masih ada senyawa FeS dan Fe3C yang bersifat resistif

Hubungan Ansietas dengan Penyakit Parkinson pada Pasien Rawat Jalan

Ansietas merupakan gejala non-motor terbanyak pada penyakit Parkinson (PD) yang sangat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup (QoL) pasien meskipun sering kali terabaikan pada praktik klinis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara angka kejadian ansietas (menggunakan Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Sampel adalah pasien PD di Poliklinik Neurologi RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padangyang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Analisis univariat dilakukan untuk mengetahui distribusi umum dan uji bivariat dilakukan untuk menilai faktor yang berhubungan dan korelasinya. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 60 pasien. Sebagian besar subyek adalah laki- laki (55%) dengan rerata usia 59 (58.05 ± 9.7) tahun dan durasi penyakit 6.35 ± 5.29 tahun. Dengan pemeriksaan Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS), diperoleh 38.3% penderita Parkinson dengan ansietas. Terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara status perkawinan, durasi sakitm dan derajat penyakit dengan kejadian ansietas (p<0.05) pada pasien dengan penyakit Parkinson. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara usia dan jenis kelamin dengan kejadian ansietas pada pasien dengan penyakit Parkinson. Astrositoma Medula Spinalis Torakalis pada Usia Remaja: Suatu Kasus Jarang

Tumor ekstramedula intradural merupakan kasus yang jarang. Gambaran klinis sangat bervariasi, mulai dari gejala ringan dan tidak spesifik hingga komplikasi neurologis yang berat. Dilaporkan seorang pasien laki-laki umur 14 tahun dengan keluhan lemah kedua tungkai sejak 5 hari sebelum masuk RS. Awalnya pasien merasakan tungkai kanan terasa lemah sehingga pasien berjalan dengan menyeret. Kelemahan bertambah berat sehingga pasien hanya bisa berbaring di tempat tidur. Nyeri di punggung setinggi puting susu sejak 1 minggu sebelum masuk RS, nyeri dirasakan seperti terikat, nyeri kadang dirasakan hilang timbul. Keluhan juga diikuti rasa kebas yang dirasakan setinggi puting susu kebawah. Tidak ada keluhan buang air besar dan buang air kecil. Sensasi nyeri, suhu raba berkurang setinggi dermatom torakal IV kebawah. Hasil MRI didapatkan suatu gambaran kista. Association between Serum Alpha-Synuclein Levels and Parkinson's Disease Stage (archive)

Parkinson's disease (PD) is the second most common neurodegenerative disease after Alzheimer's. It is chronically progressive with the main symptoms of resting tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia, and postural disturbances. Lewy's body and Lewy's neurite are the main findings in brain biopsies of patients with PD. The main component is alphasynuclein, a misfolding protein that plays an essential role in the pathogenesis of PD. This study aims to determine the association between serum alpha-synuclein levels during the PD stage and compare the levels between PD patients and healthy populations of the same age. A case-control study was conducted on 62 people with PD and 20 normal subjects as controls in the outpatient Department of Neurology of Dr. M. Djamil General Hospital and Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital, Padang, from March to September 2020. The ELISA method examined serum alphasynuclein examination, and the PD stage was assessed according to Hoehn and Yahr stages. The differences in alphasynuclein levels between cases and controls and between stages of PD were analyzed by the Mann-Whitney test. Alpha-synuclein levels in PD patients were higher than in controls, and this difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). On the other hand, alpha-synuclein levels were higher in the severe stage than in the mild stage but not statistically significant (p>0.05). In conclusion, there was no association between alpha-synuclein levels and the stage of Parkinson's disease.
